Everyone is very nice and professional. I would give Spavia a solid 5 stars if I knew all the therapists were fully vaccinated.

I recently visited this Spavia location while on vacation from out of state. I really enjoyed the ambiance of this place. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the massage therapist was very attentive. They let you choose the type of music you want played during your session, and they also have a great variety of oils to choose from for your massage. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again.

The esthetician was very nice and did a great job. I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed, and my face looked great! I will come back, for sure.

Had a great prenatal massage with Alena! She focused on all the right spots (lower back, hips, mid back and shoulder) and made the best of the 60 minute massage. I had all sorts of discomfort that day and the week leading to it, and left feeling an immediate difference and much energized. The next day the soreness and pinching I was having in my back was gone and I was feeling much more myself :) huge relief. Im currently at 37 weeks and plan on having another one in a couple weeks to get me through these last few weeks as comfortable and mobile as possible.

Me and my husband make appointment for our anniversary for a couple massage. They called us a day before and said “Hi.. I’m calling to reschedule your appointment for tomorrow”. And I was like “what? No...this is our day, this is our anniversary.” She was so Insensitive and careless for the situation and her service was so annoying!She said that they cannot except us because some emergency situation but they also didn’t even try to help us or to find any other solution! This is not our fault! Unfortunately we couldn’t find any other place that can except us and schedule in this short notice. You should take responsibility and find a solution for your customers!thank you for ruining our day!

It was only my second time experiencing a massage and this time was even better than my first. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly. The spa was very clean. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and both of our therapists made it an awesome experience! I’d definitely go back to Spavia Boulder! My only complaint was that I had a hard time finding the spa. I was not familiar with the mall and did not realize it was on the 2nd story. My GPS just kept leading me in circles.

Tried calling this location, and was placed on a permanent hold. Ended up making a second attempt at reaching out, and the phone was picked up almost immediately. The employee’s tone was rude, and disinterested, when I inquired about a massage. I hung up, and will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Specifically asked if the facial would include extractions, and the esthetician replied yes will include them. Did not include any extractions. Also did not bother to look at the skin under the light, ask any questions, and still tried to sell products at the end. In addition we were asked which music we would like played and during the facial no music was played.When brought up with the person at the front desk receptionist she replied she must have ran out of time because we were late, however we were told on the phone that there was a 20 min courtesy period, which we arrived within. We also notified them an hour prior we would be late. If they were honest, and said at the beginning that they would not have time for extractions, we would not have got the service. She was explaining the situation which contradicted what we were told on the phone prior. These spa treatments were expensive too, at $218/person.The massage portion however was pretty good. However by being misled about the facial and the receptionist defending policies that were not told to us prior, I cannot recommend this spa.

Amazing spa! I cant say enough about their exceptional level of services, professionalism, cleanliness and product knowledge! I have been a member for over a year and its always a highlight of my month. Izzy is a very talented (and sweet as can be!) esthetician. And Bianca made me feel so welcomed and special when I joined as a member. Look no further than Spavia!

This place is excellent. Everything i could ask for to relax before a treatment (robes, sandals, neck warmer, etc.) The locker room is excellent and I appreciate the shower option. The massages and facials are fantastic quality with every little detail accounted for. I loved the warm oil scalp treatment- it was luxurious. It is only slightly more expensive than other spas but the quality makes it worth every dime.

Spavia Boulder is a great day spa with such a relaxing environment. It smells Spa when you enter the lobby. The girls up front are friendly and greet you with great big smiles. The locker room holds luxurious robes, sandals, a shower and toilet and individual changing rooms. The tranquility area is set with candles, magazines, warm neck wraps and water or tea and mints. I had an Escape package and it was awesome. Ricala did my facial and she is very talented, providing me with one of the best facials I have had. Rachelle performed my deep tissue massage and it was great. She released muscle tension in my neck and shoulders which were much needed. The prices are comparable to other spas but if you buy and commit to a membership you save $30 a treatment or $360 in a year! I signed up for the Premier package at $89 a month. And, they said I can share it with one family member. I love ❤️ Spavia! I can’t wait to go back!!!

Ive only been here for the massages, which have been fantastic. I signed up for the monthly membership, and the regular massage has been a lifesaver, helping relieve pain through recovery from several injuries. The massage is more than just enjoyable in the moment, I see improvement in how I feel and function afterward. The spa itself is very relaxing and pampering. Its an investment that is well worth it!

