What an amazing team!! I had a chance to work with the bountiful hearing center team yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. Sammy, Laurie and Debbie were helpful from the very beginning. Very helpful in researching hearing protection for part time shooter. I got custom ear molds, have not been able to try them out. But the fit is great!

Went in to help my dad in getting a hearing aid. The receptionist and audiologist were unbelievably unprofessional and rude. They asked personal questions that were inappropriate and I tried to get him to focus on my fathers hearing and all he tried to do was convince me I needed to be a client too. I could not have left this office fast enough. I told my dad if he went to this place again I would never speak to him. Yes, I was that offended.

I have worn hearing aids my whole life but always struggle with the transition of a new pair. Dr. Pergler and his staff were so patient with me and spent numerous hours and long appointments to help me get comfortable with my new pair. They always, always ensure the best experience and work hard to get you into an appointment as soon as possible.
