I went online on 10/27 and ordered tires, scheduled my appointment and put in my payment information for two vehicles. The website was very convenient and easy to use. On 10/28, I got an email saying my appointment couldnt be scheduled, and I needed to call. I called that same day and spoke to an employee. We set up the appointments I had already scheduled and had to order my tires. Now, normally, when you give a tire shop you vehicle information, they can give you one or two choices to choose from, but the employee just asked me for tire sizes. I gave him the sizes I believed they were, and he told me to call back and confirm before he ordered them so he could make sure he got the right sizes. He said he could have them by 10/30 (a Saturday). I doubled checked the sizes and called back. Even though I had already scheduled an appointment and given vehicle information (twice now) it was like I had never even called before. I went through the same process with a different employee and was left with a feeling what I had asked for wasnt going to get done. My appointments were scheduled for 11/2 and 11/3, so I called back on 11/1 to make sure they had the tires. Besides winter coming, I also wanted to be in the rebate window for the tires, so they needed to get done this week. I speak to an employee, and its the same thing. Like Id never called before. I have to go out and look at my tires to confirm tire size. He doesnt think they have them. I explain my frustrations to him. He says he will call me back. I call Discount Tire, and in 5 minutes, they have my vehicles in, they know my tire size, they have my tires coming from a different store same day, and even though they are booked out for almost 3 weeks, they will fit me in on my same appointment days. Guy from Firestone calls me back. They do have the tires. I explain my frustrations again and say Im going with someone else. No protest whatsoever. No efforts from a manager to keep my business. Okay, bye sir. Its like they are used to making their customers angry and losing business.

Dishonest, scam, and poor quality service. Skip Firestone take your car somewhere else!! I took my car in to have a slight vibration and road noise fixed. I’m not a mechanic so I rely on mechanics to honestly repair my car. Firestone replaced an expensive wheel bearing, didn’t fix the problem but rather made it worse. The car now shakes uncontrollably at highway speeds. The customer service agent did not help at all and only forwarded the complaint to the “resolution center”. Now I have to take my car to a proper mechanic to have it fixed properly. So you might want to just skip Firestone and just take your car somewhere else. It will prevent a lot of problems and headaches. Also the store hours are not what is posted on the website. This store will randomly close early leaving you high and dry if you need to pick up your car!

Made a call to order a spare tire and wheel for our car. The employee misinterpreted our need for a smaller spare tire and wheel (not full size), which is understandable, but we were charged for the labor it took to install the tire on the wheel, despite the fact that we returned it upon pickup, without ever leaving the store. This is an honest mistake that could have equally been shared between us and the company, but we were left with the charges.

Back in June, my skid control, check engine, and cruise control light all came on at the same time. I had went to Arvada’s Firestone and they told me that it was due to the spark plugs but they were going to charge me $800 for it, which was $400 more than what Colorado Springs Firestone was going to charge me. Colorado Springs is a bit of a drive so I decided to get this done in Boulder instead, thinking that they would charge me an honest price like the Colorado Springs Firestone.Boulder charged me the same as Arvada’s Firestone for this procedure. When I got into the car, all maintenance lights that were on previously were still on, even though I was told that replacing the spark plugs would take care of this issue. I was very frustrated and decided that I would never go to those Firestone’s again. However, the reason I am writing this review is because I went to Colorado Spring’s Firestone today for a standard oil change. I also asked them to take a look at what was causing the lights, letting them know that I had already gone to two other stores to try and alleviate this issue. They informed me that Boulder put in spark plugs for a Toyota car (I have a Subaru) and that the lights were not due to the spark plugs, they were due to a completely different issue. As a customer, this is extremely frustrating information to find out four months later. I have wasted an immense amount of time, energy, and money trying to fix my car only to be helped by dishonest and uneducated mechanics. I would not recommend going to Boulder’s Firestone for any procedure, they don’t even know what car part is supposed to go to which car!

I know nothing about cars which can make me pretty vulnerable to getting overcharged. That is not the case at Firestone. Anthony took care of me from my initial phone call to my final exit. He slowly and clearly explained what was wrong with the jeep and what had caused it. Then gave me a price (which I am told was quite fair by some of my car friends). Jeep was fixed in a day, and I am back on the road. Thanks Anthony.