I was a little nervous because I had never received a massage... EVER! As I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiling staff. My specialist did an amazing job checking in on me, and making sure I was comfortable. My favorite part of my service was the retreat room! It was filled with warm neck wraps, hot tea, and ice cold water! Low dimmed, and perfect for my much needed relaxation. I can’t waitto continue my self care journey with Spavia Boulder!!! 😄

This was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the massage and spa. Its a great looking place, the waiting room cozy, after the bathroom area very accommodating and fancy, with tasty robes.About a year after from a big surgery on my chest, a massage was incredibly wanted to work out my shoulders and neck. I was gifted an hour of massage that was one of the best I have ever had.Rachelle was able to focus in on spots I did not even know were needing work, a great deep tissue and pressured massage. She really knows what she is doing! Also, very kind and easy to talk to.Best experience, yet, highly recommend Rachelle!

I’ve been to Gerald & Deanna for massages & I enjoyed my services with both! Gerald made me feel very comfortable & relaxed, & Deanna got a lot of stiffness out of my lower back! My favorite part was the “retreat” area where I was able to relax before and after my service with a warm neck wrap. I would definitely recommend.. You can’t go wrong with investing in self care!

I switched to Spavia from another monthly massage service because of the additional spa services like facials, beautiful environment and showers they offer.It’s so nice to feel truly pampered here at Spavia. The last two services, my facial and massages, were top of the line!!

When I called to make the appointment they told me it was at 11:50, so I didn’t think to check my confirmation email. Turns out it was at 11:40 and I was late when I arrived at 11:45. Luckily the therapist didn’t have someone after me so I got the full time. Then, however, the massage was terrible. It was the laziest massage I’ve ever had. I know I only paid for a Swedish massage, but still for $99 I expected a little more effort. And then, she exposed me during the session which was the final straw. The front was nice enough to give me 10% off my massage after hearing my complaints but then after I looked at my receipt after leaving they didn’t end up actually giving me the discount. I did enjoy the facial I got, however for $119 I laid on the table for 15 out of 50 minutes just with a face mask on and nothing happening, which is what I could have done at home. Overall it was a poor experience and I won’t be back.

The staff are professional and courteous. My facial was extremely pleasant. The hot stone massages are magnificent for my body and soothing for my spirit. I couldnt ask for a better way to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you for amazing experiences each time I visit.

My massage with Rachelle was terrific! I have used her several times and she knows how to make me relax first and then work deeply on my difficult knots. She uses several techniques and appreciate her broad knowledge!

I love this place! I have had multiple appointments with Gerald. He listens to exactly what I need and I always feel a lot better when I leave. The front desk staff is very nice and attentive to what you need. Everything is really clean and I love the relaxation room.

Ive never been inside of Spavia before my massage, but have seen it many times when I go to the mall. I was pleasantly surprised at its cleanliness, tranquility, and overall size of the place. The locker room area was spotless, welcoming, and very professional. I greatly enjoyed my amazing massage Alicia and my neck and shoulders feel 10x better! I cant wait to come back (once my student funds allow so haha)

I dont even know how to describe the beautiful and heart touching experience I had getting a massage with Katrina at Spavia.Before starting the session, I disclosed that I was going through a breakup and so she shouldnt worry if I started crying as she moved things around. She was so incredibly loving and sensitive to my needs throughout our session. Afterwards she even shared some really heartfelt and loving words with me.Theres something to be said about a great massage- but when it goes beyond just the service and the heart gets involved, it is truly a very special and beautiful experience.I highly recommend this place, and I highly recommend Katrina.Especially if youre heart broken.

Because very few massages are completely negative... perhaps this is a first world problem. At least it was somewhat relaxing. Its hard for me to get away from my stressful life for a self-indulgent window of time in Boulder. I had a gift certificate and scheduled this massage to get myself professionally worked on.The therapist was very nice in greeting me and asking about my areas of focus. In addition to booking (and paying for) deep tissue, I did mention Id prefer hard pressure, and asked for specific areas. I reiterated this during the session, when asked. But I found myself wondering when it would be over.Meh is the best I can offer. Maybe she was having a bad day. She didnt seem to listen when I answered the questions she asked. Im not a demanding person and I dont talk very much. But I did clearly answer the questions asked. Is this enough pressure? No.I requested and paid for a deep tissue massage. There is a price difference. This was a gift from well meaning friends. But as I told the front desk employees, it was not in the ballpark of deep tissue. Ive lived in Boulder for a long time. You cannot make the high rent with hosts who are soft spoken and ineffective, and massage therapists who are booked for deep tissue massages but dont specialize in those.They did offer enhanced service on the next massage, which was nice. But with so many options around, why would I return to this establishment?

