I brought my daughters phone in to have her power button fixed. The gentleman had a look at it and and went right into it. We were there less than 10 minutes and there was no crazy charge for the work. He was a huge help to us. He does accept tips so I definitely left one. I would recommend.

I took my ipad pro 3rd gen that was lightly used. No scratches always kept with a screen protector and a otter box case to the bothel location. The charge port was charging very slow so i wanted to get it swapped for a new one. I went back a week later to pick my ipad up and the frame had multiple bends, the screen was not on all the way and there was glue and scratches all over it. The same customer service rep that i gave my ipad to lied to me and said i brought it in with this damage. I have pictures of my ipad in perfect condition and im sure they do too. I was told to send a email to the owner and have received no response. I saved for over a year to buy this device. I dont see why they would do this ☹☹☹

While I had my Android phone in this shop for another service issue in Feb, 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic was starting, the technician inadvertently broke the phones fingerprint reader. The phone still worked fine, except the fingerprint reader was dead.When I brought it to there attention the following day, they opened a warranty repair ticket and ordered a replacement part at no cost to me. I went home with my mostly-working phone.The pandemic had made it difficult to get repair parts from China. They had to reorder it. When it finally arrived, it was the correct part, but for the wrong model of phone. So they immediately sent a new order for the correct part.I had to call or visit every couple of months to check on the progress of getting the new (correct) part. After about eight months, it finally arrived. They called me and I went in when I was free a couple of days later. They repaired in about an 90 minutes and the phone has worked perfectly ever since.I cant blame them for the delays in getting the correct part. The pandemic made it hard for everyone who needed parts from China. They were pleasant and professional.

Amazing customer service and diligent people. After spilling water on my laptop, Apple told me it was over and there’s nothing they can do that wouldn’t cost the same as a new MacBook. Took it here and they were able to save all of my data and at least get my laptop to work while plugged in. The price was more than fair and their communication was transparent the entire time. 10/10 recommend!

I have taken several devices to them and have always been satisfied! Most recently dropped my phone off for a back glass replacement. By the time I got to work (about 30 min) later, I had an email from them stating my phone was done! Definitely will keep using them...but hopefully not too often haha

Jenny started work on my computer within minutes of my handing it to her, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem after I left, and told me that the fix would not be permanent. She downloaded my critical files, handed them to me on a memory stick, and told me to call her if I needed help as I removed everything from my dying computer. My relatively new phone was stuck in a boot loop. I called last Sunday right at 11 am when they opened and cheerful voice answered the phone. We discussed the issue with my phone and the person that I spoke to explained all of the possibilities and options and the respective cost of each scenario. I dropped my phone off and received a call at 4 pm saying that my phone was ready. She had taken it apart and cleaned the battery area, put it back together and it workedSince she had not replaced any parts and no software fix was needed, she did not charge me. I will take my phone here for any future repair. It was an excellent experience.

Came in today to get my LCD screen replaced on my Iphone 11. I expected to pay around 250$ based on all the other estimates i received from other stores but I was relieved that I only had to pay 200$! Jenny was very nice and professional, definitely recommend going here!

Wow, Jenny helped me with my Ipad. She was multitasking and was fixing my Ipad. Got the stuck USB tip within a minute. Due to being less than a minute and no part she didnt even charge me. This place is awesome, and it’s LITERALLY the best set up I’ve seen to protect the staff from Covid. It’s like a setup from the movie Outbreak. They did a great job, and even recommended against a repair I was willing to pay them for, cleaning out the phone instead and encouraging me to see if the problem was fixed before paying them money.

Staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it without trying to sell me more than I needed. I would recommend this business to anyone.

So Im a very sweet patient person and I understand when things happen! Ive took the same phone 2x already my 1st time I took my Moto G Stylus because my fault I broke the screen they repaired my phone but it took about 2weeks they told me it would be 3-5days and I had to call to see when it would be ready. Okay thats fine they must be busy. I took it home yo find out my fingerprint sensor didnt work I called it was covered with the guarantee because it initially worked before taking it to repair. Okay so they told me 3 days for the piece to arrive 1week later they havent told me anything so I ho in not because of the sensor but the screen turned black and didnt work again. So they told me 3 days to get the screen okay no problem FYI they havent received my sensor. I called 3 days later the lady was kind of rude telling me if the piece comes in they will call me... So I dont have to be constantly calling Im annoyed now because I get no calls or notices that my phone repair might be delayed... Or tell me it may take a little longer than usual. Its been 2 weeks since I called.. I called today again... They tell me that they got the wrong piece in and I ask her if next time they could give me a call and let me know if something goes wrong... She informs me that there is no way they know... But I think if you tell someone 3 days call on that 3rd day to let them know it wont be 3 days and may take up to 2weeks. Im not mad that they havent repaired it Im upset that the customer has to be the one calling to figure out about something they already paid for. Im upset that they font stick to their time frame. Its unprofessional and then you guys get mad that we call. Ill be waiting 1 more week for my phone hope that I actually receive it this time. Smh.