I have gone to Firestone for years and normally I receive pretty decent, quick service but this last time will absolutely be the last. I had my oil changed over a year ago with them, they mentioned I would eventually need a new oil pan and replaced the drain plug as a temporary option. I took my car back for another oil change about 4 months ago and they didnt mention a thing. Not knowing much about cars and honestly not like I would remember everything they told me from an appointment over a year ago, I didnt bring up the oil pan and they didnt say anything about it. Flash forward two months and my car breaks down on the side of the street, NO OIL. After the oil change the large plug must have started a leak and my car was completely out of oil. I was really worried that there was damage to my engine. I took my car to my dealership, not really knowing what was wrong at the time, and they told me I had to replace my oil pan. After contacting Firestone about this, since it was obviously overlooked by them, the manager was rude and talked down to me. I only asked for help paying HALF of the cost to me because I realized it was something I was eventually going to have to replace but the inconvenience it caused had me without a car for a solid week. Firestone did nothing to make this right and denied my claim when I tried to reach out. I will not be returning and Ill be warning all my friends and family about this company since they clearly dont take responsibility for their own negligence.

I brought brand new wheels to have new tires installed. These wheels were shipped directly from the manufacturer, and I fully inspected the wheels when they arrived to confirm there was ZERO damage. The wheels were left with the store in the factory supplied original boxes with ZERO damage. I was a bit rushed when picking up my freshly installed tires, and missed the fact that the lifetime service was added to my bill even though I did not ask for it, and no one explained that it was added NOR did they explain that I had such a service and what that entailed. I also recieved zero documentation on this service. Once home I realized the shop took no care at all to professionally install the tires with the FIRESTONE factory supplied weight marking that is printed on every tire, regardless of brand in the correct spot. That meant that my high end wheels with a beautiful open design were cluttered with 11 and 13 weights on two of the wheels, 3 or 4 times than what should be necessary. But more importantly when I went to install the wheels, I noticed that my previously perfect wheels had a huge gouge in the finish, down to bare metal that OBVIOUSLY came from the tire mounting. THE DIRECTION OF THE GOUGE EVEN FOLLOWS THE STANDARD DIRECTION OF ALL TIRE MOUNTING MACHINES. Yes, Ive used these machines before myself to install tires, so I know how these things worked. As it was after hours I had to wait a day, to schedule an appointment with the manager still another day later to bring the affected wheel in. No problem. Though that manager wasnt there during our scheduled appointment and apparently I had to talk to another manager (Anthony). Anthony proceeded to tell me, as if I was an idiot, that it was impossible that they harmed my wheel, because all the tools we use are plastic coated. No, I doubt that, plus theyre in your shop. He told me that it was definitely that the wheel either came from the manufacturer that way (nonsense, I thoroughly inspected all of them), or that I did the damage myself. Because afterall I had driven on the wheels.... nonsense, they were dirty from moving around my garage but the colored lines ON THE TREAD AND THE TIRE DECAL WERE STILL IN PLACE. Anthony then proceeded to tell me that my only recourse was that I could leave the wheels with them, and they could arrange to have an adjuster take a look, but that would take EIGHT WEEKS and Id have to leave my wheel. OBVIOUSLY he was trying to get me to leave. When I asked about my second issue, do they not make it a practice to properly align weight markings on the tire in the correct position on the wheel, he told me that wasnt necessary so they usually dont bother. When I asked if he didnt agree there was difference between getting a tire mounted on a wheel and doing a professional job the correct way of mounting a tire on the wheel, he told me It doesnt matter, the balance works out in the end so who cares?. Im certain it was news to him that those silly little yellow dots on tires even meant something. AND THIS IS A SUPPOSED MANAGER TELLING ME THAT IT DOESNT MATTER IF THE JOB IS DONE PROFESSIONALLY just that its done. That tells me everything I need to know about the quality of work and the pride in the work, of the individuals that Firestone (suppposedly) trains, hires and promotes through their system. After 15+ years of using this store, my four current vehicles and I will NEVER BE RETURNING TO A FIRESTONE STORE, OR BUYING A FIRESTONE PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

