Wife wanted a particular wedge shoe for my 50th b day. Couldn’t locate it anywhere. Called the Copley store and spoke with Chris who was able to locate them in another state. Happy to say that she received them within a few days way ahead of the event. Super happy!!! Happy wife happy life!!! Great customer service!!! Thanks Chris

I have been a longtime client at Hermès Boston. My former SA was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I occasionally got bag offers. But since the pandemic happened, my SA left the company and I was assigned to a different SA this year. Honestly I have nothing against my new SA but I am very disappointed with Hermès as a company. I get it, it is covid era and the supply is short. But especially Hermès Boston has ZERO bags this year (unless you are a new client or have spent millions…) and it will be like this for a while. People are willing to spend $ on other things and they have a new strategy that they tend to offer bags to new clients so they can hook them up with the brand and spend more in time…. I am honestly sick of their games.I have spent a lot of money and time at Boston boutique and this year I was treated very poorly.

I doubt Ill ever be back. Waited for an hour in a line of 6 people to get into what was essentially an empty store.I have had decent experiences with sales associates in past years but, the experience was so incredibly unwelcoming I have no desire to ever return to any location again.The SA was VERY transactional. I think the crowded McDonalds around the corner actually would have been more attentive and friendly. I wanted to look around the store but was essentially hounded and processed. Id gone for a number of specific items and one which I wanted to shop for, but even the items Id intended to purchase I decided to punt on and shop at Cartier instead where I knew Id be treated well. I purchased the cologne I couldnt get a suitable alternative for somewhere else and left.

Very difficult to get into store but well worth the effort. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about there whole line of exclusive products. Because of covid there inventory is limited - this makes it even more exciting to find there products.

Consistently the worst Hermès storefront in the world. The staff are not knowledgeable about fabric composition, they’ll make you wait outside while they chat with their co-workers inside with no clients. Their door attendant does not have the level of service of other locations. Always a bad experience. Even when picking up online orders, it’s difficult to get proper assistance.

I was in a rush for my moms birthday which was yesterday and didn’t know it was appointment only. I thought I was screwed! But one of the salesperson named Sydney squeezed me right in and got me in and out so quick even when she had other appointments which were made on time (my bad) she was sooo nice and helpful!!! And made sure I had the best belt for the best mom.. thank you Sydney!!!

Drove an hour to get to the store. Traffic was terrible with the rain. Found and paid for parking. Ran up to the door and the female manager told me “their closed.” I explained my situation. I did not explain how much I spend with them. I was turned away. I will never buy again. Great customer service!

Absolutely the worst service, even worse than the store at the KOP. The sales didn’t even bother to politely ask if we needed help. I saw many sales wandering around the store and avoiding to make eye contact with us. I guess because either we looked like we didn’t have any potential to make money out of, or because it’s one hour until the day’s over - so why bother helping out another customer, right? Oh wait I was asked if I needed help by one sales, with the verse: “hey what do you want?” I can even hear the sound of my eyes rolling in my heart. If people can make money with that attitude, being an Hermès sales will be the ultimate dream job.

I love Boston Hermès!!! They made my dream come true! Everyone is so nice and helpful especially Sunny!!!!! She always helps me pick the nicest items and goes out of her way to get me the nice bags, jewelry, clothes, shoes.... My husband and daughter and myself been shopping there for years and love every moment of it!!! She is so sweet kind and generous to all of us. I always get what I want!!!! Went in to buy a scarf and make up with my girlfriend on vacation. Staff asked “what do you want” when we were in line and then were completely ignored while in store. Got the impression since I’m not a white person covered in head to toe their brand they don’t seem interested.

Just walked out of the boutique with a beautiful perfume on my arm and a bitter taste in my mouth. I made an appointment with a nice woman on the phone, but once I arrived at the boutique was greeted by a sales associate who said I wasn’t in their system but I guess I can take you since my other appointment didn’t show up. No hello, no how are you, literally no attempt at any kind of courtesy. All he wanted to know was who I had been assigned to. When I told him I wanted to try the new H24, he led me to the perfume corner and then he went behind the register. The more I think about my visit, the less I like the perfume. I think I’m going to return it.

