Went for a kitchen remodeling design and it is taking a long time to get something that is not ridiculously priced.

Not a single person in kitchen and bath design when my husband and I arrived. We went there to purchase a bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet. Woman was so rude! Couldn’t even give us 10 min of time. Had photos, measurements in hand and even the cabinet sample we wanted. She told us they don’t carry that line and it’s listed on their website. I got the “I’ve been here a long time” line. We said we could go with another cabinet line but wanted something similar. She was very short and curt. No reason for the attitude at all. See you later. Taking our business elsewhere and I would recommend anyone reading this to do the same. Unprofessional!

I worked with Merry and Norfolk team on the remodel of three bathrooms (including the master) in my new home. She also helped design a banquette for my kitchen. Merry was a pleasure to work with - very creative and excellent taste. The crew, led by Mike, was very professional and timely. More importantly, they were good at communicating with me, which was very helpful. Ultimately, the finished product was beautiful. It was a very positive experience overall, and I would highly recommend Norfolk to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodel.

Having never done a remodel project before, I knew I wanted to go with an organization that would handle all aspects of this and deliver it turnkey. From start to finish, the entire team at NK&B was a joy to work with. Every person from design, to project management to the workers on site were always courteous, professional and respectful of my home. I did (2) bathrooms in series, which were done in under 8 weeks total with little to no disruption to my house. The materials are a quality grade and Im glad I followed their recommendations on design, because the final result is awesome! I would highly recommend this organization for any bathroom project.

Merry Ao did a excellent job assisting us with our decision to buy and arrange our cabinets, counter top and backsplash in our kitchen.

After a horrible experience with an online order for a bathroom vanity which never came I called Norfolk who told me they had some in stock at their Mattapan location.Rick who I dealt with was awesome as he helped us find the vanity we liked. It was Saturday and their warehouse in Braintree was closed which is where sink top was. Knowing I was eager to get the the unit installed that day Rick drove to Braintree and got us the sink! My only regret with our bathroom project was that we didnt go to Norfolk in the beginning. I would highly recommend them, they have everything you need for any bath or kitchen remodel in any price range and their customer service is top notch.

Its grown over the years and still improving. Always find helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Your receptionist was very rude on the phone from your boston office and im upset. I called 10 minutes ago regarding a project including the kitchen and bath remodel and she was very abrupt stated the price assuming I cannot afford it and hung up on my face. I dont appreciate it and you just lossed a customer. I would give no stars if i could im very upset
