Solid store, and huge for that matter. Employees help and seem to lighten up the place. Overall solid, will definitely keep coming back for any needs I have.

Always had a good experience with Ace, been getting my 100 lb propane bottle filled here the last couple yrs never a problem at all, yesterday go to fill it they tell me they can’t fill it because it needs recertification said it went out in 2014? I didn’t know this was even a thing and that’s fine but they have had zero problems filling it before and then want to tell me they won’t fill it when we are negative temps?

Clean, well lighted, easy to find, good parking. Always friendly & helpful. One lady just wouldnt give up til she found the plumbing part we needed. Well stocked. We like that they have cut offs, and will cut to size. Knowledgeable, well stocked. Easy to get to.

Good selection of hardware and pricing is a little high but its here at home thats what counts.

The folks at Ace are always helpful and knowledgeable and are always there for you when you arent real sure what youre doing. If one of them doesnt know they find someone who does and can answer your questions I have a remarkable store here in Borger and its a real pleasure to go and find the things you need as well as many things you want. Its not just Plumbing and hardware its also gift cards and toys and giant candy bars Christmas lights. Its always a pleasure to go you always find something you dont expect along with what you need and if they dont have what you need they can often order it.

One of the cleanest, largest, well stocked Ace hardware stores I have been in. We have traveled with our rv through 12 western states this summer and for one reason or another I seem to need something Ace has. Plus, I dont have to buy a bag or box full to get the item or two i need. The help, as I guessed, friendly, knows their inventory. They take you to it and helps with selection as apposed to just pointing to isle#...Say hello to Robert, friendly, courteous, professional. First class hardware store. Oh, did I mention.They even carry lumber. I am not related to or know them or work there. We are tourists in town for a few days from Phoenix.

People are very helpful. Can find just about everything for DIY for your home. Good selection of tools also.

I went to Ace because both key fobs for my car stopped working. Someone recommended I take the fobs to Ace. I did and Stephen at Ace determined the fobs were sending a signal but my car wasn’t recognizing it. He reprogrammed the fobs to my car for free and now both fobs work! This saved me a trip to the car dealer and a $100 diagnostic fee the dealer would have charged! I’m so happy! Many thanks!

This Ace Hardware store always has an employee asking if I need help finding an item, unlike other stores where they seem to hide. They carted my shop heater to the checkout and helped load into my vehicle.

I’ve heard of people having issues, but never had one until today. Rented a ditcher from them, and the chain came off. I’ve ran excavation equipment for over a decade, and while it sucks, it happens. I probably should have greased the boom and watched the chain slack better. So, I call and talk to them and they say no worries, we’ll swap you out. So they come out, and see tiny tree roots in the ditch, and then refuse to let me use another ditcher, while keeping the money I paid for it. The ditcher wasn’t hung on a root, and any root bigger than a quarter inch, I cut with a saw as I ditched. Every person I spoke to said it was someone else’s call, until it got to the top and he magically couldn’t be reached.I’ve spent thousands of dollars here, and as long as it’s just retail sales, they’re fine, but this was ridiculous.

Ace is always the place we go when we have questions! We needed a new battery for our electric lawn mower -a model that isnt even sold anymore, but Ace had the right battery we needed and they got us fixed up in no time! We always adore and appreciate those guys in the customer service help desk.

Spent thousands never again

Store is awesome and people on the floor were great. 3 ladies at checkout counter were talking, and they were severely inconvenienced by me wanting to buy something. They were noticeably nicer to those that werent a light skin color.

I was amazed at the variety. They even had replacement key fob cases. And they were very helpful in our search for a propane part.

This place sucks. The people are rude and they try to steal from you. I bought a hot water heater from them and it was the wrong size so I tried to return it and the box has been opened and they tried to charge me $125 restocking fee because the box was torn. the top of the box was open and they wanted to charge me 25% would have been $125. Theyre rude and I would never ever go in that place if I were yall. Id give them zero stars but this app wont let me
