Gosh, sadly I forget this place exists sometimes. Years ago I remember enjoying some breakfast bagels but for some reason hadnt been back until recently.For years, one of my favorite breakfast menu items at McDonalds was a bagel egg and bacon. I dont know if the franchises around here are owned by the same people, but for whatever reason it is just not on Utah menus.My desperation to satiate my craving for a bagel breakfast sandwich landed me at Einstein brothers. At a minimum, their delicious sandwich offerings did that much for me - satiate me. But really their bagel sandwiches to me are easily one of, if not the best, quick breakfast offering around. I can eat their All-Nighter every day of the week and never be tired of it.Recommend it whole-heartedly, staff is kind and quick, overall enjoyable experience.

This is by far the best Einstein. The bagel sandwich’s are always delicious! I think the manager does wonders for making so many people happy in such a tiny space. Well done!

Loved it! Such a cute place to have breakfast with your fam, or a quick breakfast date. Will recommend this place to everyone and come here more often with my husband! All of the bagels looked SO GOOD. This was my first experience and will be back. All the employees were so nice.Prices are affordable! 12 pack for $12 and 6pack for $7.50. My amounts arnt exact, but its along those lines! I think I might become a bagel every morning person after coming here.We ordered the all-nighter and the bacon/avo/tomato ones, and it got us hooked! The bagel was so soft and yummy. The cheese on top, crisp perfectly. Come here!Side note-- they have doggie bagels!

Food was delicious but the customer service was very rude. The bigger man with the spiked hair (looked like the manager) was very unpleasant.

Bagels bagels bagels! Bagels for my bagel! Definitely a poppin spot! If you want your pick of bagels then I would suggest going early or late late morning. Overall this place is fabulous! The sandwiches, the bagels, the staff... all top notch! Definitely worth your hard earned money!

Had an amazing Farmhouse bagel breakfast sandwich this morning; but, their espresso machine is down. Out of the 10 times Ive been in the last year, its been broken half of those. It just seems weird that a breakfast place doesnt have a working espresso machine.

TLDR I waited 37 min for hot chocolate, which when received was gross. I had to ask for them to make it for 2x, since they knew they were super late they rushed to make my drink. The person preparing the Hot Choco made it 99% warm milk and .1% chocolate. Pretty much the worst possible experience, slow service which was bad, then badly prepared food.

I love Einsteinbros Im addicted to the avacado toast, its weird how they all seem to make it a bit different. I just wish they could get the coffee machine going, I love my frozen coffee!

I do really enjoy their bagels, but their service isnt enjoyable. It always takes forever, even when no one is in line and youre ordering the premade uncut mixed box of bagels (thats supposed to be grab n go) and picking up your own spreads. This time I asked for them to toast one of them from the box for my baby and I. After 3 people passed me in line they finally remembered to toast it, then they cut it unevenly and burned it which is not awesome for my baby, but was almost too burned to eat even for me. So after $15 and a 24 min of my time I finally got back on the road quite frustrated Id even thought to stop. Ill be buying my Einsteins bagels from Costco from now on. Its way quicker, not burned and way cheaper!

President’s holiday today and we had excellent timing. Front-end order taker required to multi-task between order taking, collecting money and delivering out coffee to our table and he executed WELL! Line formed to the door as we left.

It was really busy and no one was there to help, so a gentleman in the back noticed me and came quickly to take my order. It was fast, smooth, and they gave great recommendations. They were really kind. Highly recommended. Also, delicious food. Never knew bagels could get this good.

I love Einsteins Bagels and my favorite is the farmhouse bagel sandwich. However, every time I come to the bountiful location, they never have the cheesy hashbrown bagel for the sandwich. This is frustrating as this is a favorite of mine and I always have to substitute. They really need to make more of these bagels. Otherwise, great bagels and coffee! Thank you!

Great sandwich!

Even though it is a little smaller then some of their other locations, I think it is still a good place to get a quick delicious bite to eat. It is small but they are fast and friendly, will keep coming back for more.

Fast, great, and convenient. The shmear is incredible. For the sweet bagels, you gotta go with the honey almond. You cant go wrong with any of the bagels either. The six cheese bagel is great, but the jalapeño cheddar bagel is absolutely incredible. All in all, you cant go wrong with any of the bagels. Sweet, plain, or savory, theyre all great!

12/20/18, my third time stopping here getting bagels. Each time they are out of the most common ones. This morning, no poppyseed, no cinnamon raisin, no sesame seed and two others. The only coffee they had was decaf!!! Really?? This is a poorly run store, parking is limited and it was a mess inside. I like Einstein, but this store is a disgrace to the brand. They should close it! Go to a different place if you want a good experience.

Super friendly staff! Bagels are always yummy, just wish they hadn’t changed the veg out from the original formula! So technically I guess it’s 5 stars for this particular location and 4 stars on you corporate! If it ain’t broke, why fix it?! Also stay open past 5! Plenty of people crave an Einstein’s after 5 pm!!!!

Love this place!! The earlier you can go the better, later during that day they do run out of certain bagel flavors. Also the bagels dont keep for to long, so the sooner you can eat them the better!

It gets quite busy here and they often run out of things. I dont blame the employees for this; theyre never idle and theyve been nothing but polite with me. But I get here early or not at all. After 9:00 it just isnt worth it.

I really like their warm bagels especially the two egg breakfast sandwiches. And I also love to get the garlic bagels to take home, however seems like many other people feel the same way and by the time I get there all the garlic bagels are gone.

Horrible service, burnt food, missing ingredients.The young lady working a very rude, the 2 gentleman were polite but completely destroyed our order. I asked for a refund. You charged $20.20 to my card,But could only reimburse $16.30That makes absolutely zero sense.I will not be giving your company a 4th chance..

