Our experience at the Mattress Firm Canyon Park location was informative and enjoyable. Clay (Mattress Firm sales person) was incredibly knowledgeable about the type of bed we were considering, and the science of sleep in general. We did our own research of the bed we were looking for, and already knew a lot about it. Clay was able to add to what we researched, and was very patient as my wife and I asked tons of questions and tried out several mattress firmness and coolness. Even though the bed and base we purchased could have been bought at one of the brand’s flagship stores, we opted to buy it from Clay simply due to his kindness and care in helping my wife and I find the best mattress/base to fit our needs.

Had a great experience buying from Buck. The thought of having to go try out a ton of mattresses and hope that you find a good fit can be a little daunting, but Buck quickly assessed our needs and helped narrow down the choices to mattresses that were suited to our comfort. Went here with my fiance to pick out a mattress. We ended up financing a Queen sized medium firm spring mattress. I cant wait to get it shipped. It was our first time visiting a Mattress Firm and it was very thorough.Our sleep expert, Patrick, was incredibly gracious, warm, kind, and helpful. He meticulously selected a handful of mattresses for us to test out after asking us a series of questions pertaining to each of our sleeping habits and preferences and if we had any issues falling or staying asleep or with pain. He made sure that we walked away with a mattress that suited both of our needs.I would say this is worth the trip if youre looking for a new bed. While Patrick was just covering someones shift at this store, I have no doubt that the staff at this location is just as professional and as amicable as Patrick was.

We havent made a purchase yet, but Buck was fantastic. Super helpful, very considerate and willing to work with every bit of feedback we gave him. With how awful going into a brick and mortar is these days it was really nice to have someone that genuinely wanted to help us and not just get us to buy something no matter what.

We had the best experience with our salesperson, Buck. We always expect to be upsold when we comes to places like this (mattress stores) but Buck was open and honest regarding price differences between models. He was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding our complaints about the comfort level of our current mattress. He was thorough when asking about our sleep positions and related aches and pains and had suggestions for what might work better for us. Additionally, he laughed at all my dumb movie/TV references and was just an all-around pleasant guy to do business with. Finally, make sure you ask about his horse. Trust me on this. 5 stars. Would recommend.

We found that Clay was super helpful, didnt rush us, and truly cared about helping us find the best for US! His expertise was great and he was very attentive to us the entire time and yet gave us space to make decisions.

Buy your mattress elsewhere if you value customer service! At the time of a $3400 purchase the salesman stated if any items go on sale within 90 days I would be entitled to a refund. On Memorial Day the mattress did go on sale. I requested a credit or refund due to what was stated by their employee. The salesperson stated he “already discounted the mattress” when in my sales receipt it noted the full price. This was directed to the Mattress Firm district manager who gave me the same round around. Ihad the sales receipt in hand and it noted no discount but full retail price. It was only a $200 difference. What was more important to me was customer service and deceptive sales tactics. I value customer service and honesty. I did not get it here. My recommendations are to get your mattress elsewhere to save yourself the frustration I experienced.

I was moving to Boise and needed a new mattress, walked into Mattress Firm and not only did I buy a comfortable mattress but I was also able to coordinate with a Mattress Firm in Boise to get my mattress delivered there! Great experience, was able to be in and out within an hour. Thanks Buck!

Went in to Mattress Firm in Bothell to look at and test out some different mattress types and we were helped by Alex who was one of the associates working. He first had us lay on 3 different mattress types to help us narrow down what we like. Alex was very informative and knowledgeable on what he thought would be best for us. He appeared to be the only one there working but did a fantastic job giving us a high level of attention while also helping 2 other customers and answering phones. The whole process was very smooth and we did not feel any pressure at all. They were fairly priced and had a good amount of options in stock. We ended up buying a mattress from him and I would strongly recommend this store and working with Alex if possible!