Dont waste your time here. Went in with an easily repairable flat tire, a roughly $40 fix, only to later be told they cannot patch the tire and that I would have to buy 4 new tires for around $700. Work was fine and speedy... but highway robbery cost wise. 72 for an oil change, the cost of installing a part was more than the part, and they gave me a list of things that my car would need in the future. I asked someone with car knowledge and these are not actually needed just ways for them to trick you into more money. Clearly just trying to get people to pay for unnecessary services. Find some place more reasonable is my advice.Additional edit: Ive since found a car place more up front about pricing and about services that the car actually needs versus can wait. I also had to pull the plastic off my wipers after they installed them here. Considering the installation charges youd think they would be a bit more thorough.

I called them when i arrived home and let them know the patch didnt hold. Instead of refunding me so i could go somewhere else - the manager told me i had to drive it all the way back to Boulder. Funny thing i just took my car to another shop in which they discovered - the tire had no patch and the nail was still in it - so the work was never done.

I came in for issues with my brakes and was told I needed over $800 in repairs (Saturday). Because I have a speciality car they were not sure if my car would be finished that day because they had to wait for parts but would call and let me know. No one called to give me an update by the end of the day to let me know the progress of my car. I then received a call the next morning that it was ready (Sunday). I picked it up that afternoon and the breaks were not working properly at all. The car was frightening to drive. I had my sister test it out as well and she thought there might be air in the break line. I brought it back this morning (Monday) and was told by the technician that he instructed his coworker to inform me that if I was not happy with how the pedal felt that I should have left the car there. Not only was I not told this information but I think it is absurd that it was left up to me to see if the car felt okay to drive or not. This should not be my responsibility. I spent a ton of money to have my car work properly and it was given back to me in an unsafe state and told that oh... well if you think it is good enough. In addition, I made a remark about someone not test driving it and the technician said he drove it himself for a while and that the breaks kicked in after 10 minutes. My sister who took high school shop class could tell their was air in the break line, but he couldnt?! He said he needed the master mechanic to look at it. After it was inspected again, they found that it was in fact air in the break line. I was offered a free oil change but I dont feel this makes up for returning my car to me not functioning properly (not to mention in a very dangerous way). Will not be returning.UPDATE: When I did finally pick up my car the technician was barley apologetic for putting me in a dangerous situation. They are extremely lucky I didnt get in an accident when my car was initially returned to me as they would have been liable. On top of everything, after I drove back to work my hands were covered in grease. They left a ton of grease on my steering wheel. Normally I wouldnt care about that sort of thing but given the whole experience I had it was just rubbing salt in the wound. I dont think Ive ever received such terrible service in my life.

They ordered the tires but it turns out I needed 18 instead. The manager had a fit on the phone and said that he paid $45 to get the tires shipped to the store. Keep in mind that the total bill for all four tires was over $700. And its not like the tires he ordered werent sellable to someone else. So, they order the right size, I go to get them installed, and there, hiding on the bill, are two delivery charges for $45. Two of them? I dont think I should have been charged for even one of them. The hood was down and it looked ready to go, except for a an orange car parked behind it that they were fixing the tail light on; I inferred that it was someone who works there. Finally the guy saw me staring at my car, so he went up to look at the paperwork and then moved the other car. When I went back in, the lady working the desk told me that it was blocked in by a truck, even though the truck parked back there was (1) not blocking my car and (2) hadnt moved. I got the car back and thought it was all taken care of until a few days later when my tire pressure indicator came on an and lo and behold its the front right tire again. I then take a closer look and notice that there are some scrapes and scratches on my right side tire rims (front and back) and both my right tires still had scrapes and scratches on them. So from the fact that the SAME tire was still leaking and the rims on the right side still appeared to be the same, I can only conclude that they charged me to not fix my tire and not rotate my tires. Its a bummer since its so close and convenient for me and the folks there have always been great but I cant shake the idea that if I ever bring it in for anything again that I wont know if they actually did the work.

