Do not make a complaint if you do they will intentionally delay your package... Driver sat In front of my house for several minutes looking at paperwork drove off without making delivery upon calling twice package was then put on a weather delay even tho the driver sat right in front of.my house - also our monthly recurring delivery that is very heavy was just handed over a gate to my 75 yr old mom with cancer lung disease and osteoporosis as opposed to placing it on the porch table for her ... Two out of four customer service reps were polite the other two seemed completely bothered that they had to hear a complaint !! If you can avoid using FedEx Id highly recommend it

Ordered items from QVC to be delivered in Jefferson NC. Order shipped Fedx which turned over to US Postal for delivery. Post office returned items making no attempts to deliver but shows returned as unable to deliver . One of the three packages US Postal shows unable to deliver due to address. Address was correct. Very unprofessional service by our US POSTAL SERVICE.
