Wonderful help with new phone. Technically great, very patient, customer focused.

They tried to sell me a refurbished phone on place of a new one. I’m assuming it was refurbished because I kept getting a notification that said iPhone couldn’t verify the battery was a genuine Apple battery. We took it back the very next day, but the manager insisted we ruined the phone charging port, and that’s why the brand new phone would not charge. She refused to return it even after Verizon said we could. This is not a Verizon corporate office which made it hard for Verizon to easily handle the situation. Your better off driving to Amarillo to the corporate Verizon store than dealing with this dishonest fraud of a manager.
