Bret and the team at Evergreen did a great job for me. I was out of town, and my sons car failed to start on a Friday. I spoke with the Bret and he scheduled me in to have the car looked at the following Friday. He suggested a tow company in the area and told me to have it towed in and if a spot opened up he would look at it sooner. I had the car towed in Monday morning, and they had diagnosed the problem as a bad battery, fixed, that, changed the oil, and made some other repairs Id asked them to look into by Tuesday. I was extremely pleased with the service and their honesty. This wasnt the first time I had work done there, and I will continue to use them in the future.

We have been going to Evergreen Autoworks for a few years after some friends recommended them to us. I appreciate their honesty, quality of work and finishing the maintenance/repairs in a timely manner. They are excellent at communicating any issues they happen upon while working on our vehicles. Finding a shop where I feel comfortable with their work and ethics is difficult, however; I feel confident weve found such at Evergreen Automotive.

Had a scary moment last week where my little car lost power going up the hill to home, and the “Engine Service NOW!” light came on. The next morning (Friday) I called as soon as they opened, and was told they probably couldn’t do anything with it until Monday, but that I could have it towed in. They were fantastic to work with, had my problem diagnosed in a few hours of dropping the car off, and we were able to pick it up the same day! Professional service, courteous to me even though I’m (just) a woman, and the price seemed very fair. So happy to have found Evergreen!

My van started acting up while I was driving through Washington and none of the garages I took it to were able to see it on short notice. They all wanted me to leave it for a few days, which wasnt an option.Bret was not only able to make time in his schedule to look at my van, but he was able to diagnose it in under an hour and didnt sugar coat it when the news wasnt great. Other places wouldve tried to sell me on some short-term fix or other; Bret just laid it out for me straight.If I ever find myself back in Bothell and in need of a mechanic, Ill certainly be going back to Bret.

Needed an oil change and had an oil leak that needed investigation. When I arrived Bret was super friendly and personable. They diagnosed they leak quickly and gave me options for repair and explained what and what not to fix at the time. They also found I needed new rear brakes and fixed an axel seal they found. For each item, they called me right away and gave me options. The quotes were fair and they even had the parts in stock and had the work done sooner than expected. Had my car towed for a fuel filter change and fuel pump fail. Yes, I fill up my tank on empty not halfway. Vehicle has 157k. Bret had a diagnosis within a couple of hours, was quick to call the first day and had the part in house. He gave a fair price for the parts and labor and I was able to pick up my car by the second day even though they did have to drive to get a smaller part on the second day. They have always been my go to shop for collision and repair because he is honest and fast and hires quality help. Thank you for all you do.

I had some electrical issues with our 19 year old Honda van and the folks at Evergreen confirmed that it was a bad alternator. Additionally the shop found some other minor issues that needed addressing. They called me to let me know what they had found and what my options were, and I okayed all the work. I liked my experience here. Sway bar link was loose and clunking. I redid all of the suspension myself 18 months ago so I knew it shouldn’t be anything big. And they just found the actual problem and tightened it up. The cheapest, best and most honest solution to a simple problem. No lying to get you to buy unneeded and also marked up new parts. Bottom line up front- A highly professional and competent auto repair facility with great service and communication.My 2016 Chevrolet Colorado experienced a failure where it would not start. After an unsuccessful attempt to correct the problem myself I contacted Evergreen Autoworks via the online appointment tool based on the reviews I had read. The service advisor Bret was quick to get in touch with me and discuss the problem and the expected time to get the repair accomplished. While it was there I also had the leaking front axle seals replaced and drivetrain fluids replaced.In summary, the repair was accomplished quickly. The cause was a blown fuse and the cost for diagnosis and repair was very reasonable. The other work was in accordance with the cost estimate provided. Brett showed me the location of the fuse and discussed the possible causes and possible future action if it reoccurs. They also identified my rear brakes were worn and needed replacing. There was no issue when I said I would perform that work myself.I would highly recommend

I drove in because my car would not start earlier in the day. I was afraid to turn it off. I took it to Evergreen Autoworks and they did complementary diagnostic. Could not find anything wrong. Maybe I got bad gas? I had taken my cars there when I lived in Washington before and was always very happy with the service. A very good, honest, quality shop. I came here for a 2001 Ford Escape alternator replacement which is not an easy job, and was offered a very reasonable labor estimate. I did have a slight suspension issue when getting the car back, and when I called them about this, they were very apologetic and professional, getting me a free tow back to the shop and having it fixed the next day free of charge. I’ve had a few problems with this car in the past, and they’ve been my go-to shop for anything I can’t do myself. Highly recommend.

