Yummy yummy coffee and a view to boot. Also if I lived here, this little shop would be where I would spend a lot of my time either working or reading. Environment was very clean, customer service was helpful, hard working, and friendly. Will be back here when we are back in town!

Dont support this place. They are rude, unprofessional and will charge tips to your account without your consent. The gentleman I spoke to when I went in had such a nasty attitude problem. I guess if youre not white they treat you poorly. The girl I spoke to over the phone Mickey refused to give me the creepy guy who was working the cash register and then started getting emotional, talking over me and crying. What kind of people do they have working here? This cafe will take customers personal info like credit, card names and etc... but refuse to wear a simple name tag or give out their name. Mickey told me Melissa was the Owner but was so argumentive over something that could have been handled in a professional not emotional manner and refused to allow me a way to get in touch with Melissa about my experience. This place is nasty because the employeesare nasty and rude. If you want a good morning with no drama or unexpected charges done without your consent by a money hingry cashier who is rude dont come hereStay clear of this place. Its disgusting. Peace

The Chai latte was delicious as well as the Caramel cappuccino. Need a morning pick me up? This is the place!

First and last time i come here. Got a chai, which was fine but I couldn’t understand the woman calling orders because I couldn’t hear her and after asking her “what” twice, she flipped out and screamed the order at me. I’ll go somewhere else where the customer service is better.

I love everything about this place, it’s quaint and tasty and the service is very fast. I really wanted to tell them I liked the pride flags they hung in their window but I was too scared to in front of my dad so I’m telling them now. Flatiron employees if you’re reading I love you

This my first time here, I was not impressed. I ordered a mocha latte hot, it was the most bitter (worst) coffee drink I have ever had. It was so bitter I had to add sugar and it still didnt take the bitter out. I also purchased a muffin. I asked to have it heated, it was ice cold.

The craft coffee here; delicious. And I have a high bar for mochas.The service here; excellent. These people are just so kind.The WiFi; great for a workday.The atmosphere; totally pleasant, love the books available for reading, the view of the flatirons is gorgeous, and everyone was so nice.I’m also vegan and they were more than accommodating, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Made me feel right at home right away! I got the oatmeal bread which was recommended by the staff and a mocha! The Mocha was very tasty I got it with oat milk! The bread had some nice frosting with coconut flakes in it and tasted very yummy! Very glad I came here! Parking is a little tight so it’s good to plan accordingly!

Stopped by here for a cup, and I loved every bit of it!! The staff knows everything by heart, and they’ll gladly explain the different coffees to you. The atmosphere was cozy and scholarly. Lots of different milk options if you’re vegan!!

Barista was unbelievably rude when ordering, then I watched her be straight up mean to another customer. The drinks we ordered were not good and there was a thick layer of dust on everything above eye level. Will not be going back.

Got their Snow Cap w/ espresso and it was delicious! Their banana nut bread also was even better than I thought! It felt hard at first but after that first bite, it turned to who whole thing quickly. Will come here whenever Im in Boulder for coffee!

Ive been coming to this coffee shop for nearly a decade. I dont live in Boulder anymore, but any time Im back in town I find my way here. Great selection of beans, rock solid espresso drinks, and always a super friendly and helpful staff.

Delicious, affordable drinks made by funny and sweet baristas! I especially like the chais and the cherry cordial lattes! Im glad I stopped in here on my visit to Boulder. Ill be recommending this place to friends who live here and who are going to visit. Thanks for the delicious drinks! Yum!

$12 for a small chai and a boulder cookie? Wow.Also pretty rough customer service. The only help they were was yelling at us from across the shop that our chai was at the end of the counter.Also no enforcement of mask policy outside of front counter. Left immediately.

Come for the honey pot latte. Great friendly staff and I havent had a bad drink. But seriously the honey pot, hot or iced.

I recommend the honey pot latte on ice, the honey was soothing with the right amount of sweetness. Love the books on the shelves you can bring one in to trade in.

My girlfriend got an iced breve and I got an iced vanilla latte w oat milk. Super smooth and nice espresso with lots of chocolate and caramel notes. Also had a breakfast sandwich that was outstanding. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Might have to grab some whole bean for back home! Also love the social distancing measures they are taking.

Man, what can I say? Ive been coming to this place since before it was Flatiron Coffee. Ive been drinking Ice Caps for the better part of 25 years 🤣. Wonderful staff, super sweet and always go out of their way to make you feel special. Love, love, love Flatiron Coffee.

Their coffee is really good, however, I got a matcha latte and it was awful... Wouldnt recommend getting that here.

A nice place! They helped me in out in a last minute box-of-coffee situation. Ive also gone and sat a bit thanks to their relatively late hours and that was lovely (exactly the pick me up I needed). Everyone Ive spoken with has been very nice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady taking orders had a rude, arrogant attitude and still GOT MY ORDER WRONG!! I repeated my cup size to her twice because I knew she didn’t hear me and she rudely repeated her question with an attitude even though we had answered her twice. The coffee was decent but dealing with a bad attitude is not worth it!! I have never left a bad review in my life, but felt I didn’t have a choice with this one.

