I like the place, have always had luck with them. They fixed one problem. Was not able to fix the other. My car rolls on park. Has been witnessed by several people. But of course it did not happen while they had it. Since it caused $7,000. Worth of damage, I have to try to always set the emergency brake.Also I asked them to fix my loose gas cap, but they forgot.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from these guys. They always take great care of me and are honest and stand by their word.

Went for an oil change, left with the CUE information screen broke . Replaced for $1,500 in 2018. Yes it had a 1 year warranty, the oil change and odometer reset should have had nothing to do with the broken information screen, but something happened? After taking it back and testing and resetting were done it was determined that another $1,500.00 was required to once again fix the problem . Frustrated to say the least.

Id wanna give this 0 stars. When my moms car broke down, we took it there and into the maintenance center. Later they said it was fixed. Then the car kept breaking down afterwards. Those people are NOT professionals. If you want your car fixed, take it to someone you really trust only. I hope this place permanently closes soon.

Most horrible buying experience ever we bought a car on August the 12Th picked up on the 16th have had numerous unresolved issues and could never recommend them. When I approached management they laughed at my problems. I have a car thats not drivable or even able to pick up from them. This all from a guy who says he wants to love us and Im not feeling any love. Love serve and care is a joke

The service writers were awesome. I had to buy my spark elsewhere but they, in service, treated us amazingly. Too bad yalls salesman didnt learn the same policies as the most excellent service peeps.

The service was great. Very nice, very fast. Thay made you feel important. I was very happy till I got the bill. I realize car repair is expensive but they put you over a barrel and then charge extreme prices for labor. If I chose not to have it fixed I pay $200 for a quote but to get it fixed I pay parts plus 400% for labor. $800 for a leaky hose? I won’t go back.

My 2014 Chevy Equinox was not running right it would die when coming to a stop or when backing out. Took my car on Wednesday evening after hours,left my keys in drop box they called me the next morning to tell me the problem, told them to fix it got a call 4 hours later my car was fixed and ready for pickup. Liked the fact they got my car in and out in very short time.

5 STARS FOR THE SALES MANAGER! Overpriced and imaginary rebates and discounts. Spent nearly an hour here with little interaction, however there has to be a dealer who wants to sell in the great state of Texas. Dont be fooled with nitrogen filled tires and window tint, or the infamous coin flip. Good luck to the buyers of Country Chevrolet!

Ive always took my vehicle here to get oil changed. But today I went in for oil change and tire rotation, but was told they was going to look at mass airflow sensor. Just look at it. But get billed for labor and cleaned the mass airflow sensor. I wasnt told about them cleaning it. My bill was $65 more then just oil change and tire rotation. I have never ever experienced anything like this from there. The main problem is that I COULD NOT AFFORD IT. But they didnt care they just wanted there money

If I could, I would give Country Chevrolet 100 stars. We bought a truck for my daughter from their used lot in October that had no warranty. We ended up with one issue that they fixed right away and just recently (almost three months after buying the truck) her power steering went out, long story short metal was shot into the power steering and it all needed to be replaced. I took the truck up to the service department and the guys there all took care of me AND because we hadnt had the truck for long fixed it at no cost to us. You have no idea how relieved I felt, especially for this to happen after Christmas. All I can say is THANK YOU COUNTRY CHEVROLET FOR TAKING CARE OF US!!

Found out my front brake shoes and rotors worn ot to the extent of ruining rotors, nothing was related to my previous oil change and 27 point inspection. Show a repair estimate of in excess of $700.00. I switched to the dealer for service for all my vehiclesand away from the quick change places thinking you would be more professional .The answer was my equipment had high mileage and could have just deteriorated.

I took my truck in for a recall, they were able to do it the same day. They were super friendly and worked quickly.

Took my 2016 Yukon XL Denali in for warranty repair on a Saturday. Service department was closed but Matt and Dillon on the vehicles sales side took care of us and put us in a brand new Yukon to drive while we waited till the following week to see what was going to happen with our Yukon. The staff at country was very costumer oriented and made sure to address all our needs and concerns. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. Service quickly informed us of what they found wrong and Cody at the service desk made sure to overnight any parts needed and handled our repair expeditiously. All in all it was a pleasure having our repair work handled there with all expenses handled by the dealer.

Giovanni was our sales rep and he is amazing!! My fiancé and I have been trying to find a car for awhile. We were worried about buying a car.