Had a hard time starting my car. Turned out there was a warning light on the air intake. So I took it to the nearest shop, just happened to be a dealer. They quoted me over $1200 for all necessary repairs. A friend referred me to Evergreen Autoworks and they had it fixed and on the road for about $400. And the work was done and out in the time the dealer said he could start the work. I recommend this auto shop.

I have taken my current car and past cars here for the last 7 years. They have always recommended only necessary repairs. There was a time when I brought in a vehicle for a 50,000 mile tune up and they said they didnt do certain parts of the tune up because they saw no evidence of needing certain fluids changed or parts replaced. Most other places would have done them anyways and charged me for it. I appreciate their honesty because often women get taken advantage of in these situations. The work is always well done and if anything isnt right they have you come back and fix it to your satisfaction.

As always, Evergreen was pleasant and easy to work with. They seem aware and careful of COVID-19 issues - for example they wore masks, and I saw them wipe my car key and credit card with a disinfecting wipe before returning them to me. I appreciate it!

I got my car fixed a few weeks ago and it was running great! Brett is the manager and was very responsive and helpful, I cant say how much I appreciate his efforts and patience in this process. Girlfriend recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and was worried about the low price we purchased It for. So we called and spoke with Brett and learned we could bring her car in for a full inspection to make sure we didn’t buy a lemon. After dropping the vehicle off it didn’t take much longer for them to call me back and let me know after full inspection there was no issues and it didn’t even cost me that much. Great service, very friendly, and quick to help.

They will take advantage of anyone who doesn’t do their research.

Classic mechanic scams. Wouldnt give straight answer on what my issue was even though it only read 1 code. Tried upselling on things that I had already previously serviced which means either they lied or were too lazy to actually check and just added it to the diagnosis in hopes itll stick. Definitely over charges. I knew what my issue was and I took it here as a test to see if I could trust this shop for my future needs, I can not. The replacement part costs $40ish and took 5 minutes to replace.

Got some recent brakes work done. Jeff is who I worked with primarily. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I never felt rushed and they were willing to slow things down and explain so I could take down notes and make an informed decision. Also they did not push me to do unnecessary repairs but instead gave a time frame of when I might need to get them done in the future allowing me to budget. They also were quite efficient getting all the work done by about 4pm after dropping the car of at around 9am. Overall it seemed like a friendly, professional mechanic service that I trusted to do the right job for a reasonable price. I expect to be a customer there again in the future.

I took my car here because my air bag light came on. This guy name BRET, as soon as he noticed I have a Hyundaie, he ran my license plate to see if its one of those that got recalled. Thank you sooooo much. He explained what they are gonna do. I ended up going to this place twice. The first time was diagnostic, and then they had to order the part for my car and once the part arrived I had to make another trip there. They took care of all my transportation back and forth which was great and awesome.JEFF is the guy calling me to update me on everything. Both of them super nice and friendly people. I felt like I have been there a million times. They are really professional, friendly and nice.You know as a girl it is not the highlight of your day if you have to go to a mechanic shop by yourself. Let me tell you these guys make it super easy for you. Do not hesitate to go there.Totally recommend this place and I will go back there for any issues my car may have in the future.Best customer service ever. Super happy. I have been here before. They are professional and prompt. They tell you in detail what they will be doing as well as inform future issues that may come up. No one likes when their car has problems. The cost is always a concern when having work done. Evergreen is upfront

The service was exceptional. I had to have my car towed there after it broke down in the middle of a turning lane on 527. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I took my car in on a Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday even with needing some serious work done on it. You pay for what you get, but the price isnt exaggerated here.

Very friendly, got an alignment done after New tires, (recommended by Discount Tire) Brett was great and got it done quickly. Old tires wore prematurely because it was miss aligned, would not have needed new tires had I come here last year!

First visit was good quick service and reasonable price second time not so much 350 for a oil change and diagnostic outrageous

SO happy with them!!The first time I called them, Id gotten two wrong answers from two shops already, one which had almost cost me my car because he thought it was a thing that was no big deal (after already seeing my car while replacing the radiator), and I could fix whenever, so I waited. The guy at Evergreen, once I called around to fix what I *thought* was the issue, was honest about what they couldnt know but clearly had experience with my car and knew what he was talking about. Sure enough, it was the same *area* but a completely different issue that was extremely dangerous. He even kept the parts for me to look at if Id wanted to.This last time, I called Evergreen in the afternoon, brought it in in the morning (soonest I could), they called within an hour and had it fixed before noon! These people are both knowledgeable and great at customer service.
