Great place with great people! I’m not even a member here and they went out of their way to get my favorite strain in stock. Each time I have come here I leave with great flower and in a great mood from talking to the bud tenders. From the knowledgeable and kind people to the really nice product this has gotta be the best dispo in Boulder.

Although I dont write reviews very often, I feel compelled to write one about this one place (Boulder Wellness Center), and this one person in particular (Tory), who really deserves a special shout out for being an incredibly intelligent, intuitive, and conscientious budtender.The first time I walked into Boulder Wellness Center, Tory immediately helped me feel empowered, comfortable, and informed about the products I was selecting and purchasing.For me, going to a dispensary is an experience. I want to feel listened to by the budtender, and lovingly stretched a tad out of my comfort zone when choosing different products. Tory, at the Boulder Wellness Center, does this easily and happily.

Amazing dispensary. Both Med and Rec. The concentrates menu is fire with an huge variety to pick from at amazing prices. The member price is incredible with a loyalty point system.Friendly staff to help with questions and suggestions. Go check them out.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The girl with the green hair was so rude and unprofessional I asked for another bud tender and got even worse customer service. These bud tenders lack knowledge, compassion and are highly unprofessional. I am a medical patient and will go somewhere else in the future.

Boulder Wellness Center is such an amazing place. Product selection is top-notch and the staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Jeff the manager always goes out of his way to help every time I or my caregiver comes in. We have been going in for the last 2 years to purchase Creature Comfort by Sweet Mary Jane (Organic MCT oil infused with CBD & THC-A), which I take daily. I was diagnosed with cancer over two years ago now, and doctors told me my life was measured in months, but here I am still going strong! I think its in no small part to the Creature Comfort, and the just general love and kindness that Boulder Wellness is dishing out. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Boulder wellness for over four years now, been a member for as long as well. I’ve tried many dispensaries in Boulder and in Denver as well. I go to Boulder wellness because it is consistently an excellent experience. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. The selection is top notch and they are always looking for customer references and ideas on new items to order. I’ve been coming here so long that it feels like a second home to me, the employees are like my siblings or family. Like I said before the selection is fantastic, the medical side is top notch and the rec side is excellent as well. If you ever have an outside request for an item, Jeff will definitely take care of you. I have ordered a few specific items and Jeff always calls when they come in. Try this place, you will not be disappointed. It is definitely the best dispensary in Boulder

I am very impressed and pleased with this dispensary. I had just gotten my MED card and was testing out different dispensaries. I have a lot of nerve/muscle pain from an autoimmune disease and am very sensitive to marijuana so I am very picky when it comes to choosing what to consume. Many a time have I gone to a dispensary, asked the bud-tender what I should get based on my needs, and have been let down. However, when I went to Boulder Wellness Center they offered me a trial membership to see if I would be interested in signing over my plant count to them. I went later at night and Miles was my bud-tender. I asked him a lot of questions about different strains and their properties and effects for about 45 minutes. Miles showed no sign of annoyance even though it was about closing time and was pleased to offer me help every step of the way. Everything he said the marijuana would do, it did and I was so pleased with my interaction there that I didnt even need to use my other 2 trial visits. I decided to sign my plants over as I was so impressed from that interaction of amazing customer service. Every time I go to BWC I am met with top quality customer service no matter how many questions I ask. Even when I dont visit for a few weeks they still remember me and are very friendly! The prices are great and I can tell they pride themselves in quality. The concentrates are very clean, and the flower is very good even at the so called lower shelf prices of signature and choice. BWC is also very clean inside and has a very nice warm and welcoming presence about it. I would definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone! They have a good selection of edibles, concentrates, flower, and topical. All the bud-tenders are very knowledgeable, and even during this COVID pandemic they are taking high precautions for social distancing which is very important to me as my immune system is very weak.

5/18/2021 Walked in without a mask and was treated rudely. I wont go back.