Good call--Its paid for itself three times over in the last month alone. The service here is fast, on-point, well done, and the store manager and employees are not just quick, hard working and kind, but they know what they are talking about. Now heres the thing about their customer service: They dont charge you a dime to go over your car and figure out whats wrong, and they are spot on. I keep a careful eye on my car and do most of the maintenance myself. So, I listened, slightly bemused, while they described the exact problems Ive known my car to have. They are not pulling your leg when they tell you that your brake rotors are worn past spec, or your fluids are low. I told Reid that I could do most of that work myself and he graciously said No problem, let us know if we can help. Nice.Over the course of the next few weeks I took the car in for things as little as greasing up the rightside outer tie rod (I lost my grease gun in my move from NY), and they politely obliged for zero charge... throwing in an extra alignment to boot (that makes for two alignments in two weeks). Four alignments later, the car comes out straight, clean, and Chad and Reid as polite and gracious as they were the first day I walked in.

Went to this Firestone affiliate after experiencing a slow leak on a set if tires purchased in Florida. Stopped in Shreveport Louisiana, due to slow leak, wasted time and money on a patch. That failed, just as if I had never had it repaired. Arriving in Boulder I called the Firestone on 30th, they were reassuring on the phone, and scheduled me promptly. Took some time on day of appointment, but they did go pick up a new tire from another store and got me on my way, under warranty.

Possibly the worst service I have ever recieved in a very long time. I was stranded with a flat tire in the parking lot next to the store so I called to see if I pulled the wheel off and walked over with it if they could patch it. I was told absolutely not that it would be several days before they could get to it. I asked if he was kidding, and he was rude and said no way possible. UNBELIEVEABLE I work as a service manager in a very large, and busy motorcycle dealership and this is the absolute opposite of how we treat stranded customers. We make them a priority and do everything possible to get them back on the road. I could understand if I needed major repairs but to just patch a tire ? I guess Firestone isnt in the tire business or interested in customer service. I know for one I would never spend a dime at a Firestone store especially in Boulder, Colorado. What a poorly run store. STAY AWAY !!!

Takes advantage of travelers. Didnt complete the job. Nobody calls back from corporate. After changing our water pump for a coolant leak, giving us our van back still leaking, then misinforming us on the problem and sending us away saying the job is too difficult, and being stranded for a week as a result....WE LEARNED IT WAS ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT COMPLETE THE JOB THEY STARTED.All they had to do was change a hose with the water pump, but instead they didnt take the time to complete the job or find and fix the issue after it was still leaking. Then, when trying to talk to corporate, they told us we would get a call in 48 hours 3 TIMES! NOBODY EVER CALLED.I never leave bad reviews (and you can check my reviews) but this is a disgrace of a company! We then went to Automotive EMTs were they are trustworthy, reliable, quick, and competent in fixing our coolant leak.

This place is filled with a bunch of jokers. I know there are some good employees here but they are overshadowed by the incompetent ones. First time I brought my car there the heads lights blew out after getting tires but on and they said that sometimes just happens. I have talked to several mechanics and no one has ever heard of that and are almost positive they shorted them out. Well they didnt take responsibility so I skipped them and bought some and put them in myself. Also if you drop off your car for the entire day dont expect it to actually get done. You need to call and follow up a couple times because I have made this mistake and almost not got my car back even after leaving it with them for 10 hours. I know they have some good workers here and hope if you use them you get the luck of the draw and get one of the good ones. I would tell management to retain the good ones and try and filter out the bad ones so you can retain customers.

