First experience with them. Needed a work table and was in the area from out of town. People on the phone were super friendly and the people in the show room were super friendly and the price was on point. Walked out with the table I needed within 15minutes of googling them.
I ordered 2 parts for my Scotsman Prodigy Ice Machine... 1 part came in and 1 was marked on back order... long story short it has been close to a months and I have yet to receive my part!... the savings I hoped for (as opposed to buying it from Parts Town) is long gone after buying ice for several weeks... this is the last time I will ever buy from Tundra!... Buyer Beware!...

I ordered dozens of items from this company and didnt receive 3 of them with my order. I called and was told they were on backorder which I would have ordered from another place had I known that before placing my order but was told theyd be in, in 3 days so I was ok with it. Received 1 item several days later but not the other two. Its now been 15 days and I still dont have the other 2 items. I received an invoice a week ago saying 1 item had shipped after getting 3 delay notifications from UPS I called them and they said only a label was created and TundraFMP hasnt actually given them anything yet. Called TundraFMP and spoke to Sam who told me items arent backorderd and they have a stocked warehouse after explaining my first conversation to him a 2nd time and him looking into it he finally acknowledged they had been backorderd. He then tells me they shipped and its UPSs fault. I tell him only 1 item shipped and the other is still backorderd and thats not UPSs fault he back-peddles again and now says 1 item is in fact backorderd and 1 item must be lost. I explain that this is my first experience with their company and this isnt enticing me to come back and that at the very least Id like my shipped cost refunded as $12 is a lot for an incomplete order this far out. He basically tells me no on the refund and that I can certainly choose to take my business elsewhere if Id like. I was very taken back by this response. This company clearly can care less about your business. Save yourself the headache of dealing with them. There are other similar businesses online and there is always Amazon, free 2 day shipping, lessons learned.

I have ordered twice now from TundraFMP, and both orders were received damaged. I highly recommend Parts Town for ALL restaurant equipment parts. TundraFMPs cheap-er pricing costed me a job and also resulted in the loss of a very lucrative customer relationship. Please, take your business elsewhere.
WHAT A RIP OFF!!Returned three unused items for a refund and was charged over a $75 re-stock fee.Resturants are hurting now and every dollar counts, guess Tundra does not understand this. I have never felt so riped off in my life. Dont do business with these jerks.
No tracking number included in my order email confirmation. No tracking number available within my account. 12 minutes into a Chat session still no tracking number. Tracking numbers should come automatically and not require so much of a customers time.

Bought a stove top griddle for Christmas for my wife dec11. Was told I would get it by dec 23. Here it is January 19th, still haven’t received it. Was told I’d receive it last week. Then told the begging of this week(1-18-20). STILL don’t have it. Was told I would get it by this Friday, as it was FINALLY shipping today. I am not holding my breath. Still to be seen if I get it. Wish I would’ve went somewhere else as this Christmas present will be well over a month late.

I recently ordered an American Metalcraft cocktail shaker from E-Tundra believing it was made in America. Nothing on the site gave any indication as to where it was made. Additionally, nothing on the site indicated it was a special order item and would incur a 20% restocking if it was returned. When I received the shaker, I noted it had been made in India. I also noted a black substance in the rim than also had very hards bits of what I believe was rack imbedded in it. The black substance ran out from the rim when it was cleaned but couldnt be completely removed. The black bits came out randomly. When I contacted E-Tundra for a return, the Customer Service rep was quite short and sounded mad. He informed me of the restock fee, said I should have read the Returns section (no way to know an item is a special order of E-Tundra doesnt tell me), and said there was nothing else he could do. All done with ever doing business with E-Tundra again and will close my account with them. Too many other companies out there that do far better with their products and Customer Service. Dont use E-Tundra!
First time dealing with the company not really a good one. I ordered two cast iron loaf pans to try them out, with the intention of buying more if they were nice. They seemed like a pretty good deal at $11 a piece, but the shipping was $18 so I figured I was paying for the discounted item with my shipping. I added a globe slicer blade sharpener, figuring I was paying for the shipping so I might as well get something else. Low and behold, I get the stone in the box, and go to check my email to see why the other items arent here and they emailed me on the same day the stones arrived. The guy offered me a credit for freight of $5 which doesnt seem like much consolation, considering the fact that I didnt get what I want and to top it off, the globe slicer sharpeners is for the wrong model. Lesson learned on my part, and hopefully if you have gotten this far, lesson learned for you. Dont buy from Tundra.

