Excellent customer service. I took my college daughter there to find a soft queen size bed and was in and out in 30 minutes. The sales associate quickly directed us to beds in our price range and was very knowledgeable about each product. Mattresses are a big investment so you want to be very certain of your choice, when we left we were confident with our decision. Also free delivery which is important for us as we don’t have a vehicle that size to transport.

The lady, Janet, who worked with us at the store was very very helpful. She gave us the opportunity to try out several different kinds of mattresses and did not make us feel the least bit rushed. Unfortunately we needed the mattress quickly and they were not able to deliver for us but did recommend the service called Lugg. I only wish they had also told us that since the mattress came in a box there would’ve been no need for us to spend that extra money as it would have easily fit in the trunk of our Subaru.

They were not high pressure or overwhelming at all, but answered my questions, shared their opinions, and were very patient. If you’re looking for a mattress and want to be able to test a wide variety without being overwhelmed by choices or pushy sales people, this is the place. The staff is helpful and patient, offering advice when asked but not pressuring you into a decision. We purchased our mattress here when we moved to Boulder a year ago and they arranged fast delivery for no extra charge so we could get it before we had to leave town again. Came back during the Labor Day dale to buy a mattress for our guest bedroom and had another great experience - we were able to find the right mattress at a great price, set up free delivery and pay in under 30 minutes. As long as we live in CO I don’t think we’ll buy a mattress anywhere else.

We bought our mattress 8 years ago. I was very worried that the mattress would sag where we were sleeping, but I was assured that they would replace it for 1 year if there were any problems! Within a year we observed sagging... so I called them. They asked if you could visual see any indentation, and I replied that you couldnt, but if you lay a bowling ball on the bed it would roll into the place where it is sagging. The covering on the bed is tight so obviously you wouldnt see sagging within a year... They said that because you couldnt see it visually they would not replace it. I will definitely never go back!
