My 1st visit to this Big Lots. Not sure if itwas because of the location? (College town?)Or if they stepped up the Quality of things butit certainly looked to me that their prices had changed significantly and were quite a bitmore expensive. It is a rather large store andnot so easy to locate certain things. Big Lotsused to be a good place to find certain itemsfor a great price (i.e. food, snacks that you couldnt find at a grocery store) but didntreally see that here! Had a large amount of furniture that did seem to be reasonable.

They brought a loveseat out to curb and loaded onto pickup. Item was well wrapped in plastic to protect it.

I have had great experiences here. I get alot of my snacks and everyday items here. They recently even started carrying broyhill furniture and accessories. Over all a great place to shop

I do most of my shopping for cleaning items and homegood items here and love this store. This staff is patient and wonderful. The prices are right and its convenient to where I live. Id rate this place 10 stars if I could.

Always a pleasure to go to Big Lots. They have lots of makeup dodads and its the best place to get dog or cat food. This was my first trip to this particular Big Lots. I was impressed at their selection being as it was so close to Christmas. Store was clean and staff was helpful.

Had what I came for and friendly staff

Was a big fan of big lots untill I ordered a couch and waited a month then I call and they told me it was in drove 60 miles to get it get home not my couch. Called back down there and they didnt want to do anything to help us out with it. This is 3 times something like this has happened.

LOVE Big Lots!! They have really neat house decor stuff. If you get one of their cards you can save money and get coupons and special deals. Their staff is friendly and helpful too.

Im a huge fan of Big Lots and have always frequented these stores no matter what city/state Ive lived in. My experience at all locations is typically positive, and the Boone store is certainly no exception. I shop here roughly twice a month, and they always have wonderful prices and fairly approachable staff. Ive never felt like Ive been a disturbance when asking questions, and the process of checking out is always fairly quick. I have no complaints about this location. It does seem a bit grungy and could probably use a renovation, but it isnt so noticeable that it lowers the shopping experience. Overall, Id recommend this store if youre looking for snacks, household goods, or toiletries. They offer a great variety of things at wonderful prices.

Good experience yesterday and today. I bought a recliner for my hubbys birthday yesterday, picked it up today. Rebekah in the furniture department yesterday was very helpful, nice and funny. Today the man who helped me was nice and loaded it quickly.

Didnt have what I needed but was extremely helpful in trying to find it

1 registered open and the had his back to the line where there were 4 people waiting took a few minutes to even notice us. Sale items not properly marked. Very poor customer service.

Big lots is just a Big Lots. Nothing fancy about it. Sometimes you can find want you want or need and sometimes not. Store was nice. Cashier was very pleasant!

The new Walmart. Never overcrowded and they dont accuse you of stealing when u try to exit the store by asking for your receipt.

90% of the reason why I go to Big Lots is for their obscure snacks aisle. It never dissapoints.

Lots of different items. For the past 2 years Ive found unique stuff for my daughter for Christmas. Stuff you wouldnt see at Wal-Mart. Just saying.

Linn was such a wonderful cashier she made me feel as if I knew her forever.

From out of town but was here to view the merchandise. While looking at furniture, Zain (I think that was his name) was very helpful and answered our questions very well. The cashier on our checkout was also very courteous and friendly. Kinda makes me wish I could have this store in our town, lol. Clean store, much bigger than our Big Lots, and very friendly staff. Next time I am in town, Ill definitely be stopping by!

As a shopper, only worth your time if you need mediocre quality items at a cheap price. This location is dirty and disorganized in comparison to other stores. As an employee, complete waste of time. The management lacks initiative and expects more effort from employees holding low-paying positions than they exert themselves.

Always have a large variety of unusual items. Usually only have one cash register operating, no matter how long the line gets. Be prepared to stand awhile to check out.

I like this big lots. They have pretty good sales, plenty of food, kitchen, bedroom, and patio options. I prefer other discount stores, but Im glad to have this big lots in Boone.

I was uncomfortable with staff mistaking my nature by my appearance I dont steal but they seemed very worried I was and fallowed me around and upset me terribly it hasnt happened there before today