Walked in - was helped right away! Out the door within 5 minutes. Very cautious with COVID prevention - had you sanitize the phone using provided materials, employee wore gloves and mask. Employee was also very friendly and knew how to fix my device right away. Super knowledgable and clearly knows what he is doing!

My iPad took a little longer than expected to repair but thats no problem because their COVID safety measurements are excellent (fully contained plastic walls, zero-contact sales and repairs, masks and only one customer in the store at a time) and the quality of repair on my smash iPad screen was great!

Had a broken tip of charging cable stuck in iPad. I learned that this could be removed easily by a professional, but we had also tried to get it out ourselves using superglue. Turns out thats a very bad advice. Liza still managed to get it out after spending a considerable amount of effort and care. It would have otherwise cost around $150, but she charged me $0! Next time I have any problem with my phone or tablet, Im going here without even shopping around or looking up fixes on the web. Thank you, Liza.

I broke my samsung S7 screen (again) and wasnt sure if my usual locations were open or worth the drive now that Ive moved. I was really impressed with my overall expierance getting it repaired her. They were professional and warm and no condescending attitude as we discussed the broken tech. Im definitely coming back here for all my electronic repair needs.

Updated review: Ive been meaning to change my review for months but no time. Heres what happened to the replacement glass back of my Galaxy S7 just a week after replacing it. Keep in mind that I keep my phones in my left pants pocket with coins and bill money. My original back glass had no scratch and no cracks. It had some delamination in the corners and thats why I asked for a new one. Little did I know that the replacements they sell is not Original Equipment replacement, i.e. Gorilla glass. Their glass, as thin as it is, cracked pretty poorly. I put a 2 clear tape on it, but it cracked in many more places within the next month. I realized what I had gotton. Although Dave was amazing and did a fantastic job, the shop ownership is buying super cheap third party replacement parts that dont last. I had to change my phone because it wasnt water resistant anymore, and I didnt want to take a chance on losing my data. Im changing my review of this shop to 2, considering the whole reason to stop by was to get a replacement for my phone glass back side, with a similarly functioning glass, not a cheap look-alike. Dave gets the 2nd star otherwise it wouldnt been 1 star all the way and no returning to the shop.Original review: Amazing service. I have a Galaxy S7 and it was starting to kind of open up (the back of the phone was slightly open on one corner). A friend had high recommendations for the Redmond store which is apparently their main location. The Bothell store was on my way and near my home. This place is big. I expected a tiny little shop with cluttered desks and equipment piled on top of each other. This was a very professional store, lots of comfy seating arranged like a living room with a large screen TV for while you wait, huge counter space, and just large work areas for the techs. I came in on a MLK weekend Sunday and they were open. Another customer was picking up her serviced phone. I met Dave behind the counter and was super impressed with his professionalism. He repaired my phone while we were having a conversation. Prices are listed on their web site for various phones and types of repairs, but the deal I got was not listed (since phones dont usually open up). I got a great deal and left happy. Cant wait to get the new S10plus and now know where to go for my cell phone supplies and repairs. They have a variety of items for sale such as cases, screen protectors, screens, etc.

Go to Apple, they changed my stock part of phone with the screen together, fixed half month, always not work screen touch is not work and so lag when u play games all time, then my friend opned it. he told me they are not only chaged my screen. They changed other parts of my phone to chinese after market part, thats why the screen so lageed. it’s not worth it, just go to apple, trust me, i already bought a new phone. It cant work well.

I have been at the canyon park store twice in the last month. One time for my phone and today for my laptop. Both times I was not charged at all. Both fixes took a couple of minutes so they did not charge me. I would have been willing to pay something because it was something I could not fix. Take your repairs here. They do a great job and are very honest.

