I am from Southern California, and Lighthouse reminds me of the historic Bodhi Tree in Hollywood. How so? Lighthouse has MANY amazing popular as well as hard-to-find titles; they also carry my book, Mystical Empress Magical Relationships. Additionally, I am a psychic, and I shop a lot of tarot decks. Just like Bodhi Tree, Lighthouse has a HUGE selection of decks AND each deck has a demo to review before you buy! Nothing worse than buying a deck, getting it home, and hating it! This is also a good place to shop for metaphysical supplies as well as gifts. Walking into this store, you immediately feel like you are in an alternate reality. Cool stuff!

Small very small...not a good store to be able to social distance and store owners were not limiting access or trying to maintain distance...but...very quaint place and look forward to visiting again...some day

A hidden gem on Pearl Street; on the surface it seems like an ordinary bookstore, but this store packs quite the stash. If youre looking for a specific book, youll probably find it, or youll find something even better. Worth popping into if youre around the area.

It’s a bookstore with a metaphysical leaning. So, right up my alley. I work in a metaphysical shop too, so it had the usual candles and cards and whatnot. However the book selection, particulary on “esoteric” Christianity was awesome! If the owners/employees are reading this, I love my Ganesha necklace, thank you for the amazing store!!! If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely come back here WOW

My experience here was so odd. Lots of great books, found one I wanted to read, and on checkout the clerk noted the purchase in pencil in an old ledger. I commented that you don’t see that much anymore and the guy exploded. When I assured him I meant to harm he called me a liar, made fun of my face (?!), then sarcastically complemented my slacks, saying he could lie too. I can’t really pick up the book without thinking of the exchange. Also, I guess time to retire those slacks.

This bookstore had a bit of smell from the incense, but has interesting selection of books. It has various religious books, exception of support towards Christians. It also has books on philosophy, science, & other such topics not commonly covered in most bookstores. It has a bit of Hogwarts-ish feels. I also find it ironic to be called Lighthouse, even though you walk downstairs into a basement location.

A unique store with a wide variety of unique items. My wife loves this place, especially for the kitchen items.

Boulders own Borgin and Burkes. A truly magical place where books will literally jump off the shelves at you. Never quite sure why youre there but always leaving with something you werent aware you needed. Truly talented humans with spectacular gifts. Shop local and find your Zen.

The store itself was good, but I would not get a psychic reading there. The psychic was not legit, and tried conning me out of more money. Ive seen many psychics and this one was very unprofessional. Beware.

A wonderful bookstore on a myriad of subjects (alchemy, tarot, Druidism, Wicca, Catholicism, etc.). The selection of crystals, pendulums, and candles was extensive for the size of the store. The staff was nice enough and truly seemed to enjoy working there, while also leaving us alone to peruse the shelves.

I could spend hours in here..been going to bookstore for 20 years now!