Ricala was the biggest sweetheart. She answered all my questions. Even when I felt they were odd. She made me feel so comfortable. Super friendly and knowledgeable to Everything. She’s super patient and is very attentive. She’s the reason why I’ll be coming back again and again!

A caring team of owners, a welcoming and friendly receptionist staff, and most importantly, exceptional massage therapists. I would recommend Rachelle for an incredible deep tissue experience, though have never been disappointed by any of the massage therapists. WOW, this place is awesome. OMG...Rachelle gives by far the best massage I have ever had. Love, love, love her. Everything about this place is amazing. I go for monthly massages, and I always leave feeling refreshed, pampered, and better overall. Cant speak highly enough of this spa. You should definitely try it - and if were friends, I can get you in for a special rate!(I think their skincare is more fluffy than effective, but Im partial to the medical-grade skincare.)

I have recently been paying more attention to my skin and have seen Marjie and Ricala at Spavia for facials. Both are wonderful!! I have been using the products they recommended for about a month now. This past week at least three people have told me how wonderful my skin looks, that it is glowing. Will definitely keep up with my facials and be taking their advice.

The Owner/management is untruthful. I was a member for a 2 years before new corporate ownership raised rates, overcharged for services and promised credit/compensation for services not delivered that was never honored when I tried to use it. Stay Away From BOULDER LOCATION. Please know the service staff is fabulous and they all are a 10.

Best massage I have received since I moved from NY to Colorado. Deep tissue/sports massage was a gift from my kids. Wonderful to be able to choose your massage cream and music for your session. Clean, relaxing, no rush atmosphere. What a find and Will definitely go again!

I have been getting almost monthly facials from Ricala for 2 years now. She does an amazing job and is professional and personable. She is extremely thorough, but gentle. She always asks for my specific preferences and answers any questions that I have. I feel so relaxed as she gives a wonderful arm and shoulder massage as well. I never feel rushed and always feel pampered. The membership is a great deal too! Great place with welcoming staff and clean, relaxing environment.

This was the first time my mom and I had been into this spa. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the manager, Sara and a couple other employees. After we filled out our paperwork we were lead back to the dressing/locker room which by the way was so clean and tidy. The robes were soft and comfortable which made me really start to get into the experience of the spa. When my massage therapist Jay came and got me, he was very personable and was interested in any other experiences I may have had getting a massage before. He really listened and focused on the areas that were causing me pain. Tess was my moms massage therapist and she did an excellent job loosening up the muscles in my moms shoulders. I would like to mention this was the first time my mom had ever had a massage. With that said, we will definitely be back!

Ive been a member at Spavia Day Spa Boulder for almost a year. First tried this place with a Groupon. I enjoyed my experience so much that I went ahead and signed on as the membership fees were ridiculously affordable. Since that time, they have raised their rates but it is still a reasonable monthly deal, especially with the amenities offered in this cozy spa.I usually go for a monthly 60 or 80 minute massage. You are able to flex between levels if you would like within reason. Ive switched between 60 min and 90 min on at least 2 occasions.The spa setting is very nice, locker room has a nice ambience as does the waiting area. There is a shower available, which is also convenient. After your massage, they offer you a warm neck wrap and hot tea or cold water.Staff is always very friendly and flexible and location is relatively convenient.Highly recommend trying this place if you havent yet!

Wow! This spa is fabulous! Everything from the reception, to the changing rooms, the waiting area, the treatment rooms, the bedding, lighting, music and of course their staff - all top notch! I love how they have you pick your own scent for massages and even what kind of music you like to listen to. And to top it off their staff provides comments about your treatment - what a great idea! I have been a member here for over a year and I have always been very impressed will all of Spavia Boulder’s services. I have done both messages, facials, and their hand and feet services and I am always satisfied. I also enjoy their complementary neck wraps, teas, and reading material for you to relax with before and after your treatment. The only sad thing is that they have had many of their messagists move on to other places. However, the new ones and the people who have stayed are all great, so I can’t complain!

