They are good people who treat you like family. I love there furniture, they are also understanding and will work with you during hard times.

They have a amazing customer service my experience there was great they did everything possible for me to get my stuff the same day and delivery they were they were booked when I went but they still made it possible for me to get a truck and get my stuff delivered I will go back and I recommend and give him a five star recommendation

I have had the poorest service. First problem was not being notified when my couch would be in that I wanted. It’s the only one they had that I just need the couch not the set with 2. When I got the couch, the power cord was cut from it. As long as we had it till today, we have yet to get the power cord to use the recliner on both end. This week I had gotten to the point that I am done with the couch because I’m paying 30 a week and can’t use it to the full stint. I told them that I want to get something else and apply what I paid to go to this fire place because I didn’t want to waste what I paid already. Today they come to pick up the couch and deliver the fireplace tv stand. When I told them which one I want I told them I’m paying it off Friday. Use what didn’t go to taxes and such to lower the price of the tv stand. They said They could and today I get told they can only do so much just on what it would be if I did the long payment. I told them I plan to pay it off early on Friday . The money won’t apply what I already paid. This whole mess is a bunch of bs and I will never use them again. I plan on contact corporate and because of the lack of trying to fix this and for saying they can and not do it. I honestly would give them a zero star if it was an option

May cost more overall compairing to outright purchases but does not require credit score to own something new or fancy with flexible payment schedules from weekly to monthly and everything in between. And can take the item home the same day or have the item delivered to your home for no extra cost to you.
