Pretty good walgreens, doesn’t seem to make me laugh very hard though, or even smile really big

I kid you not I called the Pharmacy to get a refill and needed to talk with someone in there. then put me on hold right away not saying a word... Ive called 4 times now and its the same thing. Id like a hello sorry can I put you on hold but now it seems they are doing it on purpose sense its now the 5th time now they did it.

Im finally DONE with this Walgreens and the woods cross one. I called the bountiful pharmacy and was on hold for 40 minutes, they kept picking the phone up and hanging it up. I was eventually disconnected twice. I went to the drive through and waited in my car for 25 minutes. Went IN to the store and waited for 20, then just left. I am so sick of the waiting times in and out of the store. I then called woods cross to try them and same thing on hold for 20 minutes, no one would answer the phone! SOO done with them all together. Plus while I was on hold I was looking online at the prices of my RX and found that Walgreens is WAY WAY more expensive then another place around me. It is sad because it was a convenient location. I have been going there for YEARS.. But since they are not open 24 hours anymore and ridiculously slow I can not do it anymore. I talked to them 3 times yesterday (after being on hold for 35 minutes) and they were so rude and NOT helpful. I get having a lunch hour, but really?? ALL of the whole pharmacy has to take a lunch at the same time? that is MY lunch hour also, so now I cant even go on my lunch break. I switched to Walmart today.. I recommend everyone do the same.

Made and APPOINTMENT to get my COVID and another vaccine. Did everything they asked online prior. I waited 45 minutes while they helped EVERYONE ELSE UNDER THE SUN, inclduing people that came in after me. Then when they finally decided to help me, she was too busy to want to get my other vaccine keyrd into the computer, so I told her to skip it. I HATE WALGREENS!!I wont choose to come back to this location. Their service is terrible.

Always long waits at the pharmacy, used to be good. Now you should just use the one up the street in woods Cross

I have loved Walgreens but they have reduced their hours, tripled their lines and struggled with customer service. Although everyone that works there is very nice and tries really hard, management is obviously lacking.

Update two months later: We waited five hours for an antibiotic to be filled when we had been told it would take one hour. We called multiple times and the system said each time that it was in the process of being fulfilled. When I went to pick it up they still had not filled it, but filled it as I stood there. Either there a terrible discrepancy in understanding between the techs and Walgreens system, or theres is something horribly wrong with how this pharmacy functions. Either way, this is the last straw. Were going to try the new pharmacy on Main Street. It also has a drive-thru and, fingers crossed, time management.I used to love this Walgreens. The drive-thru is so convenient. But recently I feel like they have been so disorganized. It takes them a long time to fill prescriptions and I have not received notification calls for the past few prescriptions weve needed.When I went to stand in line to give them a written prescription I needed filled, I was the first and only person in line behind the current customer being helped. When the pharmacy tech walked away it took almost ten minutes and five more people to join the line behind me before anyone even noticed us standing there.

Ive gone here for my medication as long as I can remember, theyre super helpful at the pharmacy! Though the items inside may be a little pricey

Its hard to say theyre a good pharmacy when they dont answer the phone. They keep picking up the phone and immediately placing me back on hold. Ive had good experience with Walgreens in the past, but this is pretty bad...

I’ve had problems with Walmart and smiths but Walgreens has always been amazing and great I love going here.

Well I like being followed around store and peeked on while trying to spend my hard earned money.Have cause to suspect people I just an avg almost 60 female that stealing is the very last thing if do. Back off or feel my wrath next time.

Walgreens is always short staffed. Additionally there have been multiple experiences where photos for same day pickup are put in. When I arrive hours later they are never ready and this last experience I called in advance and still waited an hour when arriving to the store. The employees don’t care-at best they should update their marketing for this store to not deceive people that there is same day pickup.

Clean and quick service.

The pharmacy was so unprofessional and rude, I went to pick up my prescription and my Insurance did not cover it and the lady at the pharmacy had such a bad attitude,she was so rude and I could not ask her one question she just kept on giving me attitude and I will never use wallgreens pharmacy agine. It was a horrble experience and I dont like being treated like garbage.

I have come here multiple times because this is the pharmacy my insurance recommends. However, it appears as if they can never bill my insurance even though its the one I am told I should go to when I call my insurance. I wont be back.

