Love this place.The store is super clean, the staff and owners are VERY helpful. Plus the prices are right on point with other chain stores. It worth the visit for that hometown hardware store feel.

About the most friendly and helpful Ace Ive ever been in.

Really only got one employee there that actually makes me feel comfortable but they deal with some stress so I dont put it on them. Tiny shop, they do paint and keys and lots of plumbing. Garden section is good but if you need seeds their selection is small. Its mostly tools and fittings as one should hope from a hardware store. They do their best in there dont give them any guff.

Love this little hometown hardware lots of gift and home goods. Hardware selection in some cases better than Lowes or home depot. Cashiers could be a little more boulder city friendly.

Great hardware store. Its pretty amazing how much stuff they have to offer in such a limited space. Mostly friendly service and knowledgable employees. I like that they have alot of the parts need for electrical and plumbing for the older BC homes.

Look for the guy with the buzz cut, He might be the manager. You can’t fool this guy! He will take you quickly to what you are looking for. Also hit him up with your questions on how to repair something and he always has a quick accurate answer. Jim also is very knowledgeable. I have asked Jim some questions on identifying a very old faucet and Jim immediately told me the make and took me right to the part that I needed. I needed to rebuild an old antique porch light from the 30’s - Jim had all the materials, pulled them out and we rebuilt that old brass porch light right in the store and I was on my way in just minutes. Ace is the place!

Always a great experience! Came in to look for adapters for a boat plumbing project and Jim was able to suggest the best course of action to get all done and save some money too.

Awesome customer service and your supporting a local small business. Pretty much have most things you need. Prices are decent not as good as the big box stores but again your supporting BC and a small, local store.

My experience at this establishment was very unsettling there was a young man in there in front of the register talking to someone else at work there while I was standing there waiting to purchase some supplies and then he made a rude commentthen he went and stood behind the other register and start talking to somebodydont know if this guy is related to somebody there or the owners son but very rude individual....
