Used them three times in the past. Once for my car and twice for my motorcycles. Excellent work for significantly less than I was quoted elsewhere. Stored my can inside the whole time it was there.Whats not to like?

Mike did an outstanding job repairing the damaged hood and bumper cover of my Mazda Miata. The repainted surfaces shine now shine like glass. Mike was personable, polite, and professional. He helped me choose whether to repair or replace the bumper cover, and recommended that I replace it, even though that meant less payment to him. I highly recommend his work.

I took my Subaru yesterday to AC Collision for a bumper repair. My car looks new now. Service quality beyond my expectations. Mike, the owner, was friendly, courteous, and diligent in doing the needed repair. His shop is very clean, well organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for high quality work, reasonable price and prompt service.

I have been bringing my car to Mike at A.C. Collision Repair for over 15 years. I feel very fortunate to know him because I consider him to be the best specialist. I trust him at every level: his estimates are more accurate then the ones Ive gotten from the insurance apprisers, and insurance company had to agree with Mikes assessment on a few occasions. When I bring my car to Mikes shop I know hell do the best job, and hell give me the best price. Once my insurance company directed me to a different shop and I regretted it because they did not do a good job. Since then I tell my insurance that I want to use Mikes shop and they agree to it. As long as Mike is in business I wont take my car anywhere else in Boulder.

T was a wonderful experience working with Mike to repair a huge dent and scratches on my car. His prices, customer service and efficiency were top notch. My Mercedes 450 GL was banged up after hitting a barrier backing out of a parking space. The quotes I received from other shops in town would take more than an month to complete and was TRIPLE what Mike charged me! His work was beautiful and completed in just 2 days! I would HIGHLY recommend going to AC Collision before going to any other shop if you want quality work in a time efficient manner. Note: I recommend you call to set up an appointment first because I did have to return after dropping in unannounced. One reason he gets things done quickly is because he takes deadlines seriously, so will not stop to issue quotes when he’s working on a job. He told me his rating was hurt after he failed to stop working to give another customer a quote on the spot. When you are the customer getting work done, I completely respect this work ethic.

Happy. We had some minor fender rubs that needed a touch-up. He got us in that same day for a fair price. He was friendly and efficient.

I took my car in for an estimate yesterday and found Mike to be very friendly and polite. He was also thorough in his examination of the damage to my car. His estimate of the work to be completed is very fair. I didnt hesitate to book an appointment for my car. I have total confidence in this business!I picked my car up after the repairs and I am so amazed at the job Mike did on my 10 year old car. It looks so much better than I thought was possible. Terrible customer service. I went in during regular posted business hours to get a quick view of a minor dent in my car that I wanted to pay cash to fix. When I walked in to talk to the owner, he hardly even looked up from his desk to acknowledge me and acted as if I were annoying him. He said I shouldve called first and I told him that I had and that he hadnt picked up. He wouldnt even get up from his desk to eyeball the dent, and told me to come back on Monday. He practically rolled his eyes at me. If he is so annoyed by customers walking into his OPEN business then he should put by appointment only. However, he was so incredibly rude and showed zero customer regard, that I will never return, and advise other to avoid him at all cost.If you scroll down to older review, you will see him verbally abusing a dissatisfied customer, calling her a spoiled little girl because HE filled a door instead of replacing it as per the written CONTRACTED and PAID for estimate, thus reducing the value of the car by $1000! Instead of acknowledging that he made a mistake by not informing the paying customer that he had changed the service on the written estimate, he berated her instead.This guy is a class A misogynistic jerk. I honestly dont know how he stays in business.

Mike has done work for me several times. Hes fair and skillful, even going out of his way to help my son fix a loose fender at no charge after Id left with my freshly painted front end. The man to see!

Mike takes the time to do the job right! He takes pride in his work and was great at keeping in touch with me when he would be able to not only start on my car, but also when he would be done. I appreciate his honesty, craftsmanship and knowledgeable expertise!

Mike has been fantastic. I was in a car accident and desperate to find a place to have my repairs done quickly to be back on the road. Mike got me in the same day I called him, literally just hours later. He also started work on my car the next day and had it back to me within just 2.5 days. I noticed a noise days after getting my car back, and again Mike fit me in the same day to check it out and was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately. He also came in under his original estimate to me by several hundred dollars! I have been completely satisfied and impressed by working with Mike on every level and recommend him highly.

****** BEWARE-- DISHONEST WORK AND INSURANCE FRAUD****** The work Mike did looked very nice and I was originally pleased with it. However, a few months later when I decided to sell the car I was informed by the appraiser that the panel was repaired using body filler rather than replacing the door panel as my insurance company and I had paid for. The appraiser said this would take at least $1000 off the value of my car. When I called to ask for an explanation, Mike told me that the door was repaired rather than replaced in my best interest and then he hung up on me. Thankfully, my insurance company has allowed me to take my car to a REPUTABLE collision shop and they have covered the work and a rental car again and they will be seeking damages against AC Collision themselves.

Mazda Miata repair, he did a great job on an older car with an aftermarket plastic airdam. Fixed the aridam, replaced and repainted the hood and front fender, looks like new! All of this a a very reasonable price!

Mike did an amazing job on my car! I had hit my passenger mirror on a cement pole and when I took it to VW I was quoted over $550 (without labor costs or taxes) and that it would take a week for the parts to come in!!! I called up Mike and he looked at it and had the parts the next day and completely replaced my mirror. On top of that he also buffed out a big spot on my car that had erroded on the paneling and cleaned up my headlights all for under $450. My car looks absolutely wonderful and I would definitely use Mike again....although I hope I never have to!

I just picked up my K1600GT from AC Collision and am very happy. I had a few scratches taken care of and the repair was handled expertly, timely and at a fair price. Thanks to you Mikes Motorcycle for pointing me in the right direction.

This place is a joke, small sketchy workshop hidden behind some storage units, can barely fit one car in there. The worse customer service Ive ever seen. The owner was super rude and pretty much kicked me out of his garage before I even ask him a question, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I would never recommend a place like this to anybody.

Dude was extremely rude to me and it seems like many others have had the same experience. Id rather give my money to someone who has a shred of respect for a potential customer and just people around them.

I was directed here to get the hinge on the trunk of my BMW motorcycle repaired. Michael did a wonderful job with the plastic welding for a very fair price.