Atrocious and unethical service. Last week, my front tire began to lose around 1lb of tire pressure per day. I brought the car to Firestone since they were open late and had time to perform a repair if necessary. They removed the wheel, submerged it and found nothing wong. No charge. They suggested I return to have the tire removed and have the rim cleaned to allow a full inspection of the tire if the problem persisted. Parked the car for four days and it lost 10 lbs of pressure and I returned to Firestone. They told me there was an irreparable issue with the bead and I cannot replace a single tire since it is an all wheel drive vehicle with 3 year old tires. This is a truthful statement and after some Google searches I felt comfortable to hear their recommendation. They suggested I buy a set of firestone tires. I said I would prefer the Audi recommended brands of either Pirelli or Continental tires as they were the brands I had familiarity with. This is where the problems begin. 1) Im given a specious story about Continental and Pirelli tires being only meant for super cars and their high speed rating is unnecessary for lower end cars like mine. Im being lied to and insulted. Unsure if this is hubris on his part or he just thinks Im an imbecile but my business was immediately lost. I tell them Im going to be there in five minutes and they tell me to come back in 20. 2) I find a nearby store carrying Continental tires and while in the parking lot, confirming the tire size, I discover they replaced the wheel with the full size Pirelli spare without my permission. They told me I could not use a new tire but they put me in danger by using the original spare tire that has never left the trunk since I purchased the car in 2008. An 11 year old tire is not safe to use and they told me this when I suggested they use the spare. Three Continental tires from 2015 and a single Perilli with a 2007 date with absolutely no tread wear is something you cant blame on the customer and if I were younger I would have returned with a lug wrench in my hand. 3) I discover they stripped the wheel lock key as I was handing it to the sales representative of the competing store. 4) The mechanic tells me the tire stem of the original tire (which was put in the trunk) was broken and had to be replaced. 5) The mechanic also told me he did not see any problems with the tire presenting the issue. I must take this personally as my safety was put in danger by the staff at Firestone and they intentionally attempted to sell an unnecessary set of tires after damaging my property and putting me in danger by stripping my wheel lock key. I most probably spent $854 prematurely but I have the satisfaction that Firestone did not receive a penny from me and never will. If I were litigious and had time to waste I would do more than provide a bad review.

Do NOT use this firestone. I have brought my 2007 trailblazer and repeatedly they have sold me parts and labor that was NOT needed. They did not drive the car before or after the “repairs” were done and returned it with the same problems. Driving out of Firestone parking lot it made the same noise even. When I brought it back, they then did find the actual issue very quicker(???) that was for a lesser cost and did that for free. Less than 6 months later, I now they to get the same work done at a different trustworthy local mechanic shop. I came back to Firestone to give them the chance to resolve this once again, since my family have been long time Firestone National customers and they said they would not do anything because they did not charge me for the work to the actual problem. Eventhough they orginally recommended( which I have documents of that service to be done w/o driving it) and charged me $200 more to fix a nonissue.

I have been taking my car into Firestone for 8 years, in two different states. I took my car in most recently for several services, including replacing the engine mount which wasnt cheap. The car seemed to be running fine before this, so these services were really a preventative measure. When I picked it up, I found that the whole car was vibrating intensely, especially when I was reversing or idling. I re-arranged my schedule to take the car back in, expecting for them to identify the problem and fix their mistake. Instead, Cynthia and later Reid called me to say that I needed to pay to get another engine mount replaced. Im confused because 1) the vibrating didnt happen until I picked up the car from Firestone-- it was running fine before I took it in, and 2) how was this additional broken engine mount overlooked the first time I took the car in? In my eyes, good customer service would be fixing the issue youve created at least for free, if not additionally giving store credit or a refund for my time and convenience. Im very disappointed and and upset. My car is running worse after the repairs than before I took it in.Update: I went in to pick up my car and found that now the speakers are blown, which I know was not the case when I took my car in. I have been into Firestone 5 times (soon to be at least 6) in 8 days, and they have been creating problems in addition to attempting to fix them.

I have roadside coverage with the tires i bought from you and now i need to have a tire either patched or changed out and you want me to wait over a week? You have officially lost a customer who has spent thousands on oil changes, repairs, and tires. I use to think i could rely on Firestone but this isnt going to work for me. what happens when im waiting for you guys to fix my tire and my tire blows out on 36 with my two children under 2 in the car? you just expect me to wait? no. people will take their business else where, as i will be doing from here on out. too bad.

