I recently purchased a new watch from Josh and I cant say enough about how good my experience was. Josh was a true professional, he offered me a great price and great service through out the entire process. I recommend Gann Jewelers to everyone that has a need for jewelry.

I have never been to the store. I live in Texas. However I did just purchase a watch from Josh. It was a BALL and I was on the fence between a couple of different models. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Josh and we did talk about watches. However we talked about many other world problems as well. Just a great personable guy. I never write reviews, but Im coming off the bench here because I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Josh. I couldve bought this particular watch from maybe a few different places. But Im glad I bought it from this jeweler.

I bought my engagement ring from Joseph Gann. We worked with Josh Gann. It was a custom ring with a cushion and two trapezoids. My wife (who came with me in the process!) enjoyed working him so much that she also bought my wedding band from him. We wouldve also bought her wedding band from him but she does not wear one.What we loved was:-The stones he picked out were amazing. We went to him 3 times just to get the stones right (there were 3 of them). He worked hard to get what we wanted and we had a pretty specific idea of what that was. He is a supremely patient man :)-He never pressured us in any way-Prices were good-He brought us along in the process. He would send us renderings of the ring (which we created from scratch) to make sure we were all right with them. In fact, we moved right after we got engaged. My wife wanted to modify a few things so we mailed it back and he adjusted them with no extra charge.-Hes so knowledgeable. Id read up a bunch and he also educated me on how the ring was made, what to look for in the diamond.-We trusted him completely, which is obviously a big dealThe only time I had previous experience with a jeweler was with buying a watch. A wedding ring was a much more intense process especially if your tailoring all its elements. And its the most expensive thing Ive ever purchased in my life. I cant imagine someone being more knowledgeable, more trustworthy, or more helpful than Josh.

Just bought a GIA documented diamond stud earring here and I couldnt be happier with the stone and the entire buying experience. The stone is beautiful and the price felt very fair to me. Delightful service from Herbert Gann, an experienced gentleman who patiently answered all my questions. A beautiful store full of so many beautiful things. The entire experience was a pleasure. Boston is lucky to have the Gann family here offering their services for three generations now. Check it out! I will definitely return in the future.

They have some nice jewelry with reasonable prices. Sometimes with these jewelry places the vendors are a little rude and moving a little to fast trying to get a deal done. Stay firm and definitely try to negotiate a good price for the items you want.

My fiancé and I were referred here by a friend and we have had an excellent experience. Josh has been very helpful and accommodating regarding some issues with my engagement ring. Worth the 1.5hr drive for us from the Cape for the customer service, highly recommend!

I shopped around plenty of places when going for the engagement ring. I ended up going to Gann last after my father told me he and my Grandfather had bought their rings there. Herb and Andrew were great to deal with; no pressure and very educational. They also came in a lower cost for the same specs at other jewelers. Five years later and I still go there for all of my purchases.

They resized my engagement ring quickly and for a great price. Ill be back for wedding rings!

Josh is the best. We first walked into his family store years ago, before we were married and it was a blessing because we only shop for our jewelry here. Each time we worked with Josh we felt as if we were important and respected. This jewelry store is based on family values which is refreshing in todays world. Joshuas photo of his grandparents hangs in the store as a reminder of what they stand for and this respect for the customer was carefully handed down.

Twenty-nine years ago my future husband and I purchased my beautiful Tiffany engagement ring and wedding bands from Joseph Gann Jewelers. It was time to reset my diamond and once again we visited the store where Mr. Gann expertly assisted us in choosing a gorgeous new setting. Being that we traveled from Connecticut and that it was also my birthday, Mr. Gann graciously had my new ring ready later that afternoon. So your like me ... you have looked online. You have checked out blue Nile and all of those sites and then you got nervous buying something that big online. Well that was me and I decided to walk into this place and let me tell you it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They were very fair and non pushy and worked in my budget. My engagement ring and wedding band were purchased at Joseph Gann. Both rings have had diamonds fall out (a total of 6 diamonds now) and the detail in the filigree has cracked. These rings are only 5 years old! Very disappointing.

Beautiful work, and WONDERFUL customer service and support (no matter the budget!)My husband bought me a sapphire pendant necklace for our anniversary. It so happens that the design my husband chose wasnt perfectly aligned with my taste. We went to JOSEPH GANN to inquire how we might adapt the necklace, and Joshua was, simply put, wonderful.Joshua spent well over an hour with us as I tried on a series of necklaces and stone arrangement options, and through it all he was kind, calm, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. If youre looking for a baby gift or a wedding gift that is unique and different, this is a must stop location. They offer timeless brands like Herend, Lennox, Ralph Lauren. Their staff is very informative and attentive. Elisa helped me for over an hour showing me china, explaining items and offered a discount for registering with the store. She even continued to communicate with me via email about my registry, new items, sale items or discontinued items after my initial interaction with her in the store. Definitely a spot to check out!

The Ganns family and their employees provide excellent service. Their prices are fair for the quality. This is the type of jewelry store one should seek out, not the chains.

This place is a rip off. My band came in 3 days before our wedding(their mistake). It looked different paired with my engagement ring, than when I initially tried it on in the store. It was too late to do anything about at that point because the ring obviously needs to be blessed at the wedding. They didnt give a discount despite their mistake. I also have seen several bands since that are exactly the same and literally half the price. Have something custom made. It will still be less expensive than what you pay here
