Had ordered (from a third party) a 36 fireplace grate to fit our 36 hearth, thinking that if the grate was slightly too long to fit properly, I could just bend it to fit: Not.I tried bending the two front, 3/4 solid steel legs to shorten the overall length of the grate slightly and almost ended up pulling my vice out of its anchors on my work bench. I called Sparc and spoke with Elizabeth, who was really very helpful and just quite kind as I tried to explain my predicament -- she told me to bring the grate by and Sparc staff would have a look to see what could be done. Met Damien, he quickly assessed the situation and offered me a more-than-fair price for what I knew was an easy job for him and which he knew had turned out not to be an easy job for me. I returned a couple hours later to pick up the grate, it fits perfectly. Thanks so much, Sparc --- you really saved my day and it was a pleasure doing business with you. I cant say enough good things about Damien and Kat. I had a small, but complicated job that required fixing someone elses work. Damien took a lot of time with us to go over the job, he priced it better than all the other places I called including the one that did the original work, and the job got done faster than expected. Wow! Damien is the strong, young and handsome owner of Sparc Welding! He showed up at my door and the first thing he did was present me with a company brochure and business card. I was very impressed, I guess he is a good example of a modern day welder. My iron gate door latch would not close. He fixed it in about five minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Come on guys and gals, give this company a chance, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it. I highly recommend Sparc welding and Damien to anyone needing something welded or fabricated. I had a bracket on my heavy/medium duty wrecker that had broke due to the heavy attachment that hung from it rocking around while driving. I went to Damien @ Sparc welding and asked if he could weld it for me. His suggestion was to re-fabricate it as the original material wasnt enough to hold the weight. He called me later and had it done. The craftsmanship was much better than the original bracket and all the bolt holes lined up perfectly for easy reattachment. I cant thank him enough for his quick work and professionalism that helped me get back to working with my equipment organized for me to be as efficient as possible. Thank again Damien!!!

The owner greeted me as I arrived and asked all the right questions. He stated that he would finish the job in about two and a half hours. We left our boat and had a leisurely breakfast and toured Boulder City. When we returned we were very pleased with the results. Not only did they squeeze us in, but they took the time to understand WHY the mount broke and to remediate this on both sides (including the unbroken - yet -- one).
