We visited Superior Spas today. Karen spent a lot of time with us and we are very appreciative of her knowledge about the ins and outs of decision making for a spa purchase. I recommended this business.

Excellent experience! Karen showed me all the different hot tubs in our budget. She explained the difference between several spas which would better fit my health condition. I gave fibro and chronic fatigue including autoimmune. Pay a little more and get the upgraded tub which offers the lights which help remove bacteria from the water which is exactly water Im in need of. I can get a tub with a lounger and still be comfortable with 3 other friends. I love the tubs with waterfalls and led lights. I saw a video on YouTube of a Jacuzzi tub lit up at night & the lighting is so beautiful. My sister purchased her spa from Karen and they have owned it 4 years. No issues at all! Im going to upgrade and spend a little more because I want a tub with lounger, waterfall, and the special blue light that helps remove bacteria. I highly recommend Superior Spas! Karen has provided me with a very highly recommended Hot tub technician providing PROFESSIONAL Chemical Services. He has 14 yrs experience. We recommend Superior Spas for the best Jacuzzi hot tubs and professional chemical services!

Excellent staff! Super friendly place willing to help with all your hottub(spa) needs. Got all the chemicals needed for my hottub and directions for use! I will definitely be going here again.

The customer service is terrible. I bought a hot tub cover from Superior Spa. Two months later they called to say it was on a truck. It is now 3 months later and I have called repeatedly to get the cover delivered. Karen calls me back after a few days each time I call and tells me she is scheduling the delivery and will call me me back. She doesnt call back until I call again. Then the broken record of Im trying to schedule it occurs once again and again and again and Karen says she will call me back. How they stay in business is a mystery to me. Save yourself a headache and dont deal with this company.

HORRIBLE experience with this outfit! We had to follow up repeatedly, endure one unfulfilled promise after another, and finally resort to threats to get service. We should have pulled the plug on this crowd near the start but kept believing one promise after another...shame on us!

I was a motivated buyer when I arrived at the store. Instead I was met with horrible customer service. The store was empty and the two people working there today acted as if it was my lucky day that I decided to buy a hot tub from them. How wrong they were. I took my business elsewhere and ended up with a beautiful (expensive ) hot tub.

These people have horrible customer service. They overcharge from service to chemicals. Whoever owns this business better get in there and do something about the management or it will be for sale.

Bought a spa was very pleased. When I called for repair help I was told it would be at least a week maybe two. They were too busy with customers buying spa!
