This shop is worth your time. I brought my motorcycle(FZ1) in on a trailer on a whim from out of state needing my front tire changed. Ed had it done in less than 2 hours with no appointment. This man runs his shop on respect and good old fashioned courtesy. Couldn’t be more pleased and will be returning! 10/10 recommend!!!

These guys are the best! I was hesitant to try at first due to the lack of reviews. I called several shops around 20-30 mile radius to check prices on installing a tire. These guys beat everyones price and far exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, fast, let me come watch and talk to them while the worked on my bike. They also answered any questions I had. They take care and pride in their work and wont give you the run around or try to sell you a bunch of crap you dont need. I am new to the area but apparently the owner has been in business for 30+ years and knows what he is talking about. They can fix anything from early model 3wheelers to late model sport bikes. Will continue to do business here for as long as I ride!

Went down there with a friend to get a screw out of his tire we were done in 5 minutes and they only charged us $10

Don and Ed are 2 of the best people you will meet. They took the time to explain all the repairs in detail and give you several options for repair. Their prices are very affordable and you will not be disappointed. Their is an ample supply of parts to fix your bike if you break down and he comes highly recommended by locals. I have been to stameys on multiple occasions when I had trouble with my ninja. They are by far the best place to go to in Boone for anything motorcycle related. Ed is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I could listen to him talk about how he fixed my bike for hours. He is also a very genuine and down to earth person. On multiple occasions, he has gone above and beyond my expectations, even going so far as to pick me up when I didnt have a ride. Overall, I highly recommend Stameys Cycle Center.

As far as Boone goes, if it is work you cannot do yourself, take it to Stameys. I know I am glad I did. I had a welding job on magnesium siding and a bolt extracted. I was very pleased with the results. Expect there to be a wait for a turn around, but you cant argue with the pricing.

I was 200 miles from home when I took a nail in the rear tire of my motorcycle at 5:00 pm. My tow truck operator found that they were not only open, but were willing to stay open for me. They had the tire I needed on hand, and had it mounted on my bike before nightfall. I cant thank them enough for their splendid service!

Ive used Stameys since March of 2017. Ive had anywhere from tires mounted and an inspection, to clutch repair and fork seal replacements. Stamey has always been reasonable, friendly and extremely helpful. On two occasions he has come and picked up my bike at no charge to fix it. This shop is a bit out from boone, but the service has never let me down!

Ive probably taken 15 jobs to Ed and hes always done right by me. Not scared of old bikes. Tire prices are good. Has worked on everything from an 85cb650 to a 2007cbr1000rr for me.

Honest and very helpful at stameys cycle center, I bought a used bike that had things that had to be replaced and fixed and stameys helped me get back on the streets at a very reasonable price. Will be using stameys cycle center for now on and the customer service and honesty goes a long ways with me and this is why im using stameys. Thanks to stameys Im able to ride safely now