After being a medical patient and member at this establishment for two years I have felt personally victimized by a manager named Jeff. Even though there are more scenarios I would like to talk about, there are three situations I want to pinpoint. First boulder wellness has something called a “bargain bin”, where they provide certain strains and product where you can get better deals per say. I would watch other customers pick something out of that bin no problem, however when I looked in this bin, this manger would hover over me and wait till I picked something. After I would pick a certain product out of this bin he then would look at whatever I was looking at and say “you know what this is too nice for the bargain bin, I can’t sell this to you”. The second occasion was that I bought a large amount of flower and I noticed that one of the buds had a white fluffy sack on it. (Keep in mind I would never try and scam a dispensary for new product. This bud looked different to me and I was worried that it could possibly be mold.) I called boulder wellness back and they told me to isolate the nug and bring it back to the store so they could look at it. When I brought it to the store the manager laughed in my face, and repeated to say “it’s just the phenotype bro, this is nothing like mold” instead of being professional he began to flaunt the bud around the store and even made employees laugh at me and customers too. I had never been more embarrassed in an establishment. The third situation was during all of the covid-19 restrictions. They had a 6 foot marking by the counter. I found this to be weird because a customer was standing right up to the counter looking at flower, smelling it, opening it up and etc. I stepped over the tape and the manager told me to stand back and I couldn’t even look at anything. I then asked Jeff what about this customer who has crossed the type and he didn’t even respond to me so I walked out. This employee stated that he was a full owner of boulder wellness so I couldn’t talk to anyone else about my problem. Having said that I know that there are multiple co-owners of this store but how do you get your message across to someone who stated that they are a full owner? I regret signing my plants over to you guys. I also will never recommend your shop to anyone. I’m still waiting for an email or a call from someone of higher status, but let’s be real that’s never going to happen.

Boulder Wellness Center is awesome.Their staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They always have the most up to date edibles, and their concentrate is some of the best around.Their medical members program definitely saves me a sizable chunk of change every month.All in all, a fantastic place to shop.

I’ve been visiting my best friend in Colorado since 2016 and this was the first dispensary I’ve visited! 3 years later and still coming here every time I visit, they have a great variety on med and Rec side. the employees/ budtenders are all super sweet and genuinely helpful as well! Today Sarah helped me get all my needs, edibles bud and some awesome cannabis salve. She was super suggestive and helpful ! Highly recommend!

This dispensary is pretty cool! Nice atmosphere, nice placement London was my budtemder. He was super awesome, I would definitely recommend talking to him if possible. He Was knowledgeable, very friendly, didnt interrupt, listened to my question and then answered it! One thing about this place however, the price is a little high if your not a member! I dont think I would purchase anything from if I wasnt a member or considering becoming one. Your first three visits you get member pricing, so they give you a chance! Also, apparently everything is organic! Check them out, definitely worth it!

These people have taken great care of me. Not sure where the other reviewer has been, but these are some of the cheaper buds Ive bought, and some of the better. Theyre always super friendly, always have great stock, the concentrates are usually plentiful, as are the edibles. Growing process is amazing here. Every bud has been treated with TLC and it shows through very much so. I drive over 2 hours from the mountains so I can get this great bud. Stuff growers do out here is too expensive and not as high quality. Plus its usually from Boulder anyways.Great all-around. Try and prove me wrong.

Boulder Wellness was the first dispensary I went to and I found their flower to be high quality also in terms of organic purity. I then tried a few other dispensaries expecting similar quality, but was surprised at the great difference in quality, flavour and purity. What I got was headaches from less than organic methods. Staff have also been the most educated, friendly and the store is beautiful. BWC is the best in Boulder if you want to improve your health and have the tastiest too!

