Nice people quick good quality work so far

They were great, pulled up thinking I needed a whole new muffler and it was just a part of exhaust pipe and I was out in 20 minutes. They were so professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to all. Lucky to have a business that is honest and professional. Thank you so much.

Definitely recommend! Very friendly, courteous, fair, & honest service, in my experience. Also, super fast! I dropped my car off at 8:30, received a call 10 minutes later with the assessment, & was called again by 9:30 telling me that my car was ready!

Great experience and fantastic price! was having a hard time finding someone who would fix muffler. after one place did not have the right person at work that day I just walked in. They immediately put my truck up, told me what I needed, did the work and I was out in 20 mins. And all at a great price. Ill use them again!!!!!

This is the first Google review I have written. Ive been a patron at this shop for at least 15 years with many of my cars serviced here. I phoned a week ago for a reservation. Given my vintage car, the helpful employee recommended a 3pm time slot on the following Friday. I said thats fine, Ill drop my car off in the morning of that day. I put it on my calendar, and dropped the car at 10am after scheduling a ride. When I arrived, I was greeted with OK, so what are we doing here.. I explained I had made an appointment for 3pm, but dropping the car earlier day. I saw where they wrote my name, car & phone at the top of the morning of a $6 calendar book. It made it look like 7am. No details about the 3pm time slot or what was to be done. From there, I got chewed out by a twenty-something with a chip on his shoulder. Bottom line - if you call in advance to make an appointment, its best to redundant confirm because they may make a mistake with any of the details of your appointment - especially on a Friday. This shop does good exhaust work, but is not good with business practices - the latter used to be better.

They were on the ball. Quickly scheduled me an appointment, gave me a fair and honest price, and were extraordinarily friendly and courteous. Real southern gentleman. Go no where else for your muffler issues.

Had a muffler and catalytic converter replaced by this shop. About 10 months later the heat shield weld to the converter breaks and makes terrible rattling noise. A couple weeks later the weld at the muffler outlet that connects the tail pipe broke causing the tailpipe to disconnect from the muffler.Went back to see if they would fix it under warranty seeing as how it lasted less than a year. They refused to look at it without an appointment. After making an appointment they looked at it and wanted to charge me to fix the broken weld that is a result of poor workmanship and just ripped off the heat shield of the catalytic converter and said it would cost 10 dollars after the fact without running any prices by me first before work was performed.Ive been to other shops in the past and I’ve had multiple mufflers and exhaust systems on prior vehicles in the past and never had any issues with them.United muffler was the only shop I’ve had issues with the quality of work. They are very unprofessional and do not back there work. Complete waste of my time and money. I personally think their work was overpriced compared to what I’ve had done in the past for other vehicles. I would much rather pay more for a place that was more professional and would warranty their work.

The guys did a great job building an exhaust for my 87 Chevy truck. I told him what I was looking for and they did a great job getting it just right. Keep up the good work boys.

Staff were pleasant! But they do have a small waiting area so if you have an issue that is going to take awhile, be sure and have a ride to pick you up instead of waiting there!

Great quality, and price! Workers were very polite and did a fantastic job! I was in and out and they made my corvette sound amazing. Highly would recommend these guys. Took my truck to the shop up the street and they did horrible, welded on my frame and used jb weld, and charged me $275 to have my mufflers replaced with pipe. DO NOT GO TO CUSTOM MUFFLER!!!

I went to get a noise looked at, and it turns out my belt tensioner was loose and had worn down the retaining bracket. Instead of replacing the bracket by removing the six bolts holding it in place, he first tried to drill and tap a new hole, weld two DIFFERENT SIZED screws together, and then installed that. When that inevitably broke, he was going to replace the whole front of the engine (Subaru). Cost me $900 of him being an untrained hack before I had the thought to call the dealer who fixed his mess plus the original issue in 2 hours for $350. Oh, and the mechanic offered me a discount if I paid in cash (I used a card) which in hindsight was probably to avoid a paper trail I could use against him in court.

DISHONEST AND CARELESS.I went in for a catalytic converter replacement. They completely botched the job. If these people were surgeons they would be the type of surgeons that leave equipment in the patient and forget to stitch them back up. My engine is almost ruined at the expense of United Muffler. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to High Country Muffler.

Was charged for a MagnaFlow muffler system and instead vehicle came back with some off brand muffler system that could have been purchased thru Ebay for around $25. RIP OFF ARTISTS and RUDE--Returned to complain and was told MagnaFlow was not good and that this off brand muffler was better. IT was all lies. WILL tell all my friends and co-workers to AVOID THIS PLACE.