Sold me the wrong part, told me its 20% to return it, then told me they were gonna change the picture on the website to match the one they sent me(that was not the correct part). They had the correct picture but the wrong part. Instead of trying to get me the correct part they are more interested in changing the website picture (to actually show the wrong part). I ordered the exact same part with the exact same part # from Amazon (that is the same picture they had). I bet it shows up correctly from Amazon. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Customer service excels. I am an accountant, I had to call and ask for duplicate copies of EVERY invoice that my client lost, dozens. Kristen in customer service was so gracious in helping out. If the rest of the company is anything like Kristen I like Tundra. Thanks Kristen.
I like this restaurant supply store, but they really need to review their payment processing policy. On two occasions they have charged multiple of our bank and credit card accounts for the same invoice, tying up hundreds of dollars of valuable cash flow for several days.
I had the worst experience with this company! After ordering fencing and waiting over a month I called to check on it and it hadnt even shipped. I canceled the order and two weeks later I havent got my money back! I will NEVER order from this place again!
Ive used etundra for about 4 years now and they are the best. They always help if you have any last minute changes, they also ship really quick! i always recommend them with my friends. Tundra has a great stock, extremely helpful staff, good prices and a very clean showroom. Their only issues seem to come from the manufacturers, which the staff are always more than willing to help fix. What more could you ask for?
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!Even if they are the cost leader for what you are looking for, go with someone else because chances are you will not get what you ordered and there is no real support available.This company has wasted so much of my time over a very simple single item order. Wish I could give a 0 star rating. I ordered one simple item from this company, they shipped the wrong one. I had to call 8 times over a span of 2 weeks to push a sales rep into actually doing her job. Finally, she said they would ship the correct item and it would be here within 3 days. It has been another 2 weeks and I still havent seen it. I have called this sales reps extension constantly and have not gotten an answer or a call back for weeks (Ive left multiple messages and Im sure she is avoiding me). There is no information sharing between departments and no one seems to care that things dont operate.It has been a month since my original order and I have still not recieved the correct item, a refund or ANY information at all. Nobody at Tundra knows what is going on or cares to. Avoid this company at all costs.
I would give this company 100 + stars for customer service. Not only did they handle a three day shipping error by overnighting the product to me they assured me I would get the price that was listed online, even though it was wrong ( by hundreds $$) . Very rarely anymore do you see this kind of customer service. They have a customer for life now... Well played Tundra. Alexandria was very helpful and very quick to respond to emails. I bought a replacement part that cost me $37, and i bought the wrong one. Which i didnt need anymore. I understand about the 20% restocking fee. Which is sucks. But they are going to charged me a reshipping fee about $15 from UPS, which is probably going to cost me less than $5 at the USPS. Its nothing big. So double check what you buy here.
We have been good customers of Tundra and will absolutely not be ordering from them ever again. Be warned - if you buy a $200 toaster and it arrives broken the customer representative (Sheryl... at least thats what she told me her name was) will simply say we are not obligated to return anything. Are you kidding? It was broken upon arrival, we own a restaurant and deal with companies that understand the urgency. Sheryl told me to call the manufacturer and that was all she could do. The manufacturer also confirmed it is odd a company would send me directly to them in this situation on a new/damaged purchase. He said most companies dont refuse but Tundra definitely does and he deals with it a lot. Terrible! I asked to speak with Sheryls manager but was told he had the same policy she was stating and I couldnt talk to him. She treated me like a complete inconvenience. So disappointed for how much money we have spent with this company over the past 10 years and the lack of customer service and help. Will never be dealing with this company again. Strongly recommend Serv-U for your restaurant supply needs. What a terrible experience. Shocking.

Poor customer service, I waited for an hour for an item stocked in their warehouse. During this time nobody come to say a word to me like sorry about the long wait, however, saw them offering other customers water and coffee. They still did not apologize at all after I checked out, like they dont care about you as a customer. I would not give them my money again.
My order got mixed up with another. Accidents happen, but Tundra made good by overnighting the correct parts. Kudos to them for responding this way. Justin was extremely helpful.
This company excepted a stolen credit card online in the amount of $5069.45 the culprit used my stolen credit card # this company excepted it without further checking and now they’re going to get stuck with a $5000 loss maybe you should be more careful the next time somebody tries to buy something online with a stolen credit card!!
Terrible infringement of privacy, one day I was on my was to LAX and mentioned restaurant supplies as part of a conversation on the phone. Hours later I receive emails every few days from this predatory company. No, I wouldnt shop here.

I purchased 3 infinite switches in October. We never installed them into our steam table until mid November. It is now February, they have been in use a little over three months and one has already malfunctioned. Tundra will not go good for it. When I called, they told me there is only a three-month warranty. Looking for a new vendor now. Will not do business with them again.
Our equipment was incredibly behind schedule and now that we are having issues with our ice maker they are not accountable for anything. Horrible service from beginning to end.

Ordered parts for a dicer and had it shipped 2nd Day Air. It arrived a week later and it was the wrong parts. Now they want a 20% restocking fee and for me to pay shipping back, not to mention rolling the dice on the right parts a second time.... No thank you. Stay away from this two bit company

I have been a customer of Tundra for many years. Currently, the staff working the counters and the phones is not the same caliber of staff as in the past. There appears to be a break down in communication from the counter to the warehouse as it is taking too long to for items arrive at the counter once a order is placed.
One of Tundras delivery truck drivers tailgated my car on 7/15/15, one wrong move and both of us would have been in a world of hurt! He finally switched lanes and did the same thing to the next driver. Watch out for Colorado license plate 788RNG. Hes dangerous and a menace to society!

Placed an order and it took a really long time to get. When the order arrived it was not what I ordered. They finally sent the right item and they insisted I still owed them when I paid for the order when I placed it.
