I went from a dark blue/purple to bright red in one day thanks to one of these lovely attendants! I didn’t get her name, unfortunately, but she helped point in me in the right direction for bleach (I had never bleached my hair before) and made sure I had good products for minimal damage!
They lady was knowledgeable and really helped me. This was the first time lightening my hair and due to her help and knowlege my hair turned out awesome. Fantastic customer service.
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I’ve worked at Sally’s in the past and this location is just absolutely terrible. The first time I went in no one greeted me and I had to go and locate the beauty advisor who then had an entire attitude about looking for something in back stock for me. Additionally, the entire store was a mess, nothing was stocked or in the correct place. I went later in the day to get something I forgot and another associate did greet me, however the disorganization of this store is so out of hand! Every single item I purchased was a different price than what was displayed on the tag and when I brought this fact to the attention of the associate so she could price match the actual price on the tag (like a 2$ difference no big deal but Every. Single. Item had the wrong price on the tag) she refused and said it was “probably just in the wrong spot”. This Sally’s location literally sucks so bad
Hard to find. Location is wrong in Google Maps. Also a bad decision to come here. Wanted purple hair dye for my birthday and bought Arctic Fox in shade Girls Night. The attendants suggested mixing with a conditioner to lighten the color since I wanted to dye my whole head. That night, I dyed my hair and so did my sister, who wanted her ends purple. We naturally used the whole bottle (without conditioner because IMO it looks light in color on the bottle) and left it in for longer than recommended while watching a movie because we hadnt bleached our hair prior (we are both dirty blonde and Ive used pastel pink on my hair before which took). After following the directions and then some, we woke up with NO COLOR IN OUR HAIR. What infuriated me is when I went back to the store with the bottle to see if I could get my money back - or at least some of it - and the woman at the counter said she couldnt do anything because I was supposed to strand test first. If that was so, then why wasnt I alerted by the employees the day beforehand??? This was very expensive hair dye, $17 for 8 ounces of product. Im even more appalled at the fact that the woman I spoke to when coming back with the bottle told me another girl had just come in with the same problem using that exact same shade. How are they still selling that color if they know it doesnt work?? What did they tell the other girl??? Im very upset and Ill likely never go back to Sallys. Neither will my disappointed sister, and we will make sure to spread the word to our friends and family.
After a negative customer service experience at a nail salon next door, I was relieved to have met Ashley and Kristy at Sallys. They were both professional and courteous. In addition, they went above and beyond to assist me in matching a nail color quickly so I wouldnt be late to a wedding ceremony. They provided expert advice so that I could fix my chipped nails. Thank you!!!! I dont usually shop at Sally but I believe I will start in part to the excellent customer service these two women provided me in my time of need!!
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Theyre able to answer questions and offer advice about the products.
Seems like a great shop though Maps took me to a quaint neighborhood. Would recommend setting the destination to Game Stop as its next door

If maps isnt taking you to an area with a Walmart and a GameStop, its taking you to the wrong spot where nothing exists. Look up Gamespot instead and its right next door :)