I used to love to come to this dispensary so much that I signed up for the medical membership almost 3 years in a row the third year being 2018 but ever since Jeff took over for bailey I have seen nothing but a decline in the overall care from the budtenders and a hike in prices. This place used to be the place you would come if you really needed help with getting your information on anything and its sad to say thats not the case now which if you met the owners nick and Allison you would be shocked they are really good people and actually care about their product thats why the flower is superb but everything else is not

Excellent staff! My friends were purchasing edibles and flower, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with a great selection. I cant consume THC due to drug testing for my employment, so I was asking about pure CBD with 0% THC. Ive asked for this at half a dozen dispensaries, and the wonderful Jeff was the first person EVER to advise me that anything from a dispensary will have some THC, but pointed out I could find what I was looking for at any natural grocers. Made my life so much easier! I can ease my anxiety without losing my job, and my friends have a great product for their weekend!

I have a history with the Boulder Wellness Center, so when I came back to visit Boulder I was excited to buy some cannabis from there. BWC was one of 11 dispensaries that I visited while in Boulder, and all but one blew them out of the water. Compared to the other stores I went to, BWC had less selection and higher prices, the budtenders were less friendly, the quality was so-so, and they had no deals despite it being Christmas Eve. I love the idea behind the Boulder Wellness Center, but I dont think Ill visit again.

Nice dispensary and nice people working here, only real complaint would be prices of Olio and Greendot brand concentrates/cartridges are $10-15 more than other places in Boulder

After being a loyal customer here for over five years (referring dozens of customers and spending $1000/month), I can no longer recommend Boulder Wellness Center to anyone. The owners and staff are rude and greedy and see their customers as walking wallets rather than as human beings.In the time I have been a customer of BWC, they have eliminated each and every discount and coupon program while steadily increasing their prices to some of the highest in the area and replacing the previously-excellent bud with much lower quality product (they laid off their growers and did not disclose this, the employee who eventually told me asked to keep it a secret as they were withholding this information from customers/medical patients).One of their more reprehensible practices is identifying best-selling strains on the medical side and moving them over to their recreational menu in order to price gouge casual stoners, leaving medical patients with the less effective products unless theyre willing to fork over rec prices.The last straw was when a manager (Gil) lied to my face, and another manager (Jeff) threatened me with the police when he overheard me complain about it (and frankly, theres no excuse for that; Boulder is woke enough place for people to know better than calling the cops on a black person over a customer service issue).The customer service is the worst Ive ever seen, the prices are sky-high, and the bud is subpar. Do yourself a favor and find a dispensary that will, at the very least, treat you with dignity and respect as a customer.

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the products are top of the line, especially the flower which is what I usually look for at dispensaries. This place is awesome, I landed at Denver airport and passed tons of wellness centers but this was my first stop, and will always be when I come into Colorado. A lot of places in Denver are commercialized but Boulder Wellness has nothing but top shelf flower and other medicinal products.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the area. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Ive had a few budtenders that were incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me to help me decide what to get for my personal needs. For example, this week when I stopped by, London helped me decide on a new strain which is incredible and he was just super cool and chatted with me while prepping my order. They also have my most favorite strain ever, Strawberry Cookies which is exclusive at this shop. I also love the B-Well Kush strain they have. Every time Im in the Boulder area I stop here and stock up!

He was so patient and helpful on the phone that I knew this would be the place where I would feel comfortable to make my purchase. Boulder Wellness Center is the best bud in Boulder if not Colorado hands down. I have shopped here since 2013 and they have treated me like family ever since. The place is unlike any dispo in town. The vibe is always positive and I would never take my business anywhere else. There are so many options of bud and new drops that I tend to go to BWC almost every day. Jeff, the manager is the nicest guy I’ve had the pleasure to do business with and his team is made up of the best the industry has to offer. If I could name drop every bud tender in their schedule I would, but I’ll just say that they are all amazing people. The grow manager Nicole produces the highest quality, in house product that is top notch. The service for customers at BWC really goes above and beyond. Don’t waste your time at places that don’t care about your business, go to BWC and get the treatment you deserve as a recreational customer or a medical patient.

