My fave place to buy bread, real bread! Lovely sourdough, perfect bite, nice crust. If any leftover...make avocado toast or top that onion soup, awesome

I got the Japanese breakfast. It was all very bland. It came with some plain/empty miso soup, some rice, an egg, some greens, and three bites of fish. There wasn’t very much flavor in any of it. I was very disappointed, especially for the $18 spent.

These are the best pastries Ive had in Colorado yet - buttery, fluffy and flaky.Really fantastic balance of flavors - not overly sweet, just perfect.

Was told my order would take 25-35 minutes but it only took 1 minute, from confirmation email to order ready email. Good thing? No.9$ breakfast sandwich sitting in a warming drawer seemed pre-made and not to order.Did not disclose they were out of sausage. The breakfast sandwich was definitely not worth it; girlfriend found it inedible.I’ve had other good experiences here, but this one left a bad taste in the mouth.

Good vibes, nice staff. You got options to sit outside or inside. A bit too cold inside, a bit too hot outside though in summer. Bring a hoodie. Only one outlet available inside so charge your laptop if you need to do some work.

Best bakery in the Boulder-Denver area. Supply sometimes runs low so go early for the best selection. Everything they do is super tasty. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place!

Stop in for a fresh loaf of bread, stay for a fresh twist on your coffee. The yuzu + tonic + espresso is a bright summer drink that will definitely become a new favorite as the weather warms up. Do yourself a favor and pick up a loaf to go - The focaccia freezes well but is even better fresh on a sturdy sandwich, or just as a snack on its own!

The oat milk matcha is amazing!!! Best matcha in Boulder for sure. Also really impressed with all their house made breads. (Tried the sour dough and the focaccia) The coffee cake with berries is truly a special treat. Also the have delicious ONIGIRI 🍙 I love Japanese food and these babies are hard to find in boulder, so happy Dry Storage has them on the menu! Would love to see more onigiri flavors and more Japanese food on the menu. They are so doing BBQ on the weekends. Definitely worth checking out!

We were looking around for good bread in boulder and were constantly disappointed with all of the top rated bakeries. we actually found this via recommendation from a barista and have been making the special trip out to it ever since searching through the apartment complex and finally trying it for the first time. best bread.

QUALITY! -- I have nothing but good things to say about Dry. Do not sleep on the Iced Espresso drinks! Their bread and pastries are also unmatched. Must order the Yuzu Tonic. They have a commitment to food that is good for people and the environment. If youre a baker or know someone who is their flour is ancient grain and the best in town--makes a great gift :)

Best cinnamon rolls in town! The fresh pressed green juice and covid procedures are great too. They have an outdoor seating area and staff brings you your order.Only complaint is the hours, I wish they opened earlier like 8 am and had cinnamon rolls everyday not just on weekends.

You dont know this yet, but you have not lived until youve tried the nixtamalized masa teacakes. We are also now addicted to the Pullman loaves of bread, which are like Wonder Bread (white, squishy) but actually taste good because they are made from heritage Sonoran wheat.

Food is ok but I will not recommend this place to anyone. It simply got all the wrong vibes to be a decent place to eat: a noisy and messy dining environment, mediocre service, way overpriced food (as expected so I didnt take any star away), and always having only a couple of sad tiny loafs of bread at the counter (me and my friend had been deterred from dining/purchasing there for a couple times because of it). Moreover, skipping elderly people who need a little more time to serve other customers (just me then) is not the way you treat any people. It could have got two and half stars based on food alone (they also gave me the wrong tea, but who cares).

I really want to like dry storage, they have quality food/drink and nice aesthetic. However their prices are completely outrageous.$7 for a 6oz matcha?? Its absurd, even the most expensive coffeeshop on Pearl, Wonder, charges $5 for a 16oz.Same goes for food: $15 for a dinky little sandwich?? Get outa here, Im never returning to be robbed.Go elsewhere, your hard earned money wont be wasted. Wonder is great, as is Trident, the Laughing Goat and Beleza. They know how to properly value their product.

The team is nailing the breads, from simple pullman to focaccia, made from freshly milled heirloom grains. Beautiful, imaginative, dialed in plates, great coffee and pastries. As much a food lab as a cafe. Exactly what youd expect from Chef Whitaker and team. p.s. The crop of heirloom wheat planted in the San Luis Valley (Jones Family) about to be harvested, stand by for more so good.

Wonderful comfort food sandwiches served with housemade pickles such as string beans. Fantastic bread. They grind their own flour. The Pullman bread reminds me of the fine-crumb white bread Japanese use for their sandwiches. The egg salad sando is the best Ive tasted. Brisket and pulled pork (usually Fridays?) are yummy. Iced Matcha with oat milk and raw sugar is refreshing and energizing. I love the smoked trout onigiri and the miso soup. I have ordered the seeded sourdough boules twice; they go well with a nice olive oil. Im sure theres more Ive forgotten to mention!

Nice modern interior, friendly emplyees but Sando(Japanese style sandwitch) is not that good. I went to this place with my Japanese Friend and ordered Egg salad Sando and Meat loaf Sando. But taste was not good and bread was too much toasted. (Japanese sando is very soft.) Next time, I will try to other menu or order just simple bread only.