I would have given them no stars if possible two of the three people there were so mean. Then when I got my medicine it could not be used with the syringe that was supposed to be used with it. I got home and just wanted to cry from this whole ordeal

Treated like I was nothing but garbage because prescription was more than anticipated and couldnt afford it right then I am pregnant and they made comments about how my baby is going to die because could not afford prescription. Never been treated so horribly.

Awesome customer service. I absolutely LOVE going to this Walgreens. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Especially Francis, shes my favorite. Great smile to go with a positive and professional attitude. If only all work places had employees like that

Always so sweet and kind. If I ever have a difficult request for photo they are so willing to work with me, even hand cutting. 24 hour pharmacies are always busy especially with recent stores closing, but front end is always so sweet and helpful.

Went to get my passport picture taken here.. the took my picture and said they had to reboot there system. I walked around for 10 minutes.. I came back and the girl wasnt there.. I sat and waited another 20 minutes.. the girl never came back. In the meantime the computer she rebooted had been rebooted for the past 20 minutes. While I was walking out I saw her chatting with a co-worker in one of the aisles. Complete waste of my time. I went to the Woods Cross one and they took care of me right away. I will never go back to that Walgreens again on 5th south in Bountiful. I just wish I got that girls name so the manager would know what is going on.

After waiting an hour for my prescription I didnt end up getting it. The pharmacy was so busy and the tech and pharmacist were so stressed and lacking in judgement that I was nervous they would get the instructions wrong or fill it incorrectly. I was also initially helped by a normal cashier from the front of the store who didnt know what she was doing and couldnt help me. When dealing with something so important as medication I would expect more care and professionalism. Very very disappointing.

My doctor submitted my prescription right in front of me. Walgreens only filled 2 of 3. They claimed they did not receive the third one. I brought in a printed script. They still screwed it up. The same thing happened with my spouses meds. This has happened repeatedly.

Had my prescription sent there by my eye doctor. I went by to pick it up the same day. Used their text app for updates on my order. Got a text indicating they didnt have in stock. I called and they said it would be there the next day. They had to order it from their warehouse, which is local he indicated. The next day I called and they said it would be in after 2 in the afternoon. They would text when it was in. Didnt hear or get a text. Called around 10 pm they checked and took so long i fell asleep. Got a call back around 11:00 pm from them saying they didnt have it but Layton had and they could transfer my prescription there. I would give them a -5 if possible . What a waste of time.

These people blame each other and cant seem to figure out how to do their job. Do not go here Ive had so many issues I dont even care to indulge just save yourself the headache and fill somewhere else. Id say in the last years worth of time Ive had to deal with issues over 15x.

To the older blonde woman at the front register- when I’m quietly minding my business waiting in line and you yell at me “ do you have a question..?!” No I’m just waiting to make a purchase, and then when I step up to purchase Juul pods and you condemn and judge my purchase- I hope you get fired.

Wanted to print out a 8x10 picture for a Christmas present. Was pretty upset with how it turned out. Went out and got gloss paper and printed it out myself.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy and the staff. Horrible, inconsiderate human beings. I will never go back nor will I recommend this place to anybody. I only went there because my original pharmacy was closed at that time but everyone go to Smith in Woods Cross they are the best and the staff actually know how to treat their customers and are super knowledgeable. Do NOT go to Walgreens in Bountiful unless you like statues to help you.

We thought that a 24/7 pharmacy would be wonderful, but it has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with Walgreens Pharmacy. I always allow a few days before the medicine is out when I order refills and they are always delaying pickup times; they give the option of auto refill but it never works, and since they always delay our pickup time, medicine has to be sent to another pharmacy to be filled....we have 3 different pharmacies for my son. We are not pleased at all and will be moving our prescriptions elsewhere. Definitely would NOT recommend Walgreens Pharmacy to anyone!

The Pharmacy at this Walgreens is the absolute WORST I’ve ever been too. They never know what they are doing and instead of fixing it they tell you to come back in 20 min, 1 hour, etc. so they don’t have to deal with it. All very unprofessional and need more Schooling or something.

Open all night, a big plus, and weve come here for years. They always seem professional, and knowledgeable. Prepare for a little wait to get your prescription filled, and a few times theyve been out of stock on some of our prescriptions and had to refer us to other locations.

