We have found a winner! This is hands down one of the best shops Ive been to since coming to Colorado!They offer a honey based mead flight for $12 that is unbelievable! I ended up buying 4 different kinds to take home for the family as they were delicious and there is a 15% discount when you order 4 or more.The associates here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Ok very neat experience. I adore mead, but tasting all these different flavors was exceptional. I highly recommend trying the different honey flavors but also doing the mead tasting! Fun to do with friends. The blueberry mead was my favorite

The employees here were very knowledgeable and shared many interesting tidbits about the honey while we were sampling. My favorite part was the meadery and sampling the flight of mead. All the samples were delicious, and it was fun to go back and forth between them. We came home with a small jar of honey and a bottle of mead and are very happy with our purchases. A little pricey, but worth it!

Worth or visit (or three if you are us). fresh honey, they have many types and you can sample them all. They also have other products that are made from honey you can buy. They also have a cafe for coffee and a mead bar. We has a cup of coffee sweated with some of the delicious honey and we got a flight of the tasty meads. They have a great selection of meads available for all tastes.

I love the Savannah Bee Company. I mean, they have ALL things bees. You cant find a wider variety of honey around town, you just cant. Not only do they have honey, they have many many high quality bee products. I mean the creams, lotions, balms, and any other BEEauty care products. Dare I forget to mention the small built-in cafe where you can purchase a beverage or snack of your choice while browsing the multitude of items this place has to offer They also have lots of bee related merchandise that is sure to make you look cool and swaggy while spreading a positive message. I mean, the best part about this place is the bee-positive attitude this place sports. Ive said it once and Ill say it again. Save the bees!

I had a flight some of them were flavorful, but most were not to my liking. They had a variety of lotions and honey.

I absolutely love this store! I stumbled upon it with my friends and have frequently returned since! Their honey is absolutely delicious (I always get the black sage honey) and its always fun to look at the various ways in which they include their honey in body lotions and other products! If youre ever in the area, I would highly recommended stopping by!

This is a great local shop. In the front they have everything honey based. And in the back they have mead. The honey experts in the front are on point and know what they are talking about. The person in back pouring mead, knows nothing about the product beyond what it says on the paper they give you. That was a great disappointment. Beyond that the mead was great. The flavors where fresh crisp and some I have not come across yet until I have come here. They don’t make the mead here as they re-sell other meaderies mead. I wish they had bottles of mead but the only option are growlers that surprisingly can go under the plane and not leak all over your suitcase. Definitely recommend this as a stop when you walk the Main Street shops.

Beautiful place- a must see! Don’t try the honey though, unless you scout the employees first. We went there twice and on the second time the employee kept eating the honey over and over and over again without wearing any gloves. It looked like she was using different sample spoons, which was good, but you can only assume that saliva got on her hands often and was then serving the customers.

Best costumer service around! The staff was so helpful and they truly went above and beyond to help me put together a beautiful gift basket. The products are amazing, the hand soap left my hands feeling soft and moisturized, yet clean, I cant wait to use the hand lotion I got as well. The honey is the most delicious honey Ive ever tasted and my son LOVED being able to pour the honey from the tap into the bottle we purchased. I was so impressed by the products that I was able to sample that I had to buy several stuff for my family as well. Such a fun, lovely place! I will definitely be stopping by everytime we visit Boulder!

I am in love with this store and will take everyone here every time I have a guest with me. High quality everything. Nothing falls short at all. The atmosphere is so pretty. The people working are so kind. Taste testing the honey is a treat. You are bound to take some home.Whats also fun is getting a flight of the honey mead and trying them out. I was skeptical because the only honey wine I had was beyond awful. But this honey mead was sooo good. Plus the woman helping us was very kind to our group and we really felt welcomed in there store.Im very frugal but I cant resist spending here. They deserve it. Ill be back!Highly recommend 🧡

Honestly you just can’t go wrong here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming (they don’t even judge when you get hella samples). The honey is by far the best I’ve ever had and I love how can can try everything out before purchasing it. The cafe is even better! I highly recommend the steamer with cinnamon or chocolate whipped honey, it’s the best cold weather drink I’ve ever had!!!

This is such a cute place on the Pearl Street Mall! We were visiting for the first time and while walking around Pearl street, we walked into this place for a coffee.We were amazed with everything they have. There’s a little coffee shop in the back, a bar that serves drinks, a honey station where you can taste all the options they have before purchasing, body lotion, books, meade, and so many more things!It was so unique and we were thrilled to be supporting a local bee company. Great service and I’d definitely recommend anyone stop by!

Absolutely love Savannah Bee Co! Such unique gifts and love supporting bees. My favorite products are the Bee Salve and Bee Body Balm. After living in CO for years now, morning moisturizes my skin like the bee salve in the winter. My husband and I “fight over it” and the lavender rosemary scent is delicious! I love applying just before bed and it helps me relax and sleep better. I can’t recommend this store and salve more! Enjoy!