The frozen coffee is delish. The customer service is average.

I have been going to this shop for years and years. The staff are always friendly and they can definitely help you select the best beans for your taste. Ardi, if you ask me.Their specialty cold drink is the Ice Cap. Its whole milk and vanilla sweetened cold brew frozen and slushy. Its not too sweet, but I like it with a shot of espresso to melt it a bit and make it stronger. If youre interested in a hot drink, try the honey pot latte. The nitro cold-brew is a real hit of caffeine, if you need that. Alternate milk options are oat, soy, and almond.They have tons of breakfast pastries, burritos, and other normal coffee shop fair.Stop by, youll be happy you did!

Best coffee and service in Boulder! They also make a mean chai latte. The seasonal menus are really fun to try unexpected combinations. I love their GF/Vegan donuts too! Thanks for everything that you do to keep us caffeinated during the pandemic. I always feel really safe sending my hubby here to get us drinks and pastries :)

Drink had no flavor (was like drinking warm milk) and women working had worst customer service. Said she couldnt it back (understand that part due to Covid) but wouldnt offer to give more syrup, in a separate cup or re-make the drink.

They know coffee. Always friendly, welcoming, and know their stuff. Been coming here for years. They have a wide variety and ever changing unique creations of drinks. They also have the rock-solid standard drinks and do all of them justice.

Do NOT get their Chai tea latte. I have no clue what that was but wasnt drinkable at all.

I have to say that the coffee at this place is so great. It is so smooth and fresh. The place itself is nice and the staff is friendly. There are a couple things they could do to make it better like have more outlets to plug in and a place or hook on the table to hang a backpack on.

The worst customer service experience ever. I will never come here again. The barista glared at me when I gave her my order, and responded by saying “I suppose I can make that for you” in a very mean tone. I was in shock. You suppose you can...what...do your job? I should have just left but I was in shock. Go here if you want the experience of feeling bullied in high school all over again.

I feel really connected to this place. The staff is great, the coffee amazing. Ive made it a point to try every coffee shop I come across and this place is one I make a point to always come back to.

Delicious coffee in a relaxed, unassuming setting (with amazing views of the Flatirons). It has plenty of seating and is never too loud, so it’s a great place to work or study.

Staff is friendly but coffee tastes burnt and blueberry breakfast slice tastes old and like the fridge. And it’s expensive- a coffee and sweet treat for $7 (not including tip). Also note that they automatically select the highest tip price when they turn the screen for you to sign

One of the best coffee shops in Boulder. They have, hands down, the friendliest baristas and top notch coffee.To make it even more enticing, they now carry food from Vert which makes me hungry just thinking about it.Also: excellent trivia on their board that makes me feel fairly stupid. Its nice when a coffee shop can put you in your intellectual place.

Was on vacation and found this was the perfect place to start my day. Super friendly service, great coffee. Stopped in during the afternoon with my son for coffee and a game of chess and coffee. (They have some games available) Great place to avoid the crazy world and get refreshed.

The staff was very friendly. The two girls working the counter really loved the guys at the counter. They spent probably 10 minutes giggling, talking and telling stories. We finally just left and went down the street to Starbucks. I have no idea how the coffee tasted but if you are a guy....you get great service.

Love their flower pot lattes and Rowdy Mermaid kombucha on tap! Great place to get stuff done and super supportive of small businesses! Love that you can put up a poster and put cards out and feel like part of a community with all the other opportunities and events on the board :)

Good coffee and quiet place to study

I love this place. Their coffee is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Soy is free here for drip coffee. They have a community board - which seems to be a lost offering at shops now. Also, as someone that never has coffee without cream: their black iced coffee is the phenomenal exception to the rule.

This is the definition of a great, local coffeehouse! My favorite place to stop every time Im in Boulder. Personal favorites are the Ice Cap on a hot day and the Honey Pot Latte on a cold day! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

The last couple times I have been here the music has been very loud and not coffee shop-esque at all. Usually I work at coffee shops, but I cannot work here because its so loud and its like some rock funk junk type music. Bring some really good headphones if you plan to stay for longer than a coffee. Coffee is great though! Ladies are awesome too! music just needs some help...

Great coffee spot in Boulder, I definitely recommend. The roasts are pretty standard, I think the quality was very good for their large batch coffee. I got the bolder roast and some friends got the medium. Everyone liked it. Next time I am back I will try the coffee on nitro. The atmosphere is quite nice, quaint and local.

Convenient location, fun staff, nice ambiance, decent prices. Pastries could be a little cheaper, but theyre quite tasty. I feel like this shop has a particularly good notice board - I see new postings very frequently, although its still mostly the usual Boulder trustafarian bull. Chill spot to work, I come here before/after nearby appointments.
