The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Of course they have great products that are highly rated! Other than that its a great concept to let people touch and feel most items before they buy. There are lots of demo/display units!

Customer service is top notch here! Its nice to see Amazon products physically.

I recently had to make 2 very very complicated returns. David had the patience of a saint and truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. He walked me through the process while I was on my cellphone on the Amazon app at home and my wife was on her cellphone in the store with the items that needed to be returned. I’m so glad that he was working that day. He knew exactly what to do when the agents at Amazon were not quite sure what needed to be done. He is a fabulous and knowledgeable employee! Thanks David!

It’s pretty interesting store. Not much of any one thing, but a good solid selection, and some fun gift ideas. They don’t have the cheap electronics you order online on Amazon, but rather the somewhat higher rated name brand items. These are probably better choices for gift shopping, anyway. Has very helpful and knowledgeable salespeople, and a public restroom.

Purchased an Amazon echo for our business and one of the store associates offered to come upstairs and help us install it on his break! We took him up on the offer and could not be more thankful!! (Unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name)

I enjoy coming in here. Staff is very friendly and they have all been very knowledgeable when I had a specific questions on there merchandise. Very nice to go in and see whats new.

Product organization and placement with in the store is terrible. The items could be better organized and labelled appropriately if it has to work as a walk-in store.

They raised the prices of all of their products and the prime discounts brought the price to a dollar or two under retail.
