Probably my new favorite gun store! They sell great antique guns for dirt cheap prices! The employees are nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend Cornbread Tactical if you’re looking for an old gun to restore.

Im new in town and had an issue with a firearm. Charlie was super helpful. Didnt even want to charge me (which we did not allow. ). Family friendly as his cute dog Jolene was a fan favorite with my kids. Anyhow, he was done fixing my problem before I could finish browsing his cool inventory!Go to Cornbread Tactical!

I recently took several kitchen knives to Cornbread Tactical for sharpening. I have used their services several times previously and always received welcoming, professional, knowledgeable service and those reasons are exactly why I returned. I drop the knives off one day and they call when they are ready, usually the next day. When the knives are returned they are much sharper than when I originally punched them. For really sharp knives, I highly recommend their services.

Hands down my favorite shop and Ive been in the industry for a very long time. Owner is legit - no pressure on sales and genuinely wants to help. They do NFA and all sorts of transfers. Buy from the shop - its worth it

Charlie helped me with my Class 3 paperwork, great dude, he handled all the paperwork, answered all of my questions and made the whole process go smooth. Also they have a very cool store with all kinds of unique stuff you just dont see everywhere. These guys deserve 6 stars. Defiantly go check this place out!

Called Cornbread tactical to see, if by chance, they had muzzleloader primer caps. The owner answered and told me no, but if you give me 30 minutes I will run home and get some for you from my own stash. I showed up and offered to pay him and he just said here you go. Above and beyond service. I went to 5 different stores, from hickory to Boone and no one had these primers. Thank you Cornbread and thank you Charlie!

These guys sharpen knives. Not only your utility knives but kitchen cutlery as well. If you have a knife set you dont want to sharpen yourself i highly recommend you visit Cornbread Tactical! They do a great job for a great price. They sharpened 7 of my nicest kitchen knives and did a beautiful job!

Came here after two other places gave me ridiculous estimates and couldnt promise any timeframe on assembling my upper receiver. Charlie was super helpful and gave me the rundown on their gunsmith services, gave me a super reasonable estimate and said he could have it done by the end of the day at the latest. When I left he was in the middle of helping 2-3 other customers, but before I could even get back to my apartment 10 mins away I got a call from him saying it was done! Charlie is a super down to earth guy and does things the way they should be done. Plus had great conversation with the other employees and they usually have dogs there!

Im from else where NC, and stopped by here on my way home from hiking, I had been seeing signs for the store, and figured I take a few minutes to check it out. I was a little surprised when I walked in and found coffee and medical/ trauma equipment up front, I had expected it to be just a gun store. I talked to the guys there who were super friendly and easy going, they showed me around and offered to let me check anything out. Any way long story short seemed like a gun store Ill go to for future purchases, and one I wish more of the ones around my way were like.

If you need anything, from parts to pepper spray, youll find a great selection at cornbread. Charlie is friendly, knowledgable, and a highly capable gunsmith. All of the staff are very personable and eager to help in any way they can. These folks are more interested in making sure their customers are happy and well taken care of than they are in pushing for a bigger sale; a rare integrity in doing business which has earned them my respect and repeat business. Easily the greatest gun store Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Here you can find a stellar selection of guns, knives, and tactical equipment priced very reasonably. The staff is extremely friendly, and are always willing to help you out and answer any question you have. Great customer service is hard to find in the gun store world but rest assured you can find it here!

I had a round jammed in a old .22 rifle I just got. Took it to the guys at Cornbread Tactical and they took the rifle apart and got the round out for me. They didnt charge me for the service. Ill take all my future business to CT.

I just went in there to get a knife fixed that I bought a week prior at mast general. They had the tools I needed, but went ahead and also fixed it for free for me! So I stayed and ended up buying an amazing protech auto they had in stock and plan on ordering another from them soon. They had a lot of knowledge and were very professional. Really great guys and gave me some parachord on the house too for my new knives. Looking forward to giving them my business again.

He remembered my name after my first visit, this place feels more like buying from a friend than the traditional gun store. Ive never heard any employee here give bad advice or exagerate about any of the products. These guys arent like your average gun store, they wont lie to you just to make a sale. Ive even seen them refer a customer to another store because they were more interested in helping the customer get the item he wanted, instead of just ripping him off (like some gun shops).They paid me top dollar when I sold them a collectable knife. They even helped me assemble an entire stripped lower for only $5.This store will also help you sell your guns through consignment too.Very impressive service. Overall amazing store. Ive been going to cornbread tactical for various things throughout this past year and I have been nothing but pleased with the products that they have and the customer service that they offer. They have everything from knives to med kits and complete firearms, as well as a considerable selection of spare parts and aftermarket additions for AR15s. The owner did some work on my AR15 lower receiver and got it done extremely quickly and allowed me to watch the process and learn what he was doing.I highly recommend at least swinging by to check it out, the inventory and atmosphere make it well worth your time!
