If you need balloons/ party decorations & much more, support here over Party City or big box stores - they care more and much better quality selection!

The people were so amazing and helpful. My wife and I searched to find a place that could help us make our baby reveal a fun experience. They have the best selection of balloons in the city and probably MA. I would totally recommend them to anyone that wants to make a celebration extra fun.

My fiance went their a couple of months ago looking for ideas and centerpieces for our wedding and was told he would get a call back. When he didnt he called again but the owner Christine was on vacation and he was told she would call him when she got back. Still never hearing from her we were frustrated and decided not to do business since no one felt the need to make money. Then my fiance had a change of heart and called again and was told Christine would call back the next day,,,, well its been four days, they must not need business. When he called today to speak and raise his concern he was told she was too busy to talk to him and if he didnt have email thats all she corresponds by,, hmm well bye bye. O and I would give 0 stars but thats not an option!

Very rude staff/owner. Expensive. Not impressed. They do however have a big selection of unique balloons.

Bad customer service. I came in for a bridal shower chair and it was given to me dirty. The owner didnt make any effort to discount or even try to replace it. She claims she was too busy with a much bigger order and I guess mine was too small to bother with.

The customer service is phenomenal!!! I walked in with just a vision and Kelli helped me make it a reality. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
