Great store with fabulous associates. Curbside pick up is my favorite!

I love being able to pull in and park and have my order loaded up for me. It makes my life easier 😉

I don’t know why people continue to shop at Walmart. They will have one line open with 5-6 people backed out into the store waiting to get checked out. They put all these self checkouts up so you can do it yourself. I don’t work for Walmart not checking myself out. Other stores in town ALWAYS have better customer service. The employees at Walmart are great I don’t want to say they do anything wrong it’s the whole companies system of lack of customer care.

I got a pretty cooked chicken.

This was the first time I have been in Bother Walmart. I think Pampas is bigger and better organized. But it was ok.

I reckon A Prince of a Fellow would perhaps be the proper term for the greying gentleman ROBERT at the Borger Walmart Garden Center register! 😊 Not only did he greet me WARMLY, but when I shook his hand his grip was comfortably firm and long, the way it would be with a long missed friend!! 😄 I felt amazing flattered by this most special and surprising encounter! If the community Mr ROBERT lives in has official city business with the public THIS MAN ought to be some part of it, as a kind of AMBASSADOR!

I used pickup service. I didnt get what I ordered. THEY SHORTED ME 4 ITEMS. I am home bound and can not go in to customer service, which is only way to get my 30.00 -for the shorted items. They where EBT items. I will file a complaint with the state of Texas!

This Walmart never seems to have more than one person checking people out and its usually someone very slow. Been to Walmarts all over the country and this one is consistently the worst.

No handicapped carts, the automobile supervisor. Wont do his job . Very bad management

Everything I came there for was there mmy online order was ready and was perfectly what I wanted. Only one complaint to many self check did to leave at least 4 regular cashiers

It has the same atmosphere as most Wal-Marts, but with more hillbilly.

They have LIVE people at checkout! LOL Seems like every other walmart I have been in didnt and it is nice to see a walmart that does!

For the tire department I give 2 stars just to be nice because my wife works there just bought 4 new tires less then a year ago had a flat a few days ago took it up there to get fixed because I payed for the hazard and what every else left it there by the time I got home in fritch they side I only bought 2 tires not 4 and that tire was not under warranty they also said that could not be fixed because the hole was in the side wall.so found the paper work were I got 4 tires but fixed it my self with a plug and there was no hole in the side wall been to weeks and still holding air so for the tire people do your job.

Helpful friendly staff. They were obviously short of staff, however the present staff made up for the shortage.

While visiting this store I had stopped just inside to catch my breath, some 30 or 40 year old came through and stopped to ask if he could help me since I guess I looked like I was in need of assistance. What a great offer from a complete stranger, this has happened to me several times. occasions

Just another Walmart but very well maintained. Only bad thing is the parking lot cant stand the horizontal lines in parking lots.

I couldnt get access to the to the handicap carts there it wasnt enough of them at the time they it was all out I had to wait for one to become available made me have to stay in the store even longer then I wanted to... Made me late for everything else I had for the rest of the day...

My experiences here are usually alot more pleasurable. Aside from inventory never being up to date or every associate seemingly without knowledgeable answer when you have a question, there was a man inhaling air duster in electronics in front of associates and my children. I got offended and called the police.

Its kinda dirty but I had everything you will need and most people who work there are nice

I absolutely hate the idea of self check.... wouldnt be so bad if you gave the employee discount to the customer checking themselves out or I didnt see so many people not scan items and get free merchandise

Fabulous Dahling‼️ Five months of arguing with the Credit Union Ive been a member of for 30+ Years refusing to cash/deposit Stimulus Payments....Literally 10 minutes at WalMart and both cashed and out the door with Great Customer Service‼️‼️‼️

Lately,their stock had been inconveniently low on several items I need.

This past year has been a complete life change. I usually shopped all the time, but due to quarantine that stopped. I started using Walmart pickup for my orders and the guys that have made and delivered my orders have been phenomenal!!!!

Did not find what I was looking for, the staff was very friendly

Did not have the Shell Rotela oil.

Bought 2 things today that were placed in the wrong location, by associates (all the same items in that spot). Its not my job to check the label to make sure its in the right location. Spent an extra $34 up front because they were in the wrong locations.

Borger may not have as much as some Walmarts I have been too, but its the cleanest and friendliest Ive ever been too.

As far as size and selection, this Walmart is pretty average. The people working there are, overall, more helpful and friendlier than what Ive seen in most other Walmarts. This isnt to say that Ive never had a bad experience with a rude employee, but experiences like that are far and away the exception. The vast majority of the time theyre willing to go above and beyond to help, while being friendly and helpful.

I am a transplant from Washington and when I walked into the Walmart in Borger, Texas, I was blown away by the cleanliness, organization and the thoughtful employees! Theyve completely changed my perspective on shopping at a Walmart! Keep up the good work!

I went in to use the restroom. It was clean. The first stall I picked the door wouldnt stay closed.

They no longer carry any Hispanic sweets, your favorite brand or product will no longer be there the next time youre looking for it, and management will only hire or promote people in their clique. Also youre their property. If you work for them then they own every aspect of your life. Dont shop here. Edit from 4-10-2019. This is their idea of a fresh, still in date, marketside prepared salad. Walmarts personal brand. The date is still 2 days away... But the food certainly looks horrible doesnt it? Still wanna shop here for your needs?

Having a 24 hour supercenter was great until it wasnt open 24 hours for almost a year. Come on, enough is enough. Staff is good, products are ok. Opening time is due for a change.

Great location. One of the best stocked locations Ive been to as well, and Ive been to many. Also the layout and planning of this store makes the most sense. Even without using the helpful app to find things I can find almost anything in the store almost instantly.

Standing in a line for 20 minutes to pay for five or six items because you want to use cash is unacceptable they should open up the self-checks to cash and if they dont want to then they have to start opening more check stands and not just one

Half of the employs stand around grimping abt being there the other half are just plain out rude to you and theres never anybody at the fitting room you gave to wait abt 20 to 30 minutes for some one to come.

They hace great service and everything ive ever needed so they deserve what they get.

Last time my Husband and I were in there was when I went to the bank and updated my stuff. So one of the associates decided to start trouble while my husband sat outside the bank in one of their carts waiting for me. Once I got done they once again decided to follow us around for no reason. Were you that bored you just wanted to harass someone? I really wanted to say something but my husband said to let it go.

I have always gotten very friendly service at this Walmart. I continue to drive the 45 miles to do my shopping here.

I use mainly the Pharm, am glad for the drive up so I dont have to go in all the time. I am disappointed in the fact they have not replaced the benches for sitting around the store. Alot of elderly complaining no place to sit. I do not understand why the seats cant come bk, u have people with carts disinfecting why cant they disinfect the seats too ? Many people, myself included are sitting on large toy boxes sitting in the isles.

Lack of customer service. Volunteers are not allowed to help customers find what they need because of contract changes in employment

Every summer its always way to hot. I dont know how the elderly tolerate it or your associates. I absolutely hate going in.

I was very impressed I have never seen this store so fully stocked and even during the Fire season do you mean sure all employees are wearing a mask to protect not only themselves but also the customers whats in the store.

My baby threw a tantrum almost the entire time i was there so i was pretty embarrassed so I went to self check out & she went out of her way to help me get everything into grocery bags & into my buggy.