I cant say enough about these guys. They have always taken excellent care of me, sometimes for no reason and when they didnt have to. Ive been in Boulder for over 20 years, and in that time myself and my family have tried a number of independent mechanics. Some lasted longer than others, but all have at some point disappointed us.I originally went to Firestone three cars and maybe ten years ago to get some tires (Destination A/T is still my truck tire of choice) for my Land Rover. When my Pathfinder needed new tires, they gave me an awesome deal on some more Destinations. My girlfriends WRX needed new tires. In the process of installing them, one of the lower A-arms broke (not their fault- the entire undercarriage was rusting apart when she bought the car). They had the part couriered in and replaced it for their cost, no labor. When the A6 that replaced the Pathfinder needed new rear brakes, they found the calipers were also shot. They replaced them for their cost.Today I had an appointment to get the front brakes done. The wear indicator had been going off for about 200 miles, and then the brake fluid level was also telling me it was time. I dropped the car off, and they told me they would inspect them, and I told them I was aware and expecting to get new pads and rotors. They wrote me an estimate and kicked a $100 coupon my way, and I went to grab some lunch.I got the call saying my car was done. They had inspected everything and found my brakes were still at about 50% and that they didnt need to replaced, just adjusted, which they did. They had also topped off my brake fluid, and the car was ready to be picked up.I went to get it and was ready to settle up. I was expecting to pay about $600 for my brake job. After finding the brake job wasnt necessary, I was still expecting to pay $100-$200 for services rendered. My bill today: $0.Look, I know you cant make everyone happy all the time. I also know an unhappy person is literally 50x more likely to leave a review as a happy one, and theres always another side to the story of every bad review. Maybe Im one of the lucky ones, but for every one or two star reviews here, there are fifty four or five star reviews that never get written. Maybe Im just lucky, but Id encourage you to give these guys a shot before you dismiss them for a couple bad reviews.

My experience with this Firestone location was easily the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic and under no circumstances will I EVER take my vehicle back here (or to any Firestone, for that matter). In a nutshell, this is what happened:Last Saturday, the alternator in my 2004 Hyundai Elantra went out, so I called Triple A; they towed me to Firestone. The guy working at the time told me that the alternator replacement would cost 520 dollars (later research on my part revealed that this repair shouldnt have cost more than 400 dollars). I was shocked at the quote, but felt like I didnt have much of a choice because I couldnt drive my car around for different quotes. I agreed to their price, and left.Monday morning, they called me and told me the repair was finished. On the receipt they gave me, it said the cost of labor was 220 dollars, but it did not tell me how many hours they worked. From the websites and mechanics I consulted, I am fairly sure they overcharged me for labor, by a long shot.Anyway, I paid the bill and left. When I started my car, it stalled a little bit before starting, the interior lights were dim, and my windows rolled down very slowly. During the next few days, my clock reset several times, the lights got dimmer, and the car continued to stall a bit every time I tried to start it. By Sunday morning, my car wouldnt start at all. I had to have AAA tow it to Firestone AGAIN.So, this morning they called me and told me that they would replace the alternator under warranty, but they had to replace my battery because it caused the alternator to fail. They wanted about 150 dollars to replace the battery. BUT, on the receipt with the diagnostics that they gave me, they had written that, when my car was repaired my battery was in good condition, and that all of the battery accessories were in good condition, as well. Essentially, now that their alternator had failed, they tried to change their story about the condition of my battery, saying that the poor condition of my battery caused their alternator to fail... even THOUGH I have written proof that they said my batter was in good condition. My father and I called them and argued with them, but the only thing they agreed to do was to knock the installation and shop-markup price of the battery. They still wanted me to pay 120 dollars for the battery.... which makes the total cost of my alternator repair 640 dollars (assuming there are no additional problems this week that drive the price up even higher). After class, I will go in and pay for the battery, but I am going to contact the franchisor and see if he will rectify the shoddy and dishonest work of his shop. If he does not, I will report them to the BBB, and create a small-scale media campaign against them here in Boulder, and possibly take legal action, because what they did is nothing short of criminal.I know that they will try to hide behind a bunch of technical terms that only mechanics understand, and theyll say this and that about what actually happened, but the bottom line is, apart from the fact that they WAY overcharged me, they lied to me about my battery, they installed a faulty alternator, they wasted my time, they unnecessarily put me out of they possession of my car, and they made me have to tow my car in an extra time and offered me no compensation for any of this-- in fact, as mentioned, they want to charge me even more.If you have any question about this, I would be happy to discus them with anybody, but, for the time being, I would strongly, strongly suggest that, if youre in Boulder, you find another mechanic. I will keep you posted on how or IF they deal with my situation.

