Ok so the gas might be higher but it’s a fun stop. Lost of cool cars and a taco truck. It’s touristy but fun.

I MISS THE ORIGINAL OWNERS AND THE ORIGINAL STORE!! These thieves are charging almost 1 more dollar per Gallon compared to nearby Gas stations not even 2 miles away. Todays more expensive gas in the country is $4.28 per Gallon in CA.. Boulder was $3.59 - Wait ..most expensive Gas in the country was here at $4.46!!!!The products inside are super overpriced as well, many dont have price labels and you find out how bad its at the register...just because they are what, a 1/2 mile outside boulder? come on seriously? Not my first bad experience here... Not even a little town in the middle of nowhere Colorado mountains is this expensive.. Take your business somewhere else.. Whole Foods is a Family Dollar compared to this place.. And for the reviewers that dont care about money and think we are crying for expensive gas, well this is not about money is about ethics, this is about price gouging, they are taking advantage of people .

Stopped and got tacos in the afternoon after hiking, food was great though did take quite a while for them to prepare, I think it was because the guys in front of me ordered something unusual that just took longer or whatever. Worth a stop on the way to or from El dorado.

Im sure prices for gas are a little higher than up the road, but theyre the only gas station for miles - youll need to go straight into Boulder or all the way to Golden to find another station. But dont let that deter you - this is one of the cleanest, coolest scenic stops youll ever find! Situated on the edge of a sheer drop off to a bucolic valley below, abutting the majestic Front Range formations, this gas station has some of the most impressive scenic vistas youll find along the entire front range. Adding to its photogenic qualities, this place is host to many works of art year round, from statues and carvings of animals, to weekend-long car shows where they host everything from monster trucks to classic cars, to modified/converted projects in between. During the summer they have fireworks tents as well, and they sell just about anything you could need, with a fun hippie Colorado vibe. I havent seen a place more fully embrace the Colorado-chic vibe than this place. Working there and seeing those views every day has to make it a rewarding experience, especially against doing the same thing in-town. Definitely recommended, if for nothing else than to support a local small business and get some delicious snacks!

This is the most expensive gas in the state. Don’t support this place. Buying a small sized can of Arizona Tea for $2 is price gouging at its finest. The gas is also $1 more than anywhere else in the state. If you are almost completely tapped buy a gallon and head back into boulder to get gas.

Cool little store but my god everything is a complete ripoff. Just wait till you get to town if you don’t want to empty your wallet.

The gas is too expensive, but the animal statues are fun! If you are looking for a photo op, go for the buffalo with view of mountains in the background. We grabbed some cider from the liquor store (which was also pricey) but at least we didn’t get gas there. The little gift shop is cute. If I was on a road trip, I think I would have liked to look around the souvenir section and posed with the gas pump elk.

Stopped to get food after work. My boss ordered tongue, tripe and asada tacos. Tripe looked like chicken (whatever no big deal). The tongue tacos smelled rotten, the meat was no good, left immediately. The smell alone turned our stomachs. Tried calling multiple times, not for the money but to let them know that they could get someone sick or worse. After 10 mins of trying to call no answer.

The only reason to go here is to buy a half gallon of gas to get you to Golden, or a quarter gallon if youre going the other way into Boulder to get to a legit gas station that doesnt consistently price gouge.I dont care if this business is locally owned, they are taking advantage of people who are not paying attention, or are not from the area, and I dont support that.

Not sure why all the negative reviews! Yes, the gas is expensive, as the only station nearby. They sell all kinds of things, including house-made little breakfast burritos. Im really glad theyre there. The awesome cars out front are fun for a visit, too.

Eldorado corner market has the kindest staff I have ever met, they sell everything you need.

Gas is pricey but get over it, don’t go there on an empty tank lol... burritos are great and priced fairly and it’s an awesome place to visit and take some cool pics.

Place is garbage. 3.50 for diesel which is regularly 1.96. This place should be shut down for ripping people off that bad. Drive 3 more miles down 93 and you’ll be way better off

2 miles North gas is a $1 cheaper. Dont give these ppl your money, make them go out of business for how they treat customers

Price gouging on gas, beware

DO NOT buy gas here. Prices are generally $.75 to a dollar more per gallon than the typical gas station. Make sure you fill up in Boulder or superior before taking off. This is price gouging at its best. It should be against the law!

I guess you will appreciate that this place exists if you urgently need something at the moment you are here. Its there for people who have not planned ahead and it makes them pay dearly for it. The gas prices would make you think that every fracking operation in the country has been shut down and that no tankers are leaving the Middle East. You will also be gouged for snacks and refreshments. I could understand if this place were halfway across a wild west expanse, but its barely a mile out of Boulder. Plan ahead and you wont have to gripe about rip offs.

Ridiculous prices, horrible customer service. They tried to overprice me as if I was dumb. Wish I could rate negative stars. Told him about him over charging me and he acted dumb and gave me the money he over priced me. Don’t support this business AT ALL.

Welcome to boulder! Do not think that every business is as trashy as this one. The trash outside is not reflective of the mindset of most people here. Hard to believe they let trash accumulate outside in such a beautiful setting. They must have the same ownership as the trashy, unfriendly gas station at 30th and iris!

Massive price gouging here. Youll currently pay an extra $1.20 per gallon over any other station in town. Dont make the mistake of supporting them.

This place charges like 70 cents more per gallon of gas than anywhere else. If youve got enough gas to make it to Golden, wait until Golden. If youre heading into Boulder there are non-ripoff gas stations 2 miles to the north. If you HAVE to buy gas here, buy just enough to get you to another station.

Gas is WAY overpriced. Plus every time Ive been here the trash cans are overflowing and there isnt any wildsheild cleaner. The only things good about this place is how nice the Hispanic woman who works inside is.

Consistently 0.80$ A GALLON more expensive. Take 4 minutes and drive into town, and buy some fairly priced gas. Everything inside is ludicrously expensive as well. 4.50$ for an energy drink? No thanks.

Pretty good selection of everything! Half of the items with no price label. I approached the unfriendly cashier to tell about the lack of labels. She said: I dont know, I just work here.

Gas is a dollar more simply because it can be. Drive 0.5 a mile into Boulder and get normal priced gas.

Fantastic selection of both local and imported produce, Their prices are also great and the staff are helpful.

These guys are literally thieves. The new store/ownership overcharges for most everything they have for sale, especially fuel. Right now unleaded regular is $1.82 in South Boulder (just 2 miles north) but this place is charging $2.49!! This is on par with the price differential I have observed over the past couple of years. Dont waste your money on these gougers, keep driving north.

Horrible customer service, female cashier cant even speak english. Restrooms are filthy. Random strange items posted for sale in restroom. Owner doesnt care about customer service. When i notified staff of filthy bathroom conditions they ignored me. Ok. Take your business else where. A little over a mile north is a way better gas station and gas is 75 cents less. Dont support poor business practices.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. How is this place in business still? 1.20 more than the gas up the street? Rude staff, and even the merchandise inside is outrageously priced. Never again will I put myself in a position where I need to use your gas.

Most the items were not marked with a price. Then it made sense at the register. $2.79 for a small bag of sunflower seeds and $3 for a small soda.
