Very rude, ridiculous prices. Not worth your time.

The employees of this liquor store are some of the rudest Ive encountered and so therefore I take my business down the street to baseline liquors!

The employee working today attempted to handle my ID with extremely dirty gloves I offered to hold it up for him to see both sides, and said the reason I didnt want him to touch it was because of his disgusting gloves. He didnt offer to change them or clean his hands before handling my ID, so I decided to leave. On the way out he insulted me by laughing and saying it was a fake. Im 29 years old, and appalled by the lack of concern for the publics safety.

Would not accept my trans friends money. Everyone here barely understands english. Ive never had a good experience at this liquor store, and i will not be returning after learning that theyre transphobic. Its 2020 in BOULDER.

Found out this place has my favorite bottle for 50 cents less than Hazels.

Its a LIQUOR STORE. PRETTY much the same thing as other liquor stores ... Prices are not bad...

Rafael stocks some of the most interesting beers in the country. He‘s very knowledgeable about breweries and even let us sample an awesome Islandic beer.Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

Owner was not wearing a mask when I walked in. He made me take my mask down for ID - I’m 59. Avoid this place to stay healthy!

Great service and selection

Worst liquor store in Boulder. Doesn’t even deserted 1 star. The guy behind the counter was beyond rude. I accidentally dropped a bottle of wine and offered to pay. He never said don’t worry about it. I should have walked out and not purchased my other items. He didn’t even give us a discount on the dropped bottle. Absolutely no customer service. Many other liquor stores in Boulder to shop at versus this one.

Best Champagne selection of any small liquor store in Boulder. Was even better than some of the bigger shops. Great selection of beer also.

The guy at the cashier which I think is the owner was very rude and started cursing at me because I tried to pay we my sister’s card. I understand the reason of not letting me use the card, but the man started having attitude I told him that he needed to approach it in a different way he reacted rudely and started cursing at me. I will never come back to this place. They don’t deserve our money. Costumer service is before than any situation.

If I could give a rating of 0 for customer service, I certainly would. The check-out guy had a snarly look on his face and was downright rude!!