SOOOOOOOOO SLOW!!! i wait in the drive through or inside for at least 20 minutes! so annoying. maybe you should have a fast track or something for just dropping off, or knowing your rx is ready. If it wasnt right by my work, I would defiantly go somewhere else. now that it isnt 24 hours, its not as convenient.

I would give you 5 stars but your prescription prices are WAY too high. I can buy them at 80% less at Smiths and they price match. And all of your other items, makeup and skincare items are a lot more than you can buy at other stores in the area. We do love the seasonal, eccentric and candy though and I spend a ton of money in here on that.

I went to the pharmacy a few times. The last time the middle aged lady quizzed me on the medication as though I was doing something fishy. This is not the place to have bias and stigma about medications. Switched to Costco, where they were faster, friendlier, and professional.

So glad they are open late. They were super busy and told me it would be a 1 hour wait. I was able to leave and go back to pick up my prescription from the drive thru window.

They gave me something other than what was prescribed and didnt tell me they were changing the prescription. When I found out they had changed it and told them they said their change was to benefit me, even though I had never asked for it, and theyd make it up and give me the correct prescription the next time.Im currently left having to pay $220 for what should have cost me $40 had they freaking filled the right prescription.Check everything this Walgreens gives you before signing for it. They might mess up your prescription and not fix their mistake when you bring it to their attention.

Unfortunately this pharmacy is really slow. Weve had them tell us our prescriptions are ready buy when we try to pick them up we still have to wait. Ive even had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru window before anyone came to acknowledge me. Our most recent frustration came when they told us a prescription was not covered through our insurance only to find out that it was indeed covered but Walgreens had packaged it wrong. Thankfully I was refunded the extra $50+, AFTER throwing a fit. Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy.

This place is ridiculous didn’t have my insurance on file and when I gave them my card they said my insurance wasn’t activated?? so ridiculously confusing Andrea does NOT know how to do her job. highly recommend going anywhere but this ridiculous excuse for a pharmacy. extremely unprofessional they had me waiting forever just to tell me they don’t have my stuff on file? embarrassing for the Walgreens company. ridiculous.

By far the worst experience at a pharmacy over the past couple of days. I was hoping that my experience would improve but I’ve finally thrown my towel in. Switching pharmacies and I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I have a family of 5 and need different medication but will never go to a Walgreens thanks to the one in bountiful. We own a buisness and i would be out of buisness if my staff was that horrible. Very rude, unprofessional and would rather look at their phones laughing then help customers .

Walgreens has been absolutely terrible. I was with them for about a year and never had any problems with my prescription. But the past 6 months, they have been awful to work with. They never have my prescription even when I ask them to order it in early. They have given me the wrong prescription. About two months ago I tried to switch to a different pharmacy and they somehow complicated the process so much that I gave up. Also, once I waited for 40 minutes to talk to somebody on the phone and they hung up on me before anybody answered. Im done with this pharmacy.

I love the convenience of being open 24 hours and have never had any problems getting my prescriptions filled. I love the photo app and get prints done quickly.

If it were possible to give this pharmacy a negative rating, I would. I’ve been here twice in the last three weeks. It is never my first choice of pharmacies but they are the only 24 hour game in town so they have my hands tied. Each time we’ve been here, they have been the most unhelpful people in the world. I asked if he could check and see if our prescription was even here he said, “No. you’re going to have to call your doctor and find out how they sent it over.” I said, “Well, can you just check your system?” He said no. Again. He said we would have to call our doctor - whose office was now closed. My husband found a manager who was beyond helpful and sweet - Kate P. She deserves 10 stars. She found that the prescription was already here and she got the prescription going for us. Thank you, Kate!!! I wish I could say I will never come back here, but since they are the only 24-hour pharmacy....

I am completely shocked at the professionalism of the pharmacist. I got an email regarding my insurance not covering my prescriptions. So, I called the 5th south pharmacy hoping they could help me to figure it all out. The locations pharmacist answered the phone with irritation, he was not helpful during the phone call. So, we decided to end the call and figure out the problems tomorrow. He then called me right back, asked if I had something to say to him, then proceeded to threaten me saying I could come down to the pharmacy and we could straighten this all out proceeding to tell me that I was a loser that needed to get out of my mothers basement. he then asked me if I would like him to fill my prescriptions or not. I chose to have them pulled from your pharmacy. After all that I told him that he was acting unprofessional his retort was youre the one thats acting unprofessional. He told me his name was Timothy (wouldnt give me his last name). After the phone call I went to their website to see if he gave me his right name, But, I cant find a pharmacist by the name of Timothy at the location.

