Ordered a chin spoiler on Aug 4th, with a 4-6 week ship date. After the 6th week I would email for an update, and always got short responses like “it was just made” or “it’s now packed up” or “it’s shipping out today.” Or “I’ll get you a tracking number.” Finally I realized I was being scammed, and opened a paypal case on Oct 4th, which led to them sending me a snarky response and paypal refunding my money. FTP.

I’m very disappointed. You can buy a fiberglass hood on eBay for about 400 and do some work to make it fit on your car or you can buy a hood from this guys for 600 and do the same work to make it fit on your car. they do not dry fit their parts on real cars because I had to do a lot of work to get it installed on my car and I still have to bend it because one corner of the hood is higher 1 inch from the fender. Run forest runnnn.

I just got my parts from these guys for my 03 Mach and could not be happier, these parts are nice even coming out of the box in primer lol. Did some rough test fitting and everything fits good couple holes I gotta drill no biggie. Seen couple mixed reviews from these guys so I called before placing my order since I’m a picky, they answered quick let me know I would expect a wait time which was fine, Honestly 10/10 for me. I’ve seen in there other reviews bout people not getting parts, probably just ordered without calling or got impatient idk so If your in a rush definitely not for you I got my stuff 2 weeks after ordering

ALL CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! I normally do not waste my time writing reviews or complaining as I like to resolve issues in a civil manner but this company is a sham. They do not communicate with their customers or update order information. I had to call several times to get updates (which were false by the way). I was told my item would ship out on 29 May 2020 and still have not received anything, not even an email. I had to officially dispute my transaction with this company and hopefully this issue can get resolved. I would not spend my money or waste my time with this company. I knew their products and services were too good to be true.

Purchased a rear wing for my 96 cobra. Originally left a bad review cause I seen the other reviews and I could not get ahold them at first and heard nothing for 3 weeks about. I apologize fiberglass specialisties. It’s been about 5 weeks and I have received my product. At the 4 week mark the message me and said my product has shipped. I have unpackaged it and it looks great! Very well made product and I can’t wait to install it. Packaging was nice. Will update after I install it. Ordered a Shelby clone kit from here for my 68 convertible, everything looked n fit great while mocking up. My hood showed up damaged but I let them know and they had a new one to me a week later, I will say a bit of a wait time but they let me know ahead of time glad I went with them becuz you always here horror stories with fiberglass I’ll be sure to send you guys pics once she’s done

Buyers beware!!! I ordered mine on the 5th of April and waited a while because they are made to order then they sent me an email saying they shipped it so I called a few days to get tracking info and they hadnt even created the shipping lable yet. So after all that I keep checking the tracking number and it says that USPS hasnt received the package yet so I called them again and then waited a few more days then checked the tracking number again and NOPE USPS had still not received it. After all that I asked for a refund and well here I am 7 business days after the refund was supposedly processed and I still have not received my funds back.

Never received item and communication was non existent. I had to officially dispute the charges with my bank 20 days after my order and after i tried emailing, and calling multiple times warning them if i didnt get some kind of update on my order i would be disputing the charges. I got one email back saying it would ship next day, and one phone call picked up a week later saying it would ship same day. Item never shipped and there were many emails and phone calls unanswered. I wouldnt recommend purchasing from them.

I paid Mark Fasto $500 to make MY product using MY molds for a split window hatch conversion for a VW bug. All 3 parts are wall hangers and cannot be used on a car.When I complained of the poor quality Mark and his secretary Kim teamed up against me and wanted me to sign papers transferring all rights to my design. When I declined Mark got all upset saying I was wasting his time even though I WAS PAYING HIM TO MAKE MY PRODUCT.Little did I know their intentions were to copy my molds and sell the product WITHOUT my permission!!!Whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They have absolutely no business ethics, morals, or regard for anyone elses design.We have used 2 other fiberglass shops in the past producing over 1000 bug hatchs No fiberglass shop had ever stolen our mold design until now! Bravo Mark Fasto! A real class act you are!!!
