Its like a convenience store for car parts. And, like most convenience stores, the prices are high on certain cleaners, lubricants, parts, and accessories.Automotive fasteners and small electrical components, especially, are cheaper online.I shop at AutoZone quite a bit for the car parts and tools that I need right now. If I am not in too big a hurry, I will usually search online for a better deal.The one thing that cannot be found on line is the friendly and helpful AutoZone staff. This is an important reason why I am an AutoZone repeat customer.

Carlos has the worst people skills and lacks knowledge of his job I will never deal with him. Donna was excellent and wonderful thank you for a wonderful experience after the horrible job he displays

My husband bought a headlight ballast for my car & was charged twice for the part & then they wouldn’t even let him have the part. Now we are out $330 & still don’t have the part we need.

Have used auto zone since they opened and they have always been very knowledgable, affordable, and staff is very friendly. They dont hesitate to help you in every way possible with all your auto needs.
