We had a wedding for our daughter in Linville Falls, NC we needed a cordless sounds system due to the location Blue Ridge Parkway. The owner took the time to show me how the system worked, printed out the instructions and offered me another system at no charge just incase something might happen with my rental system. Very rude at front desk. Have had my tractor for over four weeks. Just to sharpen blades and replace bolt holding on blade. I thought I would have received better service since I bought it there. I also remember finding out I could have saved $700.00 by going to Lowes.

Never had a problem with them until now. I dropped off the rental equipment and picked up this guy. Their words were sorry to hear about it and hung up. I will not give them any more of my business ever again. They just want to push me aside. Tells you how they value customers or repeat business from them.

I rented a metal detector to find a ring lost in the snow on a Saturday. Very friendly staff here gave me tips on how to operate it. we found the ring!

I highly recommend Maria and Boone Rent-All. For my son’s wedding, Maria helped us set up the rental contract, set-up and delivery of a 20’x40’ tent, chairs for the ceremony and a twig archway for the bride & groom to be married under. Everything was delivered on time and then also picked up in a timely manner. The tent was solid and in nice shape, along with the other items. Communication was also good as I had to make a couple of changes and she handled them with no problem. Thanks Maria!

As a residential contractor with lower budgets than the big guys, we rent a lot of tools and equipment. Boone Rent-All is our first choice, every time! I rent often enough that the staff and I are on a first name basis. I keep coming back because the tools and equipment is of high quality and ready to go when I need it. The pricing is fair. Delivery and pick up has always been within the times stated. Ive been a customer for quite some time, on those very rare occasions where I had a problem with a piece of equipment, the staff was more than accommodating and resolved any and all problems to the utmost of my satisfaction.These folks are fantastic. There might be a company better, but I havent found it.

I worked with Hollie on my dinner party rental order (which I amended several times)...she was incredibly patient and made helpful suggestions. Delivery arrived in a timeframe that was convenient for me and I feel confident in my decision to hire them to handle my rentals for my wedding in October! Highly recommended.

The only reason I am giving this place a two star is because I got SOME of my money back. I rented a carpet cleaner and the attachment. They brought it from the upstairs area above the business and the salesmen that rented it to me told me that they were using it upstairs and that they needed to bring I down for me. When they brought it around to the mud hole that they told me to pull up to to get it, the equipment had mud all over it from them dragging it around the building from the upstairs. The guy loaded it in the back of my Jeep putting mud all over the the back. Then when I get it home and unload it myself I realized that the equipment still had disgusting cat piss smelling water in the top and the base was full of water as well! It’s like they just unplugged it upstairs and decided to throw in my car to make the sale! It took me an hour to clean it and then I made the call back to the place to tell them that I had to clean their disgusting equipment that they told me they inspect and clean before after every use! I took it back the next day and the jerk at the counter was listening to my concerns but was repeating what I say in this smartass tone like he didn’t believe me but was gonna give me some money back to basically shut me up. Renter beware. Check your stuff before you leave this place because they could give a rats about you or your personal property that I also had to spend money on to clean after I unloaded their equipment. The attachment is bulky and heavy and too large to use for an automobile and the hoses have been duct taped together and the tape is basically so old and pointless that it’s just hanging halfway on.

Were also a smaller residential construction company and Boone Rent-All is our go to jobsite equipment. I also used them to rent some items for my own wedding and they were just as easy to work with on the party side too!

I would definitely recommend this place for all your rentals. They were very organized when we picked up our things and Holly was great to work with.

Rented a floor sander and edger equipment was in great working order, staff was friendly.

Recently rented a chipper here. I had issues with the machine not performing. After calling and speaking to a rep over the weekend we used it anyway. Then Boone Rent all picked it up for free due to the issues.