These guys are obnoxious scammers. Youll never get the deal youre initially offered. Weird traps and upcharges at every turn. They wanted to charge me >$100 just to swap some tires because theyre low profile. Oreilly has no problem doing it for $55. Then they refuse to put my tires on because they didnt have enough tread. I know they were on the way out but they were plenty safe. Just wanted to finish them off before buying some summer tires. These jackasses made me tell three different people I wasnt buying tires before theyd give me my car back. Theyre scammer idiots. Please just go to a local shop. My car was taken there because it would stall while idling.First thing they said was the MAP sensor was failing so I had them replace that.Picked it up, started up for a second then died immediately when I put it in gear.Got another call a day later saying its my throttle body and that it could cost anywhere from 1k to 2k, which seemed pretty outrageous, however they gave me a much lower quote and I had them replace it. They said oh by the way it idles a little rough but itll be ok, however you may want to look into another car soon.Drove it home and the next day it again would hardly start and would stall out. Managed to get it to another Firestone thats closer and they found quite a few issues that were overlooked.Seems like they just wanted to do the minimum and tell me to buy a new car.

My new tire has less tread than my other 3 and is filthy and when i asked about it she glances over, nah its new.then they said that to fix my check engine light problem it would be >$2000 ($400 for removing and replacing spark plugs?).doing research of my own the check engine light was on because in ford made cars a bad front right tire can cause the P0430 code...like a spare?huh now that i have the new tire the check engine light is off, what a shocker.avoid this place like the plague even if you think it wont be that bad after reading the reviews.

I rarely take the time to write reviews of places but when the experience with a shops service was utterly atrocious I find it completely necessary to let others know.Yesterday (2-08-16) around 1pm, we dropped off my girlfriends sisters 2002 Honda CR-V to have a simple battery check done on her car as there was an issue with her car periodically not starting. They asked us if we could leave it and we said no problem and that we were going to grab lunch and would be back later. When we left the restaurant a good hour and a half later we my girlfriend called to just check on the status of the car as we would be passing by the store on our way back home. They told us they were still working on it and would give us a call in 15-20 minutes to let us know of the her cars status. We never received a call back and so my girlfriend called AGAIN 45 minutes after we got off the phone with them the first time. This was a little after 3pm. They AGAIN told us they were still working on it and would call us back. Another 40 minutes passed, now 3:40pm and still hadnt received a call back.So I called them and talked Chad who put me on hold to check the status of the car. He told me the battery checked out as perfect with no issues. He did find a front headlight bulb burnt out and asked me if we wanted them to replace it. We said to go ahead and replace the bulb. He responded saying he would get someone to get that done and replaced right away and would again proceed in telling us they would give us a call back. As you might have guessed we never received a call.We were leaving for a Super Bowl party a little after 4pm and decided to swing by for my girlfriends sister to pick up her car. When we got to the shop we noticed it was a little dark and dead looking but didnt think much of it. I pulled in and we got out of the car and walked up to the main entrance door and quickly discovered they were closed. The sign on the front (east facing) door clearly stated their hours were until 5pm on Sunday. Very confused and upset I walked around the building looking for a service associate as it was roughly 4:20pm. We saw her car locked up in the garage with no sight of a single Firestone sales or service associate or an answer from there phone we became EXTREMELY ticked off!My girlfriends sister lives down in Denver and now was stuck in Boulder without a way to get home. My girlfriend and I were supposed to attend her friends Super Bowl party but now were forced to drive her sister back down to Denver. So for a few last IMPORTANT notes and thoughts about this whole ordeal...why didnt they mention ONCE that they would be closing early due to the Superbowl? They had 3 chances over the phone and when we initially dropped her car off to do so. Also, it is quite appalling every time we called they told us they would call us back but NOT ONCE received a call back. Lastly, I understand they have other customers and cars to work on but it wasnt a laborious task to do a simple battery check. As a large corporation with a primary focus on providing customers with great service they completely FAILED. Someone should have followed through and called us back at least one of those promised 3 times we talked on the phone. Also, just them saying I would also like let you know we are closing early at 4pm for the Super Bowl, would have never caused this issue. Im extremely upset with such TERRIBLE service by the whole store and we will never give them our business again!
