I went in and looking for a counter top microwave the sales person named Virginia was very helpful and friendly she went out of her way to make sure we got the right measurements, color and brand of microwave we have been looking for. Both associates greeted us when we walked in and right away was helped. They both brought out microwaves from the back for us to look at and pick and even took time to show us some microwaves on the website for us to look at. Very great and awesome job. Nice and awesome people that work there.

Went in to look for a washer and dryer for my elderly mother on a budget. Employees greet me as soon as we entered the store and approach us to see how could she help me. I told her we needed a simple washer and dryer she was able to find one online for us just like what we needed and in my mothers budget. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I was very happy to see the store was preparing all the holiday set up and the nice environment the store has. You can tell the employees really enjoy their jobs. All where very helpful liked the way they work as a team. Customer for life.

I had an issue with a warranty and my local Sears manager Cesar went above and beyond to fix my issue. My hats off to such a kind and caring person. Sears should feel lucky to have such a professional employee like him.

Im from out of town so I was pretty excited to see that Borger had a Sears. But I can tell you this I am not going back! I walked in to look around and not ONE emoylee stood up to greet me. I went in the other day looking for a tool, and ended up walking out with a new washer, mine was starting to wear out pretty quickly, but the sales woman was extremely helpful and the deal was too good to pass up.I also got the tool i was needing for my project.

Love going to this store very friendly and I think its great that they have a bilingual associate good job Caesar sure wasnt expecting to hear you speak spanish to the eldery couple, bet they were glad to hear you speak it too.
