Exceptional service. The two gentlemen techs have been there for many years and they go out of their way to be helpful. I’ve been to other places in town over the years, but all you do elsewhere is pay more. I even see the in-house eye doctor, who performs a more thorough and professional exam than the opthomologist (MD), where I was examined by a young tech, not the doctor!
If i could give zero starts if i could. Broke my glasses. It had been 1 year and a few days since my exam. Since it had been a year they wouldnt give me new glasses for the same prescription. That was 2 weeks ago. I am blind as a bat because of a horrible office policy. Come to find out that this is the only eye doctor in town that does this. Its also near impossible to get an appointment. Iwineve
The front desk lady communicates absolutely nothing. We had two appointment scheduled but were unable to make the 10 am one. We called and were told to still come in and that I could be seen at 11:45. We arrive at 11:40 to hear that I was never rescheduled and my roommates appointment that I was informed I could have was never scheduled in the first place. We were told it would take about 30-45 minutes. We waited TWO HOURS and were never seen at all.
What a pleasure! For new glasses, repairs or fitting problems this is the place to go. The selection of frames is very good and the prices are more than reasonable and, best of all, the service is five star. Not only that it is very convenient...located in Wal-Mart in Boone, N.C.
Stopped here to fix some glasses while I was in town. Jordan did it for free and in a very quick turn around and gave me advice on getting new frames.
No one ever answer the phone !!
Had an appt. Showed up doors locked walk around inside and they tell me they took day off and tried to call but never got any call! Very unprofessional
Couldnt even be seen after 2 hours of waiting
I have never had someone care so little about customer service. Had to jump through hoops & left empty handed.
