Leaving this review to say thanks for an order I recently had shipped, they were very fast to ship it and it arrived in great condition! This shop is great, and the oils are amazing. They can elevate any dish, and I especially like using the tuscan herb / mushroom & sage oils to finish various pasta dishes... lets just say when I ran out the pasta lost its edge, and I had to order more. Thanks!

Wife dragged me in but glad she did. Turned out to be one of the more interesting shops in West Jefferson. Be sure to try out the Espresso infused balsamic vinaigrette!

This is an awesome place. Gourmet olive oil makes for a great gift for your hosts over the summer months. Lots of varieties to sample from too!

All though Art of oil isnt cheap, it has the best specialty oil and vinegar in Boone. The dishes my husband makes with Art of Oil supplies are superb!