The facility is clean and modern, the atmosphere is relaxing and rejuvenating, the services are very reasonably priced and the quality of the massages and other treatments is always superb. I highly recommend Spavia and I would also recommend considering a membership. I have a membership and every month when I have my massage I am so happy that I do. My family and friends are also happy that I do as I gift them with my bring a friend gift cards which are an excellent deal.

I have been here many times. The staff is caring and helpful. I get the absolute best facial from Ricala. I think I fell asleep today when she was doing the massage on my face and neck. It was so relaxing. My skin feels wonderful and soft when I leave and I feel 20 years younger.My only complaint and the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they recently replaced the robes that they you have your put on for your services. They are a bad color and not soft and luxurious. I wish they had not changed.

Ive had 3 massages at Spavia, with 3 different therapists, and all of them were awesome! The locker room is pretty and clean, with a nice shower, fluffy towels, robes and sandals in each locker. I always have a positive experience at Spavia. It is a great value if you have a monthly membership, especially if you are using the bring-a-friend discount every month. My husband always goes with me and gets a massage or facial for the discounted $49 price. I usually alternate between massages and facials each month. I recommend Ingrid for massages and Ricala for facials. I have not tried any other services there, like waxing, scrubs, etc. I have been a member for about two years.

The Boulder Spa Via has an atmosphere of complete peaceful tranquility when you enter the waiting room. You can begin relaxing with a warm neck wrap and herbal tea while you wait for your massage or facial. Deanna is one of their most gifted massage therapists who has an amazing healing touch.

Good location, convenient parking, friendly staff, and Gerald is spectacular! Prices have recently increased, and not impressed by the fact the new owner doesnt appear to be that involved in the day to day activities, and has not made any attempt to respond to constructive feedback... May still improve, but staff seem to be dropping like flies, not a good indication of the business going in the right direction.

This is my third time to Spavia, and I love this place. Front desk staff is very friendly. I like the relaxation room where you can have tea and where your neck warmers. :) I have had Ingrid and Steven for massages, and they are both fantastic therapists. I have always left feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I dont have a membership yet, but am highly thinking of getting one soon.

Save your energy and go somewhere worth your time. I called yesterday and booked a facial for my mom for mothers day, they messed up and booked her a swedish massage instead. My mother raised 4 kids by herself, a swedish massage is like blowing air on her. I wouldve never booked that for her. They insisted that I did.Instead of fixing the situation, their manager, Zach (after giving me the run around) told me I cant let you talk to the owner now because theyre mothers too celebrating their day what about MY mom and HER day. You run a business, you should expect to handle situations anytime of the day as an owner.I work every holiday and every weekend, I dont say to my patients sorry, I cant save your life its my holiday and Im celebrating take responsibility for what you signed up for.Becky was condescending, unhelpful and just wasted my time.I 1000% do not recommend this place.

I got a groupon for this place for i think $42 a massage so I got one for my boyfriend and I. My guy cut mine short by 20 minutes and I had to sit and wait while my boyfriend got done. When they realized the mistake they told me I could have $10 off my next massage. It wasnt even worth $42 to start with, not to mention its be $74 with the discount. Ill never go back. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Nice place for a massage. Monthly subscription makes the price reasonable. Good changing rooms, lockers and showers available. Rachelle is the best!

I love going to Spavia in Boulder for my massages! The massage therapists always consult with you before starting the massage so they know which areas to focus on. Also, the whole experience is wonderful - from the tea, to the massage to the neck warmers at the end!

Spavia is a great place to go when I want to indulge myself. I have been getting facials from Ricala for a year now. She does an amazing job, very professional and caring. Always listens, asks questions about my skin and preferences, gives recommendations. And massage from Gerald, he helps me gain flexibility and reducing pain symptoms from tight muscles. I only have one complain: frequently of of products I want to purchase. Otherwise, great experience.

I love going to Spavia. I have had both Gerald and Ingrid for massages. Both are excellent--very professional. I am always greeted nicely when I come in. The locker room has nice amenities. I highly recommend Spavia!
