So I could not contact the firm at allIf forwarding, that is fine, but greet with name of company, not a robot that has the numbers crossed.Followup... Visited their store, and was given excellent service. I have not yet them had them do the job, as the vehicle is having body work done first.Lesson learned: do not judge a company by their phone system or one missed step.Followup:It is now late 2021.Fastsigns showed up on the day promised, applied the graphics, and the job is great.Even better, insurance company not only paid for the graphics for the area where body repair was done, they picked up the whole tab! They do absolutely everything and they do it to an amazing quality at an impressive speed. For years I have been using FastSigns as my signage jobs always look great, are done on time, and at a good price. But recently, totally out of character for FastSigns, they ran both jobs inaccurately! The floor-base retractable banners job was put into 2 single-sided bases instead of one double-sided base. The other project was 17 small signs mounted on white foam core rather then black foam core. But your front-desk staff offered good solutions on the spot. On the first project, Fast Signs made sure that we where not charged anything extra for the 2nd base (since the client was willing to accept the job as run as long as it did not cost more) and the 2nd job was rerun the next day and mounted on black foam core as the work order originally stated. I have not lost any faith in FastSigns and still highly recommend them for any signage job.