All around great store, great products, and GREAT employees! But honestly I cannot recommend the mead tasting enough. All the meads were super tasty and the flight was a great value at $12 for 6 tastings. Pray to the gods of mead that Lauren is your server because she is the best! So knowledgeable about the meads, incredibly funny, and full of mead and bee related puns and stories! She was so sweet and even went the extra mile to get great photos of us (she stood on a bench to get that good angle).

Staff was actively ignoring me trying to purchase items. Oh well, they missed out on some revenue ☺️

Went to check it out and was not disappointed! I got to sample a few so i knew exactly what Id be buying. The size options were great. I loved that the staff could ask a few questions about my preference for tea and purpose of use and help me find exactly the kind of honey for that! They even offer beeswax products and MEADE.

Great store, happy employees and great products! Stopped in the store on vacation and now I’m addicted. The employees were super helpful explaining products and providing samples. Their hand creams and lotions are wonderful. My skins was soft and moisturized while in the dry Colorado air. We also purchased the lemon and cinnamon honey which is amazing on toast! Stop in to this store if you are visiting, it’s worth it!

On a busy street of pub and grub, get your relaxation and chill fix here - incredible selection of honey-infused products with lovely and informative staff. Even during Covid they allow safe tastings of their honey and lotions, and the mead flight is not to be missed!! Perfect place to get holiday gifts or souvenirs for back home. The Grateful Head and John Lemon meads were fantastic, and the hand lotion was MAGICAL.

Love this store. My wife especially loves this store and the product was way beyond her expectations. Despite Covid limitations, the staff is very nice and helpful. The store is nice and it’s great in every way. We wish it was near where we live. But that’s why you order online, lol

I stop here every time I am on pearl. Its an experience simply coming in getting to try the delicious variety of honey and soothing lotions and soaps that smell equally as delicious as the whipped honey and honey lattes they make fresh in the back. The mead tasting is such a treat and makes you feel like a wine connoisseur for a few minutes, and the mead is made from their amazing honey and everyone is a treat, A Georgia company we are very lucky to have on pearl, makes for great gifts and I love keeping the original whipped honey on hand in my kitchen.

This place is so cute! Their products are really great and their honey is super tasty. It is a bit pricey but everything is made with honey (obviously) and is natural. Even if you dont buy anything, I recommend dropping by for the tastings and just looking around!

Wonderful place with a potential for some really great vibes but the employees kind of ruin the experience. I love the decor and the honey products are really great. However, I felt a bit unwelcome there. One girl in particular, had this bored, pretentious, unhelpful attitude and it felt uncomfortable to the point that I wanted to get out of there quickly (it was 30 minutes to close but still). We still came back next day and spent $70 worth of product there. Still the same girl was there, with a downer attitude. I really think the management needs to adjust the employees attitudes a bit, especially considering that this is somewhat luxurious shop at which people spend a lot of money for the stuff they can really live without.

A wonderful experience all around. First of all, its a beautiful and open space thats just nice to be in. They have free samples of their honeys and beauty products and tons of fun bee-related gifts. We did the mead tasting which was really fun and tasty. I would definitely come back if I lived in Boulder to get full-size Meads + try their honey lattes. Even if youre not in the market for honey, its definitely worth stopping in!

A place that only sells -- honey. A novel concept and one that intrigued me. So I stopped in and was quite amazed at the variety of honey they had for sale. Of course I had to sample all of the brands they had to offer, (you do have to be well informed before making a decision) and finally settled on their Black Sage Honey. It is the perfect topping for hot or cold cereal, sweeten your coffee or tea, or just put it on some bread with butter. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the various brands if honey they had to offer, and I had a lot of questions which he answered, and helped me make a decision on what type to buy.If you are looking for a healthy alternative to sugar or artificial sweeteners, the Savannah Bee Company on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder is a place you definitely want to check out.

I was excited to check out this shop and happened to need some beeswax. When I walked in, the people were very nice and happy to help. I asked if they had any beeswax but they said no. I was hoping to find some local beeswax and so I asked if they knew anywhere I could find some and they said I should check Amazon. It seems as though this company is not very tuned into local goings-on in the bee world. Hope they will get more involved in this community.

Amazing honey and AMAZING MEAD! go check this place out, Ive walked by it before and had no interest. But once I found out they had mead tasting (do gotta pay for them) i was in! Bought a few jugs and was beyond pleased with my selections. Try the honeys also! Go now!

We did a mead tasting here, which was affordable and very interesting. Our bartender, Drew, was really knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience and we even bought some mead.

My friend and I were enjoying Pearl St and all it’s charm with the intention of stopping at the Savannah Bee Company, as we have heard good things. We arrived at 7:40pm with the closing time clearly listed at 8:00pm. All the lights were on, and an employee was visible, cleaning the floors, but the doors were locked. Checked the hours again, and it was 8:00. As my friend and I were walking away, we made direct eye contact with the employee and no effort was made to accommodate our potential business. VERY disappointed. If you want to make sure you can get into the store, I’d recommend going a good 2 hours before it closes.

A new store with that new store feel. Definitely a lot of potential and worth watching. Excited about the Mead bar