This dispensary is really great. They have an incredible selection of live resin, which is all I buy. They always have a great selection of viola, craft, incredibles, olio and others. The only complaint I have is that they are not open until ten, and that they do not have the same hours every day of the week. Boulder changed the laws a few months ago so that dispensaries could stay open until ten, but still no change in the hours at Boulder Wellness. Hire more people and stay open later, it is good business. Still 5 stars because they have great customer service, and they have great hash, they just need to get some other details on point.

After moving to Colorado I quickly realized that boulder wellness was on another level of professionalism. I live an hr north and I drive pass many dispos on my way to Boulder wellness. The service is amazing. The vibe is iniviting. So important. The staff is top notch. The manager. I don’t know his name but he had red hair an a red beard. If every dispensary in Colorado had a manager like him the world would be a better place. He truly understands customer care. Thanks again for another great day with this amazing plant. This is a wonderful medical or recreational dispensary that always brings the heat be it top notch genetics to some of the best concentrates Sauces to die for, live resin that tastes like candy and shatter so clean its a pleasure. With some of the friendliest staff around, this is just a pleased customer, thats very picky about what I smoke, with and they always deliver! As far as the reviews posted below about getting seeds in their what I read it sounded like what you bought was the discount bud, anytime I’ve ever bought anything that was discounted for whatever reason, and they have ALWAYS TOLD ME WHY THE BUD WAS DISCOUNTED IF THE BUD WAS HERMAPHRODITIC, thus the reason it was discounted I’d suspect...... My thanks goes out to Miles and London, those two are rocking!!! They know your products and they know how to sell them, the key to a wonderful medical dispensary lies within the staff that help and guide you, so I hope many read this especially all bud tenders should heed this advice, love your job, if someone asks about the strains the staff must be able to answer properly to help guide your patients!!!! This is a very well run, high quality dispensary. They have a nice array of flower strains, which they take great pride in. It’s all homegrown without pesticide. Ingredients are labeled on each order you receive. On top of this, their customer service is top tier, as well.I typically don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to because the customer service was excellent. I had originally made a purchase the previous day, but after some thought, decided against it. That being said, I knew my chances were slim of receiving a refund. I phoned the dispensary and spoke directly with the person who runs the facility. I believe his name is Jeff! Don’t be insulted, I’m terrible with names. He explained how the process works and if a product leaves the stores, their hands are tied. Simply put, they can’t risk someone tampering with a product at the ill expense of another patient. As a compromise, he quickly offered a 25% discount on my next purchase. I was impressed to say the least. Most owners are so wrapped up in revenue sales, they often don’t take the time to actually care for their customers. I returned to the store that day and the discount was honored.Look, I’m not saying this was an earth shattering experience. But, this was a nice change of pace from other dispensaries who simply could care less. Boulder W. is a small, family owned operations that care about their patients. Look, We have all been there before; a dispensary fails us in so many different ways while the management is apathetic towards any type of issues we may have with our experience.I don’t often recommend dispensaries, and there are only a select few I believe are of very high quality. This dispensary checks off all the boxes that I feel a reasonable and healthy customer would want. Excellent home grown flower. Top quality, natural ingredient edibles, specifically tinctures. And very good management. This isn’t to say this dispensary is perfect. Their selection of flowers may no be attractive to everyone. That happens everywhere. What I can tell you, is, they have very special strains ranging from Sativa, hybrids, to Indicas.Their stock is more than adequate, and filled with excellent flower, ranging from CBD based Strawberry Cookies to their Signature White widow. Their prices are competitive ( especially for all natural flower), while other dispensaries justify their spike in prices due to their grow process. This is not the case here.Please understand. I have no affiliation or relation to anyone here. I don’t believe theyre perfect by any means. But their product and strong quality of ingredients, coupled with excellent management, makes this one of the premier dispensaries in Boulder. Other reviews will clearly support this, as well. I hope you take stock of this review and decide to give this place a chance. I don’t have any vested interest in seeing them succeed. I simply know an excellent company when I see one, and observed the spirit of the people, and how dedicated they are to their craft and the people they serve.