I don’t generally rate chain restaurants, but this tiny Einstein’s is fantastic. I don’t live in Bountiful but have had a couple of meetings recently in the area and have stopped by for breakfast. The staff is quick, pleasant, and efficient. This is in contrast with many of the Einstein bagels in the Salt Lake City area. Whatever management is doing, particularly with the crew in the mornings, they need to keep doing. Good job!

I usually always love Einstein’s bagels but the bountiful location has horrible service. After ordering a bagel they just charged me without telling me they were out of the main ingredients for the bagel. After calling my name I went up and immediately noticed. I asked them about it and then they decided to tell me. Instead of trying to make it right the person making sandwiches acted as if I was a bother. I never do these reviews but this experience in particular really bothered me. I will continue to go to Einstein’s as most of their locations are great, but never the bountiful location again.

Very bad customer service. Guy doesnt know what hes doing. He made us pay twice online without checking if we have the first order in their store. Not apologetic and even blames me for his mistake. Wont come back here.

The parking lot is a bit small, but the store is well laid out and flows good. The line moves quickly, and the employees are quick to help. The bagels have always been fresh when I stopped here.

Usually they get my order right maybe 50 percent of the time. Today they didnt get it right even after I went in and re explained to them what I want. They gave my my replacement order and it was the same as my last order. They have a hard time listening apparently.

Absolutely love the taste of everything. Wish you were open longer hours but thats ok.

I am editing this review in light of a recent management change. I have been twice now with the better management.I will revisit this review as it improves.Although the place is usually packed, the staff seems to be interested in making sure youre satisfied with your visit.What follows is my original one star review.Seriously!?!?! Dont bother going here after like 12, they will run out of everything and when you ask them why they dont have anything they look at you bewildered and say well we close in 3 hours and our Baker left... Ive been here as early as 10 on the weekends to stare at a 2/3 empty display case of bagels. I normally dont leave poor reviews on a place unless it continuously has gotten worse and this location definitely has.

This used to be my favorite place. But lately, it seems like every time I go, they are out of bagels. So another time, I called to place an order, but they told me they no longer take phone orders and to do it on the app. But the app wont let you customize a bakers dozen box. Also, when I get an email advertising a special, I would hope that they are prepared for extra. Nope. Still out, even though theyre still open.

They always deliver on taste! Sometimes they run out of my favorites so you need to get there early for the best selection. Sometimes there is a burnt smell and their water tastes horrible at the Bountiful location.

Frequently out of popular flavors at crucial times (mid morning). Employees dont seem to care. As long as this business has been around they should know how many bagels to bake and when to keep items in stock.November 23, 2018. They have 8 coffee pots. They never use more than 4 at a time. One for each flavor. They never have a backup ready to go. This should be standard. At least for the basic coffee during your morning hours on weekends and holidays.

Terrible service! We spent 10 minutes at the order station restating our order multiple times, then proceeded to the pay station where our orders were still wrong, spent 5 more minutes explaining what we actually ordered, then once we received our food, our order was completely wrong. Not worth the hassle.

The bagels and shmear are good as always, but the workers seemed to hate their job and were not nice. She seemed upset that I wanted to select my dozen bagels with an assortment of flavors. I think Einstein pays a lower wage than similar places and gets the bottom of the barrel, as I have had this experience at other Einsteins too. I got a cinnamon and sugar bagel and the worker (a different one) had to cut it by hand. The knife didnt go all the way through so she ripped it the rest of the way and completely flattened and mutilated it.

Why on earth they do not have a dozen Ancient grain bagels at all times is baffling. You can call ahead and usually get them same day.

The cashier today was so rude. I came in a ordered 2 large things of coffee to take to a work meeting. She seemed so annoyed that I even had the audacity to ask. She gave me dirty looks the whole time and just walked away. I noticed she had to make it so I asked how long it would take. She was so rude about it, I just told her never mind and left.

The bagels are wonderful, but the manager was terrible, he asked if I wanted my bagels sliced and I said yes, he did not do it. I was trying to pay and he was trying to help a new employee with the register, then his wife came up to the counter and started talking about paperwork she needed right then. She got rather loud and he forgot everything that was going on, just to deal with her.

We had an amazing late breakfast here this morning! Sharing the avacado toast & egg white bacon cheddar sandwich. We were a little disappointed that they were out of the Asiago bagel which complements the bacon cheddar sandwich so beautifully. However, the honey wheat bagel was a great supplement.We cant wait to return and enjoy another fine meal with such a social, interactive, kind staff. This will likely become a staple in our routine. Thank you Einston Bros. for a magical late morning Saturday breakfast!

The girl helping me with my order was very unfriendly. I ordered a cold vanilla coffee she overfilled it put the lid on the coffee it overflowed and ran all over the side of the cup. She put the lid on it and handed it to me without wiping off all the excess coffee dripping off the bottom and said had a nice day and turned and walked away. She seemed a little more interested in the conversation with a coworker. I had to take the coffee over to the other counter and wipe it all down and clean off my hands just really unprofessional. I usually have a great experience with Einstein Bagels.

Too busy for the staff to be friendly?I had never been to one of their stores before...it wasnt clear how it worked: where to stand when youre done ordering, the fact that you dont pay until your name is called. It was busy, so that should speak to the food, but I felt the staff could at least have been pleasant rather than mildly dismissive.

Everyone behind the counter seemed surprised to be there and didnt know what they were doing, and most of their coffee, creams, and cooker stock were empty. Some of my order was forgotten and I had to ask to be rung up. I love Einsteins, and I wont be going to this location again.

Overall I LOVE Einsteins but this location is often crowded in the morning and workers can be grumpy in the afternoon. It seems like they care more about getting home instead of finishing their job.
