I had an old necklace that my father wore for 10+ years and he gave it to me. I had broken the clasp and I showed up right at closing. He took a look at it, and said give me two minutes. If not two minutes later he walked out and handed me my necklace and said “Merry Christmas!”. It was very merry indeed, considering it’s October.It was a very professional business and excellent service!

Charles did an AMAZING job helping me. Originally found a necklace to add to my collection but later found this sun and moon ring that I just had to have. Village Jewelers did an absolutely beautiful job repairing my wedding rings! The store where they had been purchased soldered them together unevenly, then later did a poor job of replacing a stone on the side. I took the rings to another local jeweler and the craftsman himself told me he was “not willing to work on” my rings. He said they had multiple issues, I was about to lose more stones, and the only way he would work on them was to replace the setting, which he claimed was too small. (Imagine my heartbreak at his harsh assessment of my treasured possession!) Then I found Village Jewelers! Charlie and Jennie were very kind and helpful. They told me my rings were a “standard repair” and they could “fix them right up”. And Morgan did just that! (For about $45!) They look absolutely beautiful!! Five stars, and heartfelt thanks to Village Jewelers!!

He explained the costs/benefits of a lot of possible modifications in ways that we could understand, and wasnt pushing the sale the way a lot of other jewelry stores were. The final ring ended up costing a bit more than we planned, but it is beautiful.

I went to Village Jewelers to design a ring for my mom for Christmas. I had never been to a jeweler before so I was very nervous but they made the process so incredibly easy and efficient. Not only did they create an absolutely stunning ring, they were super amazing, clearly care a lot about their customers, and the quality of jewelry they put out is above and beyond.

Village Jewelers is our go-to place for fine jewelry. I had stones from an old family brooch redesigned there into a ring. Jenny and Charlie were so generous with their time and expertise, and the ring turned out to be just what we wanted. When my fiance and I realized her new ring was too big we needed it resized smaller and I found online that it could not be done with Rose Gold. But this place has a Lazer technology that does work on Rose gold and only charged 42 for a great job in less than 24 hours. They helped us figure out her size as well and polished the ring and everything looks beautiful! Would highly recommend this place.

Hand crafted two Nose Rings with REAL DIAMONDS for my Girlfriend and I’s Anniversary!

I’m not one to write a review, but the experience my fiancé and I had at village jewelers was on that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. We took my engagement ring in to simply be resized. The ring is a center triangle shaped diamond with two floating diamonds on both sides of the triangle. This is what the design was before we came in at least. The ring was sized and we picked it up. This is when we noticed the first problem. One of the diamonds had become bent out of place. The diamond on the other side was attached to the ring. We took the ring back to the jeweler to be fixed and they simply welded the diamond to the center triangle stone. Notice that I mentioned before that the two diamonds were originally floating. The jeweler had welded the diamonds, unsemetricaly and there was also a crack in one of the welds. At this point we were just upset that the jeweler would take it upon himself to redesign the whole structure of the ring. We took the ring back and got back our money for the price of the resizing. The wonen up front were supper kind and and understanding but the jeweler did not take responsibility for the damage. The damage that was done is leaving us with a dent in our pockets to attempt to get the ring back in it’s original state. Just a heads up, if you have a customly designed ring I would not suggest coming here. This whole situation has been a mess and I would not like to see anyone cry like me, over someone else’s actions.

Super kind and efficient. My fiance and i were on vacation and my rose gold ring was too big. We had read online that rose gold cannot be resized. Upon expressing this to this jeweler, they reasured us it was absolutely possible. They had the man who would actually do the work come upfront and explain the process of the resize, the rate, and length of time it would take. He was very kind, reasurring, and knowledgeable, speaking with humility and confidence. We are ecstatic with the results and happy to get it back in less than 24 hours.
