Wednesday September the 15th had an appointment at 10:00am for a oil change. I was told it was going to be 2 hours max. It is now 3:00pm and my work truck is still not ready.

Two strikes, your out. Took my 2016 vehicle in and was told since the tires were 5 years old they would not fix the slow leak in the tire. There is no law, their policy.Previously tool my F350 in for an oil change and had to come home and fill the windshield wiper reservoir. Most places will check all your fluid levels during this service. Makes you wonder what else wasnt checked.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We came on on July 2nd for a trip check (that took hours to complete due to being busy) before a family vacation 4 hours away. They sent us on our way telling us our tires were fine and replaced our battery. Off we go and while on our trip discover 2 tires had gone complet flat. Fast forward to us getting home and them rechecking the tires only for them to say these arent safe to drive and need to be replaced with $800 tiresSo they sent us on the road with unsafe tires in the beginning just because they were to busy to let us know beforehand the tires were unsafe. I do not recommend giving them your business as they are perfectly fine with risking the lives of others to save them some time on a car before a holiday.

Broke down on the highway, fixed my vehicle the day I took it to them. Staffing is excellent. Work was right and clean. Thumbs up Firestone!

Headed to work my oil light came on pulled into Firestone, waited from 7 to 730 when they arrived they said we will fit you right in. Left my van walked home went back got my van payed the price quoted to me alls good ....until I get back into my work van. As I waited for them was playing with a new dual flashlight kit I just bought when they arrived I set it on the dash, as I drove I went to my new toy....I mean tool...gone !!! I called guy in charge he acted all hurt I would even think that, saying WE HAVE TOP NOTCH LIGHTING IN OUR SHOP WHY WOULD WE WANT YOUR LITTLE FLASHLIGHTS, first if all 70 bucks, second of all I dont think Firestone wanted my lights the thiefworking for u just might!!....so hide anything of value in your car...

Horrible service. I made an appointment online with the tires that I wanted. The website showed that they were in stock in store but when my fiancé went in to get our tires changed they said they only had three in stock and they had to pre-order the other one and it would take at least two days to get so we just went with three tires but then they wanted to charge us $609 including a package that we didn’t know about. Then they told us that a regular oil change was going to be about $60. So I told Bryan (the man behind the desk) to take off the package because we didn’t need it. He proceeded to have a bad attitude the rest of the time and told the men inside the shop to take their sweet time with our car knowing that tire changes only take about 15 to 20 minutes. My fiancé had to stay in store for an hour and a half waiting on our car when the experience should’ve only taken around 35 minutes total. 0/10 experience. Would not recommend.

I had flat tire and I had to drive home more than 1000 miles. Thankfully they were open on Super bowl Sunday and save me. Service was perfect.

The level of incompetence is breathtaking. Went in for a simple oil change. Made an appointment for it and was told it would take 45 mins. Over an hour later and nothing. Tried to call, and no response. Decide to head up there to see whats going on. Upon arrival car is in the bay, hood up, and 3 staff chatting away. Waited another 10 mins before anyone tried to assist us. Then to be told the quoted price was wrong. Asked if they do military discount as I am a veteran and was a little upset at this point. They said yes, but did not give the discount on receipt. To make matters worse they then claim our oil drain bolt is the wrong size and will leak. My vehicle does NOT LEAK TO BEGIN WITH. They recommend an whole new oil pan.....how much you ask? Over $1,000. Get outta here. This place is a RIP off. Wont be going back.

Im on a cross-country roadtrip and needed to get my oil changed and arrived about an hour till closing. Upon a vehicle inspection, they told me that I needed to get new tires and an alignment as soon as possible, showing me where my tires were worn down (oops!).What really stood out to me was the manager Chris incredible customer service. He told me that if I wanted to buy the tires, they would be willing to stay late to get me taken care because, and I quote, it will make me feel better. What?!?!? This never happens!When they were finished ( around 5:30pm) I was expecting to see a bad attitude from the techs who stayed late - and I was wrong. The two young technicians had the best attitude and were smiling and kind even after staying late.I have been a customer of Firestone for years but have never had this good of an experience before. THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Your kindness and hard work did not go unnoticed! I wish I could take you all back to Florida with me! :)

I have a lifetime alignment contract with Firestone for my 2011 Rav4. After balancing and rotating my tires at another firm, I figured Id drop into Firestone to see about their checking my alignment. Quick, pleasant reception and they competed the check in less than 1/2 hr. Car drives like a dream. Good job, Firestone.

These guys were amazing and got us the best deal possible ! Casey is the man when it comes to getting it done with whatever you need. They were great to my kids during the wait and even supplied lunch . They go above and beyond for there customers! Will always have a forever customer with us.

Fantastic service!!I was on a 2500 mile road trip, and my front hub bearings went out. Wow! Ok I was just there on saturday its now monday I went in and had a full lookover diagnostic check and went in for an alignment. So I payed for everything and he said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car well i leave the place and its still pulling to the left and guess what I just went to swantys dealership on monday 2 days later! and had the car checked over completely again and my gaskets differential and pinion and timing are leaking oil bad!! I needed a oil change and my belts were completely ripped barely holding on!! Long story short they made me pay for all the work and didnt do any of it and I have everything to prove it!!

The service was amazing and they were extremely helpful. Didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me, but simply letting me know the various options that I had available for the services I needed for my car. Having them closer than the dealership to me is also a big plus, and I’ll be making them my regular check up stop!

On a recent cross-country road trip, somehow a rodent got lodged in the rocker panel of my car.The guys were able to remove the decaying varmint, cleaned the leftover mess, and deodorized the interior; all at a price that was more than fair. And, although this was not a pleasant task, they did it lightheartedly and were even joking around about it.In addition, I had to remove some interior panels to access a shorted wire behind my stereo and the technician allowed me to borrow some tools to do so.5 star service for sure.

Had a screw in my tire so I thought I would give them a chance to earn my future business. They could not even earn my business for the screw in the tire. 3 people standing around too busy to help anyone yet not a single car in a bay. Left after manager to busy trying to do one thing could not even ask what i needed. Lost me for good, never going back.

Service was slow. It wasnt the wait, it was the fact that they kept saying it was going into the bay and was being pushed back time wise. Came back later and service was great.

Never coming back here EVER again! I will give some credit where its due... Robert helped me out fantastically he made everything simple, laid out every step necessary to fix my car and I really appreciated that. I show up this morning and Craig is working and he doesnt communicate anything to me in regards to a timetable on when my car will be done and as I sit there waiting I see people not in a work uniform eating food in the work area, on their phones and not one person is working on my car. Craig then comes back and tells me that theyre waiting on parts for something that was supposedly fixed yesterday. LAZY SERVICE!

When bigOS decided to make things harder and have no common sense, Firestone stepped in and fixed the issues. Alot better service here then most places. Firestone now has my business and I thank them for helping me fix my truck

Went in for oil change (a little pricey) $42.99 and they did the whole check on my truck. My breaks startef sqeeking (did not tell them). When everything was done the man told me to consider draining break fluid as it was red and should be clear. As a said I was getting noise from breaks so that made sense to me so I had them do it and check brakes I thought for sure (being a woman) that they would say I need new brakes so I asked him to check them to (free) Well to my surprise he said my breaks were perfect😁 They were all so friendly and nice. Restroom was clean, coffee while you wait and very relaxing wait. Would go back to them without hesitation. Good job boys! PS no more squeaky brakes 🤗