I went here yesterday and I was beyond impressed. My son had accidentally broken a headphones jack while it was in his phone. We went to t-mobile thinking they would be helpful but no luck. (In fact the disregard we were treated with by the clerk there deserves an entirely different kind of review!) I brought in a phone from a teenager - of course a cracked screen and a new battery. David repaired it for me and the first thing he did was show me that the cracked screen was just the screen protector and the screen underneath it was like new. We had taken it to the Apple store and they didn’t catch that! David easily could’ve just pretended the screen was cracked and pocketed the $79 I would’ve paid for it, but he didn’t. He quickly changed out the battery and put on a new screen protector. We chatted while he worked and we had a very pleasant conversation. I will definitely come back here when I need cell phone repack!

There was something wrong with my iPad’s lightning port. When I initially sent it to Apple support, they said that it would cost 240$ and is not covered by warranty. I then got it back and visited 1-hour device service today. Within a few mins the technician found that there was a small metal piece and removed it. He also did not charge. Really love the professionalism and responsiveness. They just got a customer for life.

I replaced the battery for my iPhone 8 plus here. The first replacement didn’t quite work. Took it to the store within 24 hours and was informed that the phone needs time to re-calibrate but that was not the case. The battery still shows “Service” in my settings. Took it to the store the third time and the second replacement works like a charm. Overall good and courteous customer service but would be better if the battery worked the first time.

My XBOX stopped working and Microsoft people said that it cant be repaired. I took it to One hour device repair and during their diagnosis they found that one screw was loose and there were few coins in the optical drive that my little daughter put inside it. They just took them out and my XBOX started working again. Best thing is they did for free as part of their diagnosis and saved my $350 for new XBOX. They are just amazing and specialized technicians. Id love to go back to them every time I face problem in any of my electronics device.

Broke the charge port on my Galaxy 6 edge last night. Didnt want to buy a new phone, but had seen One Hour Device Repair previously, and decided to see if my phone could be repaired. The service technician said that would not be a problem. Because the phone was going to be worked on I also asked if the battery could be replaced, and that was also not a problem, and there was a $10 discount for doing both jobs at the same time. Told it would take two hours, but who cares. Phone works great.

My pixel3 was not charging. As my phone was still under warranty, i called google and they offered to replace it. I thought to get the phone checked at a near by store to avoid the hassle of replacement. I went in to One hour Device, and boom, within 10 minutes, my phone started charging. They cleaned the dust inside the charging slot free of cost. Highly recommend. They were very friendly and professional.

Then after that didnt resolve the issue I brought it back in and they replaced the battery again and then fixed my charging board (? I think) for free.

Went in because I needed a new charging port and a new battery. Turns out my charging point was just dirty, which he cleaned at no charge and got it working perfectly. Installed a battery in a few minutes and I was out the door. Literally could not be any happier. Really good customer service.

I came into this store this evening because I was having issues with my headphone jack. I would plug in my headphones but it wouldnt play sound through them. So I ended up coming in to get it fixed. The lady took a look and started cleaning out my headphone jack and took it apart to figure out what was wrong. She opened it up and realized that the headphone jack had become disconnected and so she reconnected it and got it working again. She had taken about 25 minutes of her time to do this and figure it out and she gave me my phone and didnt charge me anything. She said that she didnt replace anything so she wouldnt charge me even though she took quite a bit of time to take care of it. I was so impressed and I will be going back here to fix anything that comes up in the future.

I’ve been in twice for my phone and have been very happy both times! First time was for a cracked screen which was fixed very quickly and well. Second time was for a possible blown out speaker. Instead of just replacing my speaker he tried cleaning it first and it was good as new, no charge! Both employees were nice and pleasant to work with.

The most surprising part - no charge!Two years later I brought my iPhone in because the lightning cable charge port seemed to have a short in it and I could not charge my phone. They simply cleaned out the port and handed it back to me, fixed! Again no charge!

I took my phone in for servicing because the audio component was damaged due to water contact. The female technician was very warm and extremely polite. She worked on the audio component on my phone, examined the defect, diagnosed and repaired the problem but declined to accept payment for labor because she did not replace the component but re established audio on my phone. They are very honest and trustworthy. If I have another problem with my phone I will be going here again.I highly recommend this company, 5 stars! :)

I contacted them about a charging port problem assuming it needed to be replaced. The staff were sure it only needed to be cleaned, which they did while I waited at no charge. I have a Google Pixel, and after 1 year 7 months of abusing the battery by playing way too many phone games, the phones battery could hardly hold any charge.I went to this One Hour Device Repair shop to have the battery replaced - they ordered a new battery (I made a down payment), contacted me when they received it, and did the battery replacement.It seems to have gone off without a hitch - the new battery is working great, so my phone is basically as good as new now!
