Great experience! Got my first pair of glasses ever and it was a fast, easy and enjoyable process. The manager was very friendly and helpful and the employees went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. Highly recommend this store to anyone needing an eye exam or glasses.

Didn’t have a good experience. First there was an error on my part with my child’s birthday. Which we fixed. But they charged me because the insurance did not pay. Tried to get them to resubmit but did not so I paid full price and another bill that the insurance did not pay. Also the pricing was different with insurance. I bought the extra insurance for loss damage and needed replacements but warranty had expired my child did not tell me in time. Also on me. Scratch and blue anti reflective are all extra. Went to Costco recently all add ons for lenses are free with all glasses. They took my insurance paid half of what this place charged. Don’t like giving negative reviews but they did not work with me.

Probably the worst eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. The staff were nice but the doctor was a complete jerk from the start and in a rush and ended up getting my prescription totally wrong. Would not recommend Dr. Burns to anybody.

Ive never had a smoother experience at an optometrist! Everyone who worked here was so kind! It honestly seemed like they all love their job, which is so, so refreshing.Before I came in, I called about a dozen different eyeglass places in Salt Lake county and Davis county to get pricing on exams and frames, and Eyeglass World by far had the best rates! Not only that, but they were able to schedule both my boyfriend and I back-to-back, so we showed up at the same time and they very smoothly and seamlessly did our appointments together so we could leave at the same time, as well. It was all so straightforward and easy, which was a pleasant surprise considering that were right smack in the middle of a pandemic!I even had to come in a week after my glasses came in to get one of the frames re-adjusted, and that was an equally smooth process; I was in and out in less than five minutes. My new glasses fit perfectly and look so cute on my face. I love them!Overall, I highly recommend Eyeglass World to anybody who is looking for a good deal and a great experience! Theyve totally won me over. Ill be giving them my business for years to come.

I went in to get an adjustment on my glasses. I went in a little nervous, because I have never been to a eyeglass world before. When I went in the staff made me feel very welcomed. They also adjusted my glasses perfectly to fit my face.

The General Manager, Laura, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Laura was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process of mine and my husbands purchase. I highly recommend the Bountiful Eyeglass World location. I actually live in Ogden but had such great service from Laura that I went out of my way to go back to see her and her staff in Bountiful. Mine and my husbands glasses turned out perfect!

I got 2 new pair of glasses. The glasses for close up were awful and I couldn’t see or walk with them as they made me dizzy. Also they made everything look like a pyramid shape. I had to pay extra money to get a new lens and it still didn’t solve the problem. Went back for the 3rd time yesterday and they said I would have to see if the prescription was wrong form a qualified doctor but they couldn’t do anything. Horrible service

Best experience ever. They are quick, clean, and easy. Tons of frames to choose from, and the exam was very professionally performed. They will work with your budget, and get you everything you would need in a pair of glasses. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an optometrist appointment! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr Cochran went above and beyond during my exam and even took extra time and care to discuss my prior brain tumor and head injuries and what it meant for my eye health. Kenzie took care of me for my frame fitting and she was just about the most delightful human you could ask to be around. She was so nice and caring and made 100% sure I was happy with my new frames before I left. This location is amazing and I definitely recommend you go there if youre looking for an optometrist that will treat you with the utmost care and kindness!

I was a little go to eyeglass world, because in the past I have been to Americas best and have had bad experiences. So I figured I would just go to a regular eye doctor office, and spend the little extra money that they would charge. but I am definitely glad I came to this eyeglass world everybody was so kind and helpful, the doctor walked me through my eye exam, and let me know everything they were doing. And when it was time for me to pick out my glasses, Kenzie was the biggest help. She was so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She would let me know which ones looked better on me, and which ones looked better with the shape of my face. I really enjoyed her company while picking out glasses. she was just so sweet and cute! I will be recommending others to come to this office because everybody was just so kind. But I want to give a big shout out to Kenzie one last time. Thank you the most for everything.

Not happy with their service. First the eye doctor is unprofessional on her phone when she should be helping customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You’ll have better luck with another company, Do not come here.

Will not be going back. Everyone there was more interested in up selling their glasses. Once I did get my glasses, they did not fit right. The staff seemed bugged while trying to get my glasses to fit right. I final just said they were fine before I tried on my second pair. I just wanted to get out of there. After one day of having the glasses, the lens fell out of one of my glasses. I dont have confidence to have anyone there fix them. For over $500, I sure feel like I got ripped off.

Laura and Addie were friendly and extremely helpful working with my with my southern Utah optometrist. In the end, Laura directed me to a simple solution that was of absolutely no benefit to Eyeglass World but helped me immensely. Ill be going there in the future! Thank you both!

The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was so welcoming, and they are super fast! I loved it so much, I’ve been to a lot of eye doctors and I’ve needed glasses for a long time and this place has been my favorite. And the glasses are so cute! I love the frames and I’m so excited I can see better. Highly recommend.

You guys have the sweetest girls they helped fix my glasses that I accidentally sat on and there was a young cute man who talked to me to keep me occupied. Going to tell my family to come here from now on!

This place is top notch! I had my exam done by Dr. Cochran, and her assistant, who tested me before the exam, they were so friendly! I work on computers all day so the Dr. recommend that I get computer glasses to reduce my eye strain. After my exam I was greeted by an associate who began to help me find glasses that would work best for my lifestyle. Laura, and Addie both helped me as I made my purchase, they were very knowledgeable in helping me chose the best lenses. Not only did I find glasses that I need, they were glasses that fit into my budget as well.

I am so impressed with this place! Great prices, wonderful staff, attention to detail. I was able to an exam and pick up my glasses the same day! I will highly recommend this place to everyone!

Dr Cochran is great! She was very patient with my 11 yo son putting contacts in for the first time. Coached him through it and helped him successfully put them in and take them out. Highly recommend her.

The staff was awesome. They helped me figure out the best price for the glasses my daughter picked out. They were patient when I asked them to hold the glasses until I had heard back from my husband. They were all very nice and said thank you over and over for our business!!

They were so patient and amazing with my kids... I was really stressed about taking three kids in there to get their eyes checked and as fate would have it ended up with a 4th kid! (baby sitting my niece) they helped my kids draw pictures while others were being tested and they were just amazing ask around. Very fair prices as well. I cant recommend them enough.