We had no idea what we were doing before we came here to Mattress Firm but we knew that as newly weds who were having a hard time sharing the small bed we were that were needed and upgrade! Buck here at Mattress Firm did an amazing job at walking us through our first experience buying a mattress and making sure to check all the boxes so that both my husband and I were able to agree on a mattress that was comfortable for both of us, while at the same time being aware of any cost worries that we had in the beginning. They were very helpful. The mattress I wanted to purchase was not at the Bothell location. She searched to find one at the nearest location and called to verify they had it. I worked with the Outlet clearance center at Northgate,not Bothell. has been the worst shopping experience of my life snf sim 69 years old. Spent $7000 well over a month ago, still not set up. Left on my front porch even though i paid for delivery snd set up. I can’t find anyone to get this handled. Calls not returned. Delivery hits who are independent contractors all seem shady & Ive now met your. They look like they are here to case out my house!Now the mattress was moved to my living room he guts who still didn’t move it where it belongs. It’s blocking my futon couch where Ive been sleeping since I had my other bed removed. Now I have no ave to sleep tonite. I won’t allow any more shady characters into my home. I no longer want this mattress and I want it removed immediately so I can get this dreadful memory out of my mind.I made a call to the CEO. Let’s see if he responds. If not, I’ll hire an attorney. I’m done dealing with this company and all the broken promises.Do not do business with this company!

I had Buck as my sales person today when looking for a new mattress and adjusted bed frame.. I have ehlers danlos syndrome and have back and joint issues. Buck was so nice and understanding. Surprisingly quick and simple mattress warranty process. Once we realized our bed, Beautyrest 800 Pacific Series, had excessive sagging and issues we looked into a replacement. Luckily, we still had time left on our ten year warranty. I didn’t have the original receipt and the company we originally purchased it from was bought out by Sleep Train and then Mattress Firm. To my surprise when I reached out to mattress firm they not only still honored all of the previous store warranties they also found my records after a short online chat and sent me a copy of my original receipt.All I needed to do was answer a few questions and submit pictures of the damaged mattress to show sagging (printable depth tool is included in process). The next day we received approval and a credit for the full price we paid for the original mattress. I took a copy of the credit form to my local mattress firm store, picked out a new mattress and credit was applied. All of this was done in a few days. All in all a pretty painless experience for a 9 year old mattesss.

I needed an extra long twin bed fast. Ayoub was so friendly and professional, and I was able to do the entire transaction over the phone and schedule delivery. Experience couldn’t have been better!

I love this company! Over the years I have gotten several beds here for myself and others. They are always extremely patient! I feel like Goldilocks as I try all the different beds, firmness, etc... I always feel satisfied when I leave there plus there are payment options which is great!

I visited the Bothell location and the Alderwood Mall location and both were excellent to deal with. Debra in Alderwod and Daniel in Bothell answered all my questions and at no time tried to rush the decision. I would highly recommend both locations.

Ive struggled with neck & shoulder issues for a few years so she recommended a few types of spring & hybrid mattresses for me to try out with a low loft gel memory foam pillow. She was honest in choosing a matrress that would fit my budget, yet comfortable to sleep on. We have a 10 year matress warranty & she was able to squeeze in a base free of charge. The hybrid mattress was the winner & I couldnt be more grateful for Carmens help !

We were the only ones in a store. Staff was helpful, knowlegeable. But silently signed us up for Gold service worrh 75$ without even asking. Figured it out only at home. Will buy from different place next time.Update: senior store manager reached out to address all the concerns I had. I will be credited delivery fee since it was just some miscommunication.

Go and see Carmen; she knew every mattress inside out. Although we went with a more expensive option they do have mattresses cheap as plywood if that’s the route you want to go. The staff was nice and knowledgeable just bring a mask and try some beds out!

Debra and the other staff even went above and beyond the call of duty and even entertained my little ones while I was trying out different mattresses. I am so happy with my purchase and their help. Great service and salesperson was amazing. He was very patient and explained us pros and cons equally. he also explained in detail about diffrent adjustable beds and their advantages. we ordered mattress around noon and next day it was delivered by 7 am. Delivery service was also exceptional. we got enough notifications to know how far they were and they delivered mattress right on time. Highly recommend this location.