You should really change your schedule on google since you are no longer open 24 hours. My wife first went to the Layton one to fill her prescriptions they are no longer open 24 hours. Then drove all the way there same thing. She stayed up late cause she has a flight early tomorrow and wouldnt have time to fill them. In the morning and knew she would need them tomorrow. Im taking mine and my familys business to CVS.

If i can give a -5 for a bad review I would . The staff is unprofessional and the only thing they keep saying is “ I’m sorry it’s been a busy day” I waited over 20 minutes on the phone for them to pick up and ask to hold some more . This is towards the Pharmacy, customer service is poor. The waiting time inside and at the window takes forever.. Calling just to see if you can check if a prescription has been received so you can get that filled takes forever also.. I had to call the photo shop just to get someone to answer the phone. Before there used to be no problems thats why I sent my prescriptions here for the longest.. This has only been happening in the last 4 months.. Terrible!!! Good way to lose customers..

This location is so slow at processing prescriptions. Every time I wait it ends up taking over an hour. I get sometimes its busy but every time??? I dont know if they are understaffed or what.They also havent had some of the things weve needed and tried to do something similar but just wasnt the same.

Ive always had a good experience here. I think the pharmacy side is overly busy so it can take some extra time, but otherwise the store is clean and the employees are very kind.

This location is horrible. They do not notify you in any way when your prescription is filled or if they were unable to. So a complete guessing game, and not good when you have a medication run out after giving plenty of notice to them before it does. Also, no matter how many times you repeat yourself, they can not seem to grasp the situation. They are always short staffed at the busiest hours of the day. I am so done with their pharmacy after too many frustrations and I am not one to write a review unless it is really bad.

This walgreens is great, always clean and staff very friendly, pharmacy sometimes takes more time then expected but is a pharmacy not a burger store, people like to go to costco or smiths for a prescription, i dont go to a marketplace or a supermarket to get my meds, is like trying to feel a prescription at the gas station just because they sell tylenol, i prefer a real pharmacy i dont play games with my health, prescriptions go to the pharmacy, if i need tomotes i will go to the supermarket . I rather get my meds from a real pharmacy not from a wholestore..

Terrible costumer service! They all tell me something different every time I call! They even told me my refill was authorized and when I call them AGAIN after hours of them not contacting me I come to find out it hasnt been authorized and now I cant do anything about it because it is too late to call my doctor!? Oh by the way...my doctor told me she DID aurhorize it! You guys just run out and dont wanna tell me? I am so done with you, its always the same. Walgreens, train your stuf please.

This place is the worst unorganized pharmacy I have ever been too. Workers were rude, not helpful and after an half hour they told me I would be waiting for awhile because the pharmacist still had to call over to get the prescription transferred. I will never be returning there even if my life depended on it I would rather die. Not only there organization needs help and there customer service.

I really dislike Walgreens. They are basically a crap shop selling low quality garbage. They want your personal info and give you basically no benefit for giving it. Just so you can pay a reasonable market price. I will avoid them as much as possible. I hate retailers that are basically just data brokers.

Go to Smiths, Costco, or anywhere else. This excuse for a pharmacy is the laughing stock of Bountiful.

Okay so Ive had really bad experiences at other Walgreens Pharmacys across the globe but this one is always prompt, I never have to wait too long and the staff is friendly enough. I shall continue to go here.

I was told it would take 2 hours to get my prescription ready, which is ridiculous to begin with. Then when I went back to pick up the prescriptions they had lost one. I avoid using this pharmacy most of the time, because they are the slowest pharmacy I have ever been too. In this case they were the only one available.

Sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting. Slow as hell.

These people are lazy as hell they NEVER answer the Damn phone the NEVER update you on the status of your prescription and they often try to charge you three times the price of your prescription depending on if you REALLY need it or not I hope you dont need your prescription ASAP because YOU WILL NOT GET IT !!!

I hate how walgreens always puts the prices of everything if youre a member and you go to the cashier and find out its twice as expensive.
