I love Ben & Jerrys ice cream its my favorite but Ive been outside your establishment 4 times but couldnt get inside because its not wheelchair accessible and the button to press outside for wheelchair assistance doesnt work period or was ignored. On my first attempt to purchase ice cream I couldnt get in and no one answered the buzzer I pressed multiple times outside for assistance. A total stranger wound up going back inside after she had bought her ice cream and went inside and bought me an ice cream in a cup and wouldnt take my money to reimburse her for the ice cream. There are still nice people in the world. The ADA buzzer needs fixed and if it somehow does work someone needs to answer it so that people who cant get in due to being in a wheelchair can also buy ice cream instead of having to buy it elsewhere that has an accessable entrance.

What can I say? Its Ben & Jerrys. Who wouldnt want to go to the brick and mortar version of their favorite ice cream. We visit every time we come to Boulder.

This place is absolutely disgusting and needs to be cleaned. The floors look like they havent been mopped in months, the bathroom is gross, and the counters and cash register are filthy. Even behind the counters are disgusting and customers deserve better. Lots of staff standing around chillin, clean up, this is awful gross! 🤢 Wont ever visit here again due to the cleanliness or lack thereof.

They have non dairy options other than sorbet, and it tastes like regular ice cream. As far as I know, they are fair trade wherever possible. And they have little ice cream cups for dogs.

Stopped in to this Ben & Jerrys while walking down Pearl St. I was happy to find they had 3 options for dairy-free ice cream. The employees were very friendly and helpful. After a bit of debating I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough dairy-free ice cream. It was delicious. Highly recommend stopping into this Ben & Jerrys before you walk the Pearl St Mall

This location is amazing. I ordered one of their vegan flavors and had asked for a waffle cone. The worker was so kind to inform me that their waffle cones had milk in them, and that their sugar cones did not. I then ordered the sugar cone and the ice cream was amazing. I appreciate when workers take extra care. It really does go above and beyond

We stopped by on a last minute decision, during a quick visit to Boulder.Its Ben & Jerrys ice cream, so it tasted exactly as I expected, but the price was not quite what I expected. We paid $13 for these two small cups of ice cream.The service was friendly and fast.But honestly, for the same price as a small cup of ice cream here, Id rather go to the grocery store and pick up a half-gallon of super awesome Blue Bell ice cream.

I ordered a vegan, non dairy ice cream and it was surprisingly great. It was Coffee Caramel Fudge. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed! I promise.

Service was ok except for the fact that I ordered a Strawberry in a dish tonight and someone must have mixed scoops or something cause I got coffee and a chunk of chocolate in with it. Which would be fine if I didnt dislike coffee. A little more attention to detail and this would have been a 5 star review

I mean everyone knows their ice cream is great. But dont think youre doing anyone any favors by buying them a Ben & Jerrys gift card. I have a gift card that I successfully used once, but it still has a balance...so I went again in October and the youthful employees couldnt figure out how to use it. I tried again in February and again the employees couldnt figure out how to complete a gift card transaction. Going to get ice cream and then leaving without ice cream is a sad day.

Ben & Jerrys on the Pearl Street Mall is the perfect place to revisit your inner child. The waffle cones, shakes, banana splits...my God! Ive gained fifteen pounds just talking about this!! The perfect stop off for summer and early fall satisfaction. The staff and is friendly and their customer service is a credit to the popularity of this establishment. Bravo Zulu, guys!

I could smell the sugar before we even walked in - smelled amazing! Nice service behind the counter and they were so helpful in preparing our cones without peanuts. Had a dairy free option with swirls of caramel and almonds that tasted so fantastic, I kept asking if it really was vegan! When you are on the Pearl Street Mall, this is a must stop especially for visitors from outside Boulder. You deserve a treat!

Ben and Jerrys are usually easy to review because the ice cream is universal and yummy. So it usually comes down to the location and service. This one is great because its a perfect respite for kids and families during a day of visiting the Pearl Street Mall. The location is perfect. We happened to go on free cone day, and the staff were amazing. They managed high throughput (there was a long line that was moving fast) while keeping it friendly and personal. This location will be on my go-to list whenever I visit Boulder.

I went to school in Vermont so Ben and Jerrys is sort of the bar by which I measure all Ice cream. This establishment is nice and has a good selection. As others have mentioned it is a bit on the pricey side (unfortunately everything on pearl street is).

Unfortunately the customer service does not match the product... I can deal which subpar quality product but not piss poor customer service!

If you like ice cream then this is a nice place to go. Just had a new flavor, toffee.

Ben & Jerrys of Pearl Street in Boulder has a friendly, welcoming salesman, as well as a great selection of flavors and dishes. However, everything is quite expensive. Its still a good place to go for ice cream if youre on the Pearl Street Mall.

Small shop but it doesnt matter when you can get Ben and Jerrys by the scoop. Certainly is pricey but thats Ben and Jerrys for you. Staff is polite. No free parking nearby and Boulder is kind of a pain to navigate anyway. If you dont want to pay for parking be prepared to park in front of someones house 4 or 5 blocks away in a 3 hour parking area so I hope you didnt plan on hanging around for dinner, dessert, and visiting all the shops.

A small ice cream shop that makes every trip to Boulder a little sweeter. Limited indoor seating, small bathrooms. Friendly staff and a mountain of ice cream flavors make the visit even better! Grab some sweets and cruise Pearl Street Mall, then go back for more!
