When I try an keep my business local to help an independent owned parts store business but they call me in to pay for a $90.00 mistake they made the month before it boils my blood to pay for their mistake. It’s not the $90 but the principal! I do a lot of business with parts stores but they weren’t interested in keeping me as a customer over $90, so it’s back to O’Reilly’s with my money!