If you have a low self esteem dont come here to expect a greeting with red carpet. They help you when your are ready and they have no customers. This comments some times are out scale or filter and it is rude to generalized. Some people comes to vent their curiosity about Hermes brand (go online). They know how to salute customers with education and manners and that is all that customers should need. I love this store for what the brand have, I love this brand its quality is amazing, it last forever and not many people can buy. They have always help me kindly and with good manners am happy with that. Several Hermes employees have helped me in different Hermes stores (Tokyo / NY/ Vegas / Miami / Boston), and they have always treated me with respect, professionalism and cordiality, and I have had a normal experience in those stores. Appointment only! Took my time to drive downtown, pay to park, and trek through the snow only to find out that walk ins are locked out in sadly yet another example of corona rules taken to their most extreme. Really annoying, knew exactly what I wanted, would have been in and out of there in 5 minutes - And it was not going to be a small purchase.

Called yesterday inquiring on a bag, was called back promptly by Cynthia who was patient and helpful. She sent me pics of all the bags I wanted to see. I decided to make an appt. so I could try on sizes and see colors in person. They were extremely accommodating in working with my schedule and both John (manager) and Joan were lovely and fun. They helped me work through my color indecision and I chose the Evelyne 29 in a special edition. Hubby and I also felt safe in the store as it’s appt. only and there with limited guests there with masks and sanitizer for all. Outstanding service! I adore my purchase, thank you! We will be back. 💖

I went into the store with my husband, fully intending to buy a fragrance (I got a sample during my last Hermès purchase in France) and a scarf. I managed to get a sales person to help me with the fragrance, but we were ignored for the rest of the visit. Despite my intent to buy that day, we couldn’t get anyone’s attention. There were plenty of people standing around. The scarf and fragrance are still at the store. I am certainly secure enough in my self that I’m not begging someone to take my money. The service at this particular store could be improved upon. It seems the sales staff has forgotten they are there to help the customer. I have gotten much better service at other Hermès locations.

Went to this location on my lunch break for the first time. It was also my first time in a Hermes store.I walked in knowing I wanted to purchase a belt or at the very least get the correct size I needed for a future purchase. I asked a standing attendant where the belts were, and was instructed to go upstairs. I found them and started pursuing. Within a few minutes an attendant (Vincent) came over and asked if he could help me, and I said yes. I was unsure of what size to get and Vincent helped steered me in the right direction, all while explaining differences in the belts and hardware. We had polite conversation as he assisted me, and he answered all questions with well versed knowledge. He offered to add additional holes in the belt to allow me to use it both on my hips and for high-wasted jeans which I took advantage of. I would definitely recommend going in the middle of the day on a weekday if you can because the store isnt very full of customers. So happy with my first experience and my first purchase from Hermes!

Customer service at this specific store is the worst I have ever seen at a luxury brand retail store. Avoid shopping at this location unless you wish to be ignored until you plead for someone to assist you. This is a poor reflection of the Hermès brand and needs to be corrected with better management.

Customer service is terrible, staff is very unprofessional and arrogant. Went in there twice, for two different purchases with Cindy, and I suggest you ask for someone else. Very rude and unprofessional, total waste of time, you’d expect you’d be welcomed with a smile and treated nicely at such a high end retail store. Total lack of professionalism. Horrified. Never again.

I came here for a watch battery change which was still under warranty. When I picked up the watch they asked me to pay $300+. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They said I can only pick up next time because they have to confirm with the manager that I don’t have to pay. I came here for four times until I got my watch back. ALSO, I have a rose gold necklace and it turned black( oxygenation). I think they can clean that for me or replace it. They said all I can do is purchase a new one! !!!!!!!!!! Hermès is just want their customers keep spending money, the customer service is just like nothing they can provide you after purchasing!!!!! THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES IN HERMÈS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!
