What can you say about this type of store? They have a much larger inventory than I expected, and a huge selection of items and erotic clothing. The young lady working the day I went in was super knowledgeable about the offerings they had. Perhaps a bit too familiar with some of the items. LolThey had exactly what my wife was wanting and we were in and out rather quickly with the assistance of the afore mentioned young lady.

So I just walked into the boone night secrets and and went to the front desk showed her my ID and and proceeded to look around the store and because my phone got a notification I get singled out in a store and told to put my phone away from across the store. 1st off You dont pay my bill. 2nd off you do not Single out a customer That is a regular When they have done absolutely nothing wrong. Like I didnt even have my phone out of my bag So I dont know who the manager is or whatever but whoevers working the boonstore at this current moment needs to be reevaluated On their customer service skills 100%

Found what I needed quickly and easily. Great selection and friendly staff. Shoplifters please don’t waste their time. Everything I’m the store is tagged and the manager was a total baddie handling a girl in a group who pocketed some things. Appreciate their attention to keep prices down for the rest of us.

Very nice ladys and very helpful

Very rude. (The woman at the register had shorter blonde hair looked in her 40s.) Hopefully this isnt the manager. She clearly wasnt happy to be at work. Threw my money at me refused to add my points to my club member stuff. I hate its the only store like this in Boone therefore they can act how they want. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do better please.

I have been in this store many times but tonight was the worst experience ever!! As soon as we walked in it was demanded that we show our ids !! Not a problem but the woman was very rude and snooty about it!! We were watched the whole time we were there and was actually told to be careful with the packaging and all we did was pick it up to look at it!! Both ladies there were both rude and not at all helpful !! I will not go back to this store again and the money i planned on spending there will go somewhere else !!

I went in to the store with a couple of friends a little before they closed; the lady was very aggressive about asking for our IDs, and seemed like she did not want us to be there at all. We left right after she carded us.I get it, being in customer service before, that late customers are not the best. However I genuinely would have bought something, and the way she addressed us made me not want to come back.I’d rather take my services to Amazon, honestly.

I was with two 18 year olds, my daughter and her friend. Her friend only had her student ID, so she was promptly asked to leave. This didnt give me an opportunity to shop. Looked like the selection was pretty ok.

I dont know if they just buy refurbished or damaged products but everything I have bought here, from low end to high end, tears up in as little as a few hours or as long as a couple weeks. The staff is unhelpful and the owner is unresponsive. Dont buy from here unless you just really want to throw your money away.

When me and my fiance walked in she immediately asked for are IDs which was perfectly okay but she was kinda rude about it. We then proceeded to look around which she stood at the counter and never moved but watched us like a halk.We went 9ver to corsets and found one we liked and realized that they had dressing rooms, they were unlocked so I just walked in as my fiance asked about shoes I liked. 1 they only carried them in 5s. 2 as I was trying it on she very rudely came up to my fiance and was like What does she have in there!!! Im supposed to see everything!!! If its underwear or hosiery shes paying for them weither or not she wants them!!! 3. There were no signs or anything saying any of this!!!!! Will not return. EVER!!!!

The woman working the register greeted by asking angrily for my photo I.D. And warned me not to take photos. She then proceeded to watch me while I shopped with my girlfriend. Making no effort to hide her uncomfortable surveillance, we made eye contact constantly. We chuckled over some videos and she asked in a snarky disgusting tone if I was ok.The customer service is the most embarrassing thing I have ever witnessed. I will never step foot in here again. The products on the shelves are dirty and cheap. I looked at some heels that were stained brown like they had been used. Would not reccomend.
